I've called again on May 18, May 22, and now again today. Four months later, the wire is still sticking out of the ground. This isn't just an inconvenience--it's a safety hazard. My son has already tripped over it, and I worry every day about children, pets, or anyone walking through the yard. I've repeatedly asked for this issue to be escalated, but I haven't been able to speak with anyone in upper management or get a clear resolution. As a paying customer, it's incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns are being ignored while I'm paying $89 a month for service. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I'm simply asking FiberCom to take responsibility, fix the exposed wire, and address a safety issue that should have been resolved months ago.
