Keep in mind I had 3 employees TELL ME that I could. When I called Big Dog again to try to see other options, they told me they would call me back. I wish I could put 0 stars.

Travis--probably GONE…read moreby now--screwed up the package request (again, your life being made 'better' through use of computers and the incompetents that 'run' them) causing the order for EXTRA to be installed as CHOICE. Neither Travis NOR the supposed manager would do ANYTHING beyond say it--THEIR mistake--was something they just couldn't help my out with! I will NEVER walk in their 'business' again! PS: The original screw-up was eventually corrected, NOT by one of AT&T's good old Pakistanis (didn't recognize the 'accent'), by DIRECTLY by DirectTV themselves, out of their Colorado office!

RS&i destroyed my business with ever changing rules regulations and micro managing my business Not…read moreto mention the sales quotas that were unobtainable due to the inferior technology that people were just not happy with. also if we used their call center we had sales poached on numerous occasion. we were not the only dealer they did this too and many of my friends in telecommunications no longer due businesss with them or the companies they represent. and they are really starting to feel it with many of their offices closing and loss of dealers means loss of sales. and now that there is a new king in the satellite internet game with his own launch pad and clearance to launch whatever whenever I feel rs&i and HughesNet whom by the way I love the people at Hughes no complaints there. great company with great employees but they have been grossly miss represented by RS&i. Dish is shit and I've never offered it. both Hughes and Dish are owned by echostar whom I've had very little interaction with. so now that I'm not receiving any fullfillment from RS&I I am no longer obligated to buy my equipment from them. and no longer obligated to sale just one internet service. after all if you sale everyone you never lose a sale. we at G&G Systems are looking to get more into sales and less into installation. also I'm tired of dealing with a bunch of cry baby bitches. you know who you are and so does everyone else in the business. RS&i' s motto "let us help grow your business" yea that's a freaking joke. all of this I would have said along time ago but my business partner brother god bless him says don't bite the hand that feeds you. well since they no longer feeding me bro let me just finish this quite scathing review with FUCK YOU RS&I. this is Don Gilbert with G&G Systems and you can kiss my ass.

I HAVE ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS NOT HAD INTERNET SERVICE SINCE THEN and today is November 14, 2020. They will not answer their phones or respond to emails. The reseller at least in Bryson City NC has even been left in the dark about when or what is being done to fix the problem PLUS she has gone out of her way to get answers from them but she to has not had success. I was a nurse for over 40 years and I can assure you this is NOT A PROFESSIONAL way for a company to deal with a problem. You don't just shutdown your phones, not answer emails, continue to CHARGE credit cards but not provide service or technical support. I am no attorney but I believe this falls under "FRAUD" if you charge someone's credit card but do not provide the goods.!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Extremely upset and would not recommend them at all.

They should get hammered for false advertising because there's nothing "lightning fast" about this service! I have had it for a little over 2 weeks and it's so bad I'm going to have to pay the early termination fee! But I can't stand it for 2 years. It's slow, the signal is constantly dropping in the middle of something and when I contacted customer service, I was told we had too many devices attached and were clogging the system. Really??? If 3 tablets, 2 phones and my Roku is too many then I think it's their system with the problem! DO NOT GET HUGHSNET, you will be sorry. Now, how do I get rid of the big, ugly pole......
