They…read moresaid the best deal they could give us being customers of theirs for 15 years was $80 a month for Internet so we took it. It's been two years and now my bill's up to $120 a month. So we decided to go with a new Internet provider who offered us the same speed I think even a little faster for $50 less a month. When I called to cancel my service the girl almost hassled me and wouldn't let me off the phone because she was push pushing push pushing push pushing that I should've stayed with them and how much more they could save me yeah for how long a couple months and then I'd go back to paying you even more I know how you work spectrum. Anyways, when I went to return my equipment, there was about six other people returning equipment and you have to wait in line punch in your phone number and sit there until they call you and what adds salt to the wound? They only had two people working so I went once and left because I had eight people in front of me and then I went back about three hours later and I still had three people in front of me. Some we're still there from when I was there earlier. The only reason I gave them one star was that the man who waited on me was super nice. he was an older gentleman. The young guy kept walking around, trying not to wait on anybody with people sitting there waiting to be waited on just to turn in their stuff so maybe spectrum should wake up. Look at what they charge people and how they treat their customers maybe you wouldn't have everybody returning your equipment

He definitely does quality work and leaves your place better than he found it, including handling removal of old dish and unused cabling that I had around here. Highly recommend Mike, and DISH network. The programming is solid, and the equipment very streamlined and efficient. Happy to be off ATT/DIRECTV finally. Their removal of the network feeds was the last straw.

I sought service internet only and would up going with AT & T and here's why:…read more 1. Cable company only open 8-4:30, M - F. so if you work it's not easy to accomplish anything with your account. AT & T, open 7 days a week, most days close at 9 pm (better access). 2. When there were issues with the service (I never got it going when having service? With them), I called several times and nothing worked to get the Internet going. I still got the bill, but had no service. 3. With the cable company, I finally figured out I could drive to another city that had better hours to return the equipment. But, they could not cancel my service and when I finally got it cancelled, they tried to charge me for the "free" equipment. They only took it off my bill, when I showed the. The receipt of return. 4. When I went to the office to dispute the bill ( I took a vacation day), since I never received any service I was told the reason it didn't work was because nobody "turned it on at the pole". So the numerous times I tried to set it up by myself, and the numerous times I called the help desk to get it going were futile attempts. Although I was billed for a month of service and equipment. 5. I went to AT &T after I got off work one night, signed up for Internet, set up an appointment for them to install their fiber optic system. The guy showed up, asked where I wanted the wiring to be installed and explained the options. He installed it and two hours later called to see if I was having any issues. Won't be going back to cable any time soon.

I have caught mainstream media in lie after lie. At least 80% of us know that mainstream media lies. Everybody I know is canceling service with AT&T phones & tv because they are dropping OANN & NewsMax. I don't want any connection with a company that stands for getting rid of the people's freedoms and our constitution because this is the truth AT&T is now showing us. NOT GOOD... By the way, mandating a vaccine that is experimental is criminal. In my circle of friends, I know of 9 young people that have either died or been seriously & permanently damaged by the vaccines. I don't need any news channel to tell me the truth of what is going on, I see the truth all around and so does everybody else I discuss this with... Any TV carrier that takes away my favorite news channels for their own political views has horribly gone wrong... This is what they are doing, trying to curb our political views into their mainstream media lies.
