I am a huge fan of Disney. And years ago, there were many Disney stores in the Dallas area. Now, there's just one - at the Grapevine Mills Mall. What really saddens me is in Texas there are now only four stores left. The one at Grapevine Mills is great! They have so much to offer us Disney enthusiasts. And sometimes their sales are so good, it's almost unbelievable. I bought some Alice in Wonderland stuffed collectibles for less than $10. What I miss though, is the unique Disney displays. That was almost as magical as the store itself. It's the one thing I really miss. The service today was everything you would expect from Disney - attentive, enthusiastic, helpful, and informative. Helpful staff using gift cards after holidays; along with service offering you help with any questions. Many items appear high but you have to know your prices - many sales especially the annual twice a year worth a trip out - we make it a day trip from Dallas to enjoy local restaurants along with multiple shops located within Grapevine Mills mall. Several unique to that mall - making it fun for entire family outing. read more

They have a huge selection! They are filled with stuff that didn't sell when they changed merchandise at Disney. I am SO happy to find a Disney Outlet Store. Before covid there were about 300. I think now it is down to 25-30 stores. All in Chicago area closed. Ours in Denver closed. We were on a 5 day trip in Dallas, end of July 2022. Found this at Grapevine Outlet Mall. This is an outlet store. Scored Disney Christmas stuff for under $10. A sale was running, extra 25% off red tag clearance. Lots to chose from. Clothes for adults, kids & toddlers. Many sizes as well. Dresses also from The Dress Shop Disney, for the ladies. Beautiful costume dresses. Deluxe ones that are sold on the Cruise Ship Boutique. Those were $30-$70. Really great deals. Set of 3- journals $8. Tee's $5-$8. Sweat tops $7-30. Toys not on sale, oh well. Tons of stuffies on sale. Scored a nice big Minnie from Shanghai Disney $7. Check out was fast. All staff were fine. I am just so so happy to finally be in a Disney Store w the kiddies to see and touch and shop Disney. There was plenty of inventory. And huge variety off stuff. Even ladies kitchen stuff. Not a magical typical decor that Disney has. I am fine w that. read more

Always a great experience I love all things Disney, and I love the Disney store, friendly employees and very easy and fun to shop at.

This place is great. It's not truly a Disney Store but a Disney Outlet. That being said they have a great variety of things and the store is of pretty good size. They also have a decent selection of shirts and most items go to size XXL. My only issue is this place seems understaffed. The reason you get ignored or feel neglected is because they only have 1 or 2 People working. I came in and one person was at register and another in the back so there was really no one to answer questions or help on the floor. But luckily for me I can manage but I see how it can be an inconvenience. All in all, If your a Disney fan looking for a bargain this place is worth a look. It's located next to the Nike Factory and the best way in is through the entrance where Round 1 is located. Enjoy! read more

I HATE this store ! The employees are absolutely terrible! We usually spend a lot of money at Disney store but now will not because or Kirana and the older lady in the front of the store. These two employees are the epitome of bad customer service. They are both rude, toxic and are literally following and stalking potential customers. Several customers decided to leave the store because of how rudely the old lady and Kirana (the larger girl with the braid in her hair) were speaking to customers. read more

I will admit, these guys have saved my life a few times when paychecks lined up where I couldn't get something ordered online from them without paying ridiculous shipping to have in time for birthdays and christmas. The staff is usually really friendly as well, they have usually taken my phone calls when I call to check if they have something, and will double check with me that they have it & tell me what it is after tax. My kid loves all things Disney ... and seriously I can't avoid coming here around her birthday and Christmas because like her mother she loves adorable side characters, and a lot of times you can only find the main characters toys in regular stores, where here they will usually have all of the main side characters; even some of the older movies. We were just in here and my daughter and it was adorable that she was singing with all of the songs. Of course she wanted to take home a ton of toys and I really wanted to get some for her because they had the barbie doll sized dolls of Eric, Ursula, & King Triton from little mermaid. As well as The mom from brave, Mother gothel& Flinn from Tangled, Li Shang from Mulan, and so on. My kiddo impressed a store clerk; and I think made her day; when she pointed out a Jack Skellington pillow and was excited to find a Nightmare Before Christmas shirt that fit her and was actually cute enough for little kid that we found in the discontinued Disney land items. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's a bit of a pain to get too. It is the closest disney store for us and its about 15- 20 miles away depending on what route we take; and almost always at least a 30 min drive ... usually worse with the construction going on. It's in a touristy mall that is in the shape of a giant circle, in between two of the most popular entrances & next to the food court. So the traffic is always a pain from the construction to get there, parking by the closest mall entrances and getting thru the crowd ... makes it to where I only end up going up here a few times a year. read more

