I took my Dyson vacuum that I purchased from them around 6months ago for repair. The stick vacuums has probably been used 10 times total. Never really cared for it. Long story short it stopped charging. So I contacted the manufacturer and was told it's in the manufacture warranty period that was one year.and to Take it back to Best Buy and they will repair most likely replace the bad battery. Go the next day and was first told at customer service to just get another one and they would exchange it. Learned later that the guy at customer service thought I just purchased it. I had everything with it box,manuals, cardboard inserts, and accessories so I understand his confused nature. Because it still looked brand new. Like I said it's been used maybe 10 times. Finally a guy told me that it's no problem we will just send it to service and should let you know something in a week or so. Three weeks go by and nothing so I contacted Best Buy's service center. They tell me that the vacuum has been repaired and give me a tracking number. Then tell me that they will also call when it arrives in the store. Will attach the communication I had with them. Few days later Best Buy store calls and tells me no it's not repaired and come pick it up. So, now I'm confused on what's going on. Try to call and told again it's been repaired. Great, I go in today to pick it up. Was helped by the same guy that sent it to service for me the first place. He then tells me that they don't repair vacuums and that it was never touched or repaired. This is almost four weeks from when he told me it's not an issue to send to service center for repair. Tell him the whole situation and show him my communication with service center. He tells me that was a fake person and he can't help me. What the hell.. Fake person. It's your Geek Squad service center. Best Buy get your foot out of your A**. I will never ever shop with them again. Would have been fine at first if they just told me to go back to Dyson. But after all of this just pissed. Essentially all the time wasted, money for gas, and just incredibly inconvenient time wasted. Decided to send this to save others wasted time.

They had the phone but refused to turn it over to my daughter because it was addressed to my name - the account owner - even though I made her an account manager, was on FaceTime with them offering my ID, and VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE was also telling them to give her the phone! What a bunch of a-holes.

Verizon customer support is "unable" to help me because I "need a new sims card". Can't do it over…read morethe phone because they say I need another phone but I only own one phone. So support said they marked me down to get a new sims I only had to go to the store no questions asked (word for word what they said). I show up and I'm refused service because I'm not the account holder. The "account holder" is my father in hospice 3 states away even though I pay the bill and had the phone on the account along with a photo ID that matches the name on the account. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.

My experience today (7/22/18) was one that made me leave this review. The person who helped me and my mom was named Vicki and was the epitome of great customer service! She acted like she genuinely cared and wanted to help us fix our accounts. Vicki is a keeper! I will be keeping an eye out for her next time I need an upgrade.

During our wait time of 45 minutes, two groups of people walked in and were immediately moved ahead of us. When our name was called , I asked the associate about their check in process and explained my concern about people cutting in line. She said "this guy next to us is the only Spanish speaking associate" so they were helped. My reply was "so, that enables them to go ahead of the line". She responded I just came off lunch break. I told her I wanted to talk to the manger when I was finished. Ten minutes after we were done, the manager walked out. I expressed my concern again. She said they probably had an appointment- everyone knows you can book online and not have to wait as well as you are rude for making the Hispanic comment.I replied that that was the reason I was provided that they got ahead of us. Her next comment was " I'm still not sure what you want me to do. I said it needed to be clearer when you check in that people with appointments can be seen in front of you. Needless to say the Manager has zero leadership and customer service skills and shouldn't be managing this business. We are taking our business elsewhere.

She knowledgeable of the iPhone as well as well as a portable speaker and we even purchased an apple iPad. After the purchase my wife has experienced nothing but problems with her iPhone. Today my wife and I returned to this same AT&T store at greenwood mall and the same sales rep. I don't know what heck happened to her, my wife's interaction was the exact opposite that of months ago. My wife asked if she could assist her with her iphone because she was having issues getting her emails as well as other issues, Since she was so helpful 4 months ago. Her answer was no. she said she wasn't allowed to answer her questions. She wasn't the technical person, she had to call apple or go the "geek squad" at best buy. My wife and I requested that she be more respectful. This sales rep continued to raise her voice at my wife. She then threatened to call mall security my wife said go ahead. The sales rep didnt. We then asked if we could have the name of her supervisor or the store owner of this particular a t and t wireless store. She then told us she was in allowed to give her supervisor's name, which was an absolute complete and total lie. Again, I cannot emphasize enough at no time did my wife or I raise our voice to this sales rep. She absolutely rude and her behavior is what I would consider reprehensible. My suggestion until this employee is terminated to avoid this particular store. We even approached a mall security guard after the incident and explained to him what happened. So we decided to go with a new Internet provider who offered us the same speed I think even a little faster for $50 less a month. When I called to cancel my service the girl almost hassled me and wouldn't let me off the phone because she was push pushing push pushing push pushing that I should've stayed with them and how much more they could save me yeah for how long a couple months and then I'd go back to paying you even more I know how you work spectrum. Anyways, when I went to return my equipment, there was about six other people returning equipment and you have to wait in line punch in your phone number and sit there until they call you and what adds salt to the wound? They only had two people working so I went once and left because I had eight people in front of me and then I went back about three hours later and I still had three people in front of me. Some we're still there from when I was there earlier. The only reason I gave them one star was that the man who waited on me was super nice. he was an older gentleman. The young guy kept walking around, trying not to wait on anybody with people sitting there waiting to be waited on just to turn in their stuff so maybe spectrum should wake up.
