It's hard to find a pour over coffee anymore because of the time and commitment involved in proper preparation. This place not only offers it but you can choose from over 20 options for this beverage! I went with a delightful cup of Ethiopian bliss and my heart was full. The prices are slightly high for the market and service is a bit slower compared to your typical shop. This is a place where you come to slow down and savor the experience as soon as you walk in the door. If you want quick and simple, go to the chain down the road. Mike and Matthew (when he is there) really work hard on getting to know everyone and makes it a point to remember what you do, like, your interests or asks about your weekend. Ask yourself, when was the last time you experienced that? I usually go for their dark roast. Recently, I tried the pour over (it takes more time to make) and the flavor and quality is much better if you have the time. Today, I wanted to try the Booster Bites,on-the-go energy in bite sized portions made with nuts, seeds and dried fruit. They are supporting this brand by selling this from their cart.