The worst Disney store I've been to, and I'm a Disney fanatic!!! Not clean or organized well at all, no current products (zero "Frozen" items.) but the worst part of all is the deplorable lack of customer service! No welcome or even smiles from the employees- which is SO below Disney standards! And beware: they will not accept debit, but only credit cards! So, God forbid you're responsible with your money but your ID is in the car, you have to show a drivers license and run as credit or they direct you to the mall ATM, where you can pay EXTRA to use your own money! After this experience, I walked out. Left over $150 of merchandise on the counter. How ridiculous! It is completely worth your time and effort to drive across town to the Disney store at Hulen Mall or the Disney store at Northpark mall! read more

This store doesn't have that Disney excitement feeling when you go into the store. It's pale white walls feel like the store lacks product or they are going out of business. Definitely needs a renovation to look like the other Disney stores. The product selection really isn't all that great. You have your generic star wars, frozen, and classics there with clothing, cups, etc. There is not a wide variety here. I have seen a better selection in other states like NJ, NYC, FL, and NC. For me this store could be so much better, but if it's going to lack in merch new and old like it does, they might as well just have one side be clothing and small things and one side be updated / popular merch from movies. Staff is nice at the register, but no interaction on the sales floor. Still searching for my go-to Disney store. read more

This store usually has some good deals on a variety of products. They have a large selection of merchandise, but as many times as I've been there, the store is almost always a mess. I get a real sense that management never has enough staff working at any given time. No one seems to be out on the floor straightening up merchandise, since there are often products thrown all over the isles. The lines are almost always long and, although they have three registers available, they never have all three open no matter how busy it is. The day we were there, two women and their children made separate purchases, walked out, came back to say they'd been overcharged and the cashier held up the purchase line while he went through the entire return process several times over. If management stayed on top of scheduling this place would run a lot smoother and maybe they'd get better reviews. read more

I love this place! My children are Disney fanatics....and let's face it, so am I! This is an outlet store, so my girls were able to get quite a few things that were reasonably priced. For instance, we purchased a cool Merida archery set for about $20, as well as a Sophia The First playset for about the same price. They walked around, in awe of all of the fabulous costumes, accessories and toys, while bobbing to the catchy Disney tunes, and it felt totally casual and relaxed. It wasn't over-stimulating like some of the other stores can be. We were tended to without clerks being overly stifling or aggressive, which I appreciated. We didn't feel rushed and the clerks weren't annoyed by questions or the roaming of children. It felt the way Disney should feel...a happy place! We will definitely be back! read more

Having 5 younger kids that love all things Disney, I couldn't wait to get to the Disney store.... this was a little disappointing. If you don't want dolls or stuffed animals you aren't going to get much of a variety. My bad review was for the very rude employee behind the register! My 2 year old ended up getting sick in the middle of the store (only on herself and the floor) and the cashier treated us like dirt! I don't know how many times I apologized but she was rude the entire time I was in the store. I quickly checked out and it wasn't until I was standing there with a puked covered jacket in one hand (while my husband took my baby out to get cleaned off) that she offered me something to put in. As an adult I love Disney products and enjoy a store that isn't crowded with tons and tons of children. I enjoy this store because like others have pointed out it's not your typical Disney store. It's geared more towards adults and makes me a grown up feel more comfortable especially since I don't have children. Great store expensive but it is Disney name brand products your pay for. I enjoy Disney and this store is the closest to my home as well. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! YUKKK I will never go back to this stupit store what a waste of time! Let me tell you guys of my experience on this store I recently went on a Saturday! My family and I were Christmas shopping I soon I as walk they the white chick with glasses and blond with long wavy hair just gave us a mean look! We walked in and saw some toys were on sales but they were not marked down. So I decided to ask her about the toys, she kept on walking a pretend she dint hear me and kept on walking how rude! I had to follow her all the way to get her attention ! WELL we finially decided what were going to buy I had my basket full of toys but when I got to the register that blond chick was there again! I gave her my credit card like I always do and she look at me and said I have to see her your id ??????? Like really why do you have to see my Id you dint ask the white lady in front of me for her id.... She then said well theirs an ATM outside where you can get your money out and then pay cash!!! This is pathetic I have to used a random ATM and get charged to used my own credit card and my own money!!! What a waste of time and horrible customer services they need to fire that chick she sucks! Im still calling corporate and let them know about this situation, this is the kind of people that make the store sales go down and go broke! So my family and I went to Toys r us ! And happily spend our $500 dollars, never will go back!!!!!! read more
