Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. The place had a good ratio of workers to the attendance level. The play areas were the same size as the Fullerton location, the seating and tables area was a bit tighter though. The equipment was clean and in great working order. One thing I did greatly appreciate was the claw games had a better ratio of wins. Some of these kids indoor playgrounds keep the difficulty on high to gouge the players, but this Kids Empire in particular understand that being fair with the play creates core memories for the kids so they will keep wanting to comeback. One thing that really impressed us, my wife accidentally stepped into a water spill. One of the staff members, Mari, noticed and offered to provide my wife some fresh socks. Very simple gesture, but it has made a lasting impact on my wife. She will definitely want to bring our daughter back for play dates. There's also a guide on each table with tips for different ceramic painting techniques. There's a cup of various styles and sizes of paintbrushes, and you can also request for a thin bottle for writing or detail-work. You get two hours to paint, but I've never felt rushed with either picking my piece or during the actual painting process. The staff here are always so attentive, courteous, and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I've noticed that when it gets super busy and you need a paint refill and someone hasn't come by, don't be afraid to raise your hand or walk over to someone, everyone is super friendly.
