We switched over from AT&T and it was the Best day of my life. Faster, unlimited, uninterrupted internet at one fourth the price.

Overpriced. Poor service. No one answers at local office. Like their hiding from customers. Hard to find local number.

Long time customer with SIX devices on a plan that the idiotic store employees refused to do a simple thing and the right thing to replace a phone that was sent to the store via an insurance claim...even though the store employee provided the store address as the location to send it to! They had the phone but refused to turn it over to my daughter because it was addressed to my name - the account owner - even though I made her an account manager, was on FaceTime with them offering my ID, and VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE was also telling them to give her the phone! What a bunch of a-holes.

Verizon customer support is "unable" to help me because I "need a new sims card". Can't do it over…read morethe phone because they say I need another phone but I only own one phone. So support said they marked me down to get a new sims I only had to go to the store no questions asked (word for word what they said). I show up and I'm refused service because I'm not the account holder. The "account holder" is my father in hospice 3 states away even though I pay the bill and had the phone on the account along with a photo ID that matches the name on the account. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.

If you read my previous review, I was so excited so happy but what do they say? If it sounds too…read moregood to be true it usually is. Well, we got our first bill and it was $496.!! Not the $230 that we were told our bill would be. When we went to discuss it because we were told to come in with the paper they gave us with the amount on it they promised and with our bill They said "oh no all the promotions we promised you ended on Thursday and you came in on Friday" so they called T-Mobile billing and the agent there said even if I try to put through that promotion it'll get kicked back because when my supervisor sees it because it ended on Thursday and they bought their phones on Friday. One day!! The girl working said "well my manager said you could either bring everything back and we won't charge you a restocking fee." (Charge me a restocking fee!? Why would I get charged??? ) "Or give my manager three days and she'll see what she can do " but if the woman working at T-Mobile billing said she can't do nothing. I don't think the manager could either. Tomorrow everything's going back and it's pretty sad but one star is all they deserve because in my opinion, the manager should've known that that promotion ran out on Thursday when we were there on Friday. There's three hours of my family's time that will never get back.

She knowledgeable of the iPhone as well as well as a portable speaker and we even purchased an apple iPad. After the purchase my wife has experienced nothing but problems with her iPhone. Today my wife and I returned to this same AT&T store at greenwood mall and the same sales rep. I don't know what heck happened to her, my wife's interaction was the exact opposite that of months ago. My wife asked if she could assist her with her iphone because she was having issues getting her emails as well as other issues, Since she was so helpful 4 months ago. Her answer was no. she said she wasn't allowed to answer her questions. She wasn't the technical person, she had to call apple or go the "geek squad" at best buy. My wife and I requested that she be more respectful. This sales rep continued to raise her voice at my wife. She then threatened to call mall security my wife said go ahead. The sales rep didnt. We then asked if we could have the name of her supervisor or the store owner of this particular a t and t wireless store. She then told us she was in allowed to give her supervisor's name, which was an absolute complete and total lie. Again, I cannot emphasize enough at no time did my wife or I raise our voice to this sales rep. She absolutely rude and her behavior is what I would consider reprehensible. My suggestion until this employee is terminated to avoid this particular store. We even approached a mall security guard after the incident and explained to him what happened. He told that she even gave him problems. As far as I'm concerned she shouldn't work with the public.
