I walk in and she stops me at the door literally telling me to stop and not to walk in. She asks what I want and I told her I wanted to browse for a gift for my mother. She told me I couldn't look around! She said "that's not how it works here, you can't just look around". She continued to tell me to stay where I was and to go to a different store like a department store if I want to browse inventory. How does she expect to make money? So I walked out and she watched me get in my car from the window. Also, the entire time she was wearing a medical mask. It's clear something is very off with her by the way she acted. I don't think she's rude I just think she probably has a mental illness and seriously needs help! If you are a family member of hers, please look into getting her the help she needs! Ann is like a personal shopper at Nordstroms. She greets clients entering her salon and asks what they are looking for. She specializes in mother of the bride dresses and more formal attire. All you do is say "I'm going on a cruise to Alaska" for example and she will ask your size and show you a few things that are appropriate for the cruise: cocktail dress for dinner, pants, sweater & jacket for shore excursion. I've been shopping here for years and keep going back. Once you start trying things on, she brings more to show you. It's awesome! Never offended if you say "that's not me, honest feedback lets her know what you will really love to wear. I always purchase several items whenever I go. read more

WE couldn't even step in the store without be attacked. My friend told the saleswoman, whom I believe is the owner what she wanted. The woman kept showing her different dresses. As my friend tried on dresses the sales lady kept pushing her sale items on both of us. We both very nicely said that we weren't interested. I thought it was strange that every item had the label removed. So you never knew the name of the company that you were waring. I will never go to this store again. read more

We will never set foot in this place again. We went in to look for special occasion dresses. The woman inside was beyond curt and miserable--she didn't want to show us anything despite being given an extremely generous budget to work with! She grudgingly pulled a few items off that rack that were exactly what we said we did NOT want. She barked orders at us like she was in the gestapo. Miserable cur of a woman. Don't know about the merchandise but unless you enjoy mistreatment, I'd stay far away. read more

I give this place zero stars. And that is generous. I am just leaving this very bizarre place scratching my head. The woman "greeted " us at the door wearing an infection control mask, and would not allow me to browse or touch any merch at all. I am a professional highly educated woman with massive shopping experience, I know what I like and was looking for a dress for a wedding. However, I never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in a shop. I get the whole personal shopper thing, but this is a store, right???? Can not even comment on price points or quality, because I wasn't allowed more than 7 inches into the door. The woman stared us down, rudely. Didn't really want to make any sale or be bothered. My daughter and I are now sitting at a much more welcome establishment in complete shock about this experience! However, it was a great laugh and a true mother daughter moment (my daughter is 20). Weird experience! As soon as I walked in an older women approached and asked what I wanted. I told her I was looking for a mother of the groom dress. Her response was "don't touch anything that she will show me: I told her a size 10. She showed me a dress that I did not like and asked to see something else. She refused to show me another dress unless I tried the first one she showed me on. She became argumentative until I had enough and walked out. I will never go back! The woman that answers the phone is terribly rude! I was looking for a specific dress for my upcoming wedding, she refused to let me know if the store has it available in store or available to order( since this store is listed as an authorized retailer the the specific dress company in question), I kindly let her know that I was located two hours away and it would be helpful if she could let me know if the dress is available before driving two hours, she responds by saying "we're open until 5" then hung up in my face. I purchased a formal dress here in the past and was very happy. My daughter is getting married !!! I now need a mother of the bride dress. I walked in and saw the owner. I had a huge smile and greeted her. She said, "yes"? I told her I need a dress....a mother of the bride dress! She said, "We don't have anything for you". I was confused because I saw a lot of dresses. She said they are the type of boutique that brings everything in the dressing room and I couldn't even look. They carry a lot of different clothes besides formal dresses and she blocked me and said, "We don't have anything for you". This should not matter what I am wearing but I was dressed in a dress, my hair was curled and I had on nice makeup because it would look nice when trying on dresses. I am a size 10 so I know they had things to fit me. AWFUL OWNER!!! I would not go back again and would not recommend anyone to go there. I have bought the most beautiful, one of a kind dresses here. I don't like to shop, so going in a dressing room and having dresses handed to me is awesome. Anne is able to assess my size and bring the most flattering dresses. She also has a person on hand to do alterations. I have bought about 30 dresses over the past few years and love them all.
