Overcrowded camp. There were way too many children for their tiny studio and the stage. It was…read more$240+ for a week camp for 3.5 hours per day. No cancellation allowed, you forfeited the fee once you paid, which is super inconsiderate in a pandemic. During performance, some kids remain on floor (not on the stage) because the stage was too small to accommodate everyone. Some kids who were at the back can't be seen throughout the performance because the formation never change and everyone in the front is equally tall (go back to note "it was too crowded"). What about considering spots rotation so supporting characters get to be seen a little while main characters get the most stage? Or what about alternate the front and back row during dance so at least all parents get to watch their children perform? Really, the hope was just to see a glimpse of our child, even if it's just a minute or 30 seconds, but nope... can't see my child at all! There were too many children and choreography/formation never changed. This is not a broadway performance where the casts should feel grateful just to be on the show. This is a fee-based (paid) children's camp. This should be about the children's and parents' experiences. The only reason they were packed is that they are piggybacking on successful movies like Encanto or Sing but the delivery was very poor in our experience. The camp was such a waste of time, energy, and money. Never again!

We've been able to take her on weds after work and a couple of Saturday classes, but even the sat class can sometimes hit right during nap time. More evening classes or later weekend classes would be awesome!

I actually have holds on their classes to move my baby into when they are ready. Coach Colton has been great for my oldest. I see him do well with kids of all ages, but he definitely excels with the age 6+ group. He is teaching my son all the correct strokes and working on refining techniques and prepping for the swim team. I appreciate how reliable he has been and provides consistency to my child. He has somehow been able to challenge my child in a way that my kid is asking to do more and striving to be better. I didn't think we would be doing swim team (just wanted kids to not drown), but after working with Colton that's the new goal! Coach Adam is another angel. He pairs very well with my middle child. Adam seems to enjoy working with a kid even when the kid is difficult. I think the kids can sense that he appreciates them and that Adam loves his job. He plays with the kids at their level ... my kid is always trying to finish his classes with my Adam tossing him in the water or being silly with him. He is very skilled at redirecting kids and working on what makes sense for the kid that day. Observing him with other students, I get the sense that he has the gift of working well with children on the spectrum too. He seems to earn the trust of the kids and still push them on their skills. Coach Olivia is another great reliable coach. She made swimming fun for my kids and taught them all the basics. The first few months of lessons for a new swimmer isn't so rewarding for the parents because the child is doing necessary basics like floating and swim-roll-swim and it doesn't look like traditional swimming. I thank her for building all those necessary skills because now I can see them paying off and it all makes sense!

She makes learning fun by gamifying the process and tapping into what kids already love. For example, my son is obsessed with cars, and she'll "race" with him in the pool to keep him engaged. It turns lessons into something he looks forward to rather than something he has to do. The classes aren't cheap, but we've continued because the quality--especially with Ms. Kasity--has been worth it. We can see steady progress in his skills, and it's been really rewarding to watch his confidence grow in the water.

In response to "as I said to you before" and "as I mentioned offline I am embarrassed and feel terrible that we missed your booking" Jarrett, while I appreciate the sentiment of your response, let me make a couple things VERY clear: YOU NEVER APOLOGIZED or took responsibility for how you treated me that day. The text messages I posted in my yelp review are literally the last correspondence we have. As I mentioned in my first review, I had to follow up with you to get the refund of my deposit. I'm not sure when you mentioned you felt embarrassed or terrible because all I literally heard on the phone when we spoke was you SCREAMING at me with excuses when I was just telling you how disappointed I was, and then I got hung up on. So disrespectful. Do you deny it? Because I noticed there are still no apologies or taking ownership for why you YELLED at me the morning of my son's party, minutes before it started and minutes before you were *supposed* to be there! I got off the phone in tears and shaking from how you spoke to me. My friend who was helping me at the party and my husband can testify. Look I get it, I can loose my temper too but I've never yelled at a total stranger, let alone a customer, the way you yelled at me. and when I do loose my temper, I always acknowledge and apologize to whoever I yelled at. (usually my spouse) I received not one follow-up message from you expressing any sentiment remotely close to an apology or admitting fault, wrongdoing, or acknowledgement that it wasn't right to yell like that. Honestly, if you had just apologized and taken responsibility for canceling instead of screaming at me, maybe the outcome for all of this would have been better. I'm glad you've taken measures to not let the "unforseen issues" cause you to cancel parties the morning of but hopefully you've also learned to control your temper and not yell at mother's who are just trying to throw a party for their kid. It seems like you've received many 5-star reviews since mine, wow that's great- I so deeply wish that could have been my experience too. While of course I believe in second chances and I do appreciate your offer of making this right, I just am pretty traumatized by the whole thing and truly wish things could have gone differently for us. They yelled at me in front of everyone. It was very unnecessary and dramatic. I do not recommend coming here. The gym isn't the best. It's not like they're gonna make any Olympians out of those kids. If you want a real gym go somewhere else. It's only fun for learning cartwheels.

When she transitioned to Girls 1, there was no difference in what the Preschool class was learning. There is no organization and no system to assess the gymnasts' skill set. The coaching from most is terrible. Young girls who don't know how to connect with kids. They seem not to care and just "get through" the session. There is no guidance given, the coaches simply tell the girls which skill they are doing with absolutely no oversight. I gave it a good 8 month trial but ultimately decided to stop when I saw no advancement, just the same repetitive skills in each class with zero REAL coaching, in addition to my 5 year old saying, "gymnastics is boring now". It's pretty frustrating to watch. If you want your children to be elite, this is not your gym.
