When you're looking for any type of school, you want to make sure the instructors treat your kids…read moreas if they were their own. Today, multiple staff did that for my daughter. We've been going to this school since they were in Fullerton, and they've always been great. My daughter started with Mr Nori and he's one of her favorite instructors. She's gone through a few instructors and we've never had a bad experience. My son now attends the school too. This morning, my daughter had a make up class and had to go into a different swim lane with a new teacher. She's been apprehensive about leaving her current school and starting kinder next year, and the emotions came out today. She started crying and holding onto me when she saw the new lane and instructor and said she doesn't want new things. Within seconds, Mr Scott came over and began comforting her asking if she'd like to see her other instructor Mayumi. Mayumi wasn't even dressed to go in the water, but rolled up her jeans and sat in another lane with her. Mr Nori came by to say hi and comfort her, and Mr Christopher gave her a private lesson for a few minutes while she adjusted. He eventually asked her if she wanted to join him in the new lane with the new instructor, and she said yes and was happy the rest of the time. Mayumi also came back to check on her. This is the level of care any parent looks for in a school and I highly recommend coming here.

Our kids were excited to see the new facility and enjoyed everything it had to offer during their first visit. The motion activated splash pad was a hit with our 7 yr old while he waited for his class to start. The swim suit dryers and plentiful changing stalls are very convenient. The viewing room is also a very nice added touch to the facility. All the instructors have been great over the years at Fullerton and we were told we'll see some at the Placentia location as well. They are located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking.

Everything was good until the third instructor…read more The first driving instructor slammed on the breaks every five minutes, even when it was an open road. He seemed overly nervous, but still was helpful nonetheless. The second instructor was wonderful, absolutely helpful, and really gave me some important tips to remember. Both of the first two called me when they were outside to let me know to come out. The third instructor was amazingly nice, but horribly unprofessional. It appears that he was used to dealing with 16 year olds and their parents, meaning that he was used to getting out of his car and knocking on front doors or going to school offices to retrieve his students while giving the parents a wholesome review of their child's progress. I am a 22 year old employed adult, you shouldn't be coming to my door or into my workplace to find me. Just call my phone. The day he came to get me, I had him pick me up from my place of work. It was my FIRST DAY on the job at a very prestigious firm. I was on my way back to work after taking a lunch, and my boss was aware that I was taking off for the afternoon because I had an appointment scheduled, but I didn't tell her what kind because I wanted to maintain my privacy, and she wasnt too concerned about my business anyways. I was under the impression that the instructor would call me when he was out front, like the first two had. I walked into my office to find two Ace Driving instructors standing at the front desk speaking to my boss and several of my coworkers, telling them who they were, what time my appointment was, and saying that they were looking for me. I quickly checked my phone to see how many times they'd called and I felt embarassed that I hadn't answered any of their calls, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED. They just walked into my office, spoke to my boss and coworkers, and completely embarassed me to pieces on my first day. My boss glared at me with confusion, and I told the instructors they were looking for me. They kept asking me to show them my learners permit, which was another detail I hadn't mentioned to my boss because she never explicitly asked about whether or not I could drive. I nearly melted of embarassment while leaving that office. I was already embarassed enough for not having my license at 22, but I didn't need that publicly outed to my boss and coworkers on my first day of my brand new job. For teens learning to drive, perfect place for you. For adults, look elsewhere, or at least don't have them pick you up from work. Tip for instructors: CALL YOUR STUDENTS BEFORE WALKING IN TO FIND THEM. You don't know what kind of situation you're walking in to.

In addition, the Rapunzel tower mural and the cloud paintings give the room a great fairy tale vibe for the little ballerinas. Another reason why this studio is unique is bc they provide a tumbling component at the end of ballet and tap. My daughter looks forward to the trampoline and learning tumbling tricks every time. I can't give 5 stars bc of an instructor. I agree w the parents- she tends to use a screaming voice and belittles the girls. She always starts late and rushes at the end to finish in time for the next class. What I find bothersome is her son interrupts her in the middle of class and they tend to argue about whatever. I wonder if she even enjoys teaching the little ones... what made it all better is going to a makeup on Thursday and seeing how incredible the instructors is, therefore we immediately switched. Also, a suggestion- replace the flooring so the kids' tap shoes actually tap.

If you've been a mom long enough and have thrown enough parties at different places--or on your own--you will truly appreciate Lei and her team. I told my husband this was the first time I had a true "Jesus take the wheel" feeling where I could actually let someone else take care of everything. Usually as a mom, you're taking photos, setting up plates, arranging food, lighting candles, and herding children. I DIDN'T DO ANY OF IT and I am SO SO SO grateful!!! Yes, I still woke up at 2am making sure the car was packed and checking everything off my list, but once we arrived, I didn't have to worry about a single thing during the actual party. Thank you, Lei and team! Everything was exactly as stated in the emails and texts. NOTHING was forgotten. We got the Treasure Package, so we had an hour in the Aquarium Room, an hour in the Beach Ball Room, and then lunch for an hour. My son had the best 6th birthday party, and all of his friends had an amazing time too! The team was thoughtful, kind, organized, and communicated clearly throughout the entire party. The setup was beautiful, and not having to clean up afterward was AMAZING. If you want true white glove service, come to Seascapes. They will not disappoint.

All the guests are kept we within their party and the kids are safely secured in a closed room 2) the play dynamic of each room was great and also each room had toddler options and they have photographers included in the package and NO outside food fee so you have the freedom to feed your guest according to your preference and dietary needs 3) the dining room decor and setup was so efficient and requires no effort on your end (they do it all). They know what they are doing and are great at utilizing the decor you bring in. You don't need to worry about that at all in addition to the schedule and flow of the dining room time. They also present a slide show of all the pictures from that same day and all the kids LOVED seeing their faces on the screen, it was sooo cute watching them scream and laugh with joy. Highly recommend Seascape for all the reasons above but also the exceptional customer service, family-owned, family-friendly environment and their competitive pricing for party packages and lastly the good they are doing, giving back to the community. Book your kids party here even if it's a bit of a drive (we reside in Huntington Beach) it's worth the drive!
