With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.

Despite being over two hours away in Sumter, SC, I returned their call on September 2 at 4:39 p.m. and was scheduled for an appointment at 11 a.m. on September 3rd. Given the distance, I woke up around 4 am to go to the gym, drop off my child, and then head to the store. I arrived 12 minutes late, yet I was told the 10:30 appointment was being serviced, so I would have to wait a few minutes. I was okay with this, but what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. My car was not pulled into a bay until 1:05 pm--two hours after my scheduled time. At 1:28 pm, I saw the serviceman drive off in the company vehicle. I looked in the bay to find my car jacked up with all the tires removed. I asked the front desk agent where the serviceman had gone, but she had no information. He returned only after 1:45 pm, offering no explanation or apology. I am sitting here at 1:52 p.m. with no car, missing all my meetings, and having a completely ruined day. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I traveled there to see what they could do and after meeting him he looked over the rim and felt confident that it could be repaired. I left the rim and picked it up the next day fully repaired. They did an outstanding job on the repair and their customer service was exemplary. They do much more than straightening out rims with color powder coating along with other rim finishes. Great company and staff. The repaired rim cost me half of purchase of a new or used 20" allow rim. Great job to the staff and thanks for saving me some time and money.

She provided me with numerous options. My apt was at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm (office is closed for lunch until 1) and was immediately greeted by a receptionist. She advised me to fill out a form and proceeded to check me in. She viewed my vehicle, took photos and quoted me a price. I was able to leave my vehicle and return home to continue to work. The service took about 2 hours. Rep called to advise me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I retrieved my vehicle just before closing as I has some work tasks to complete. After calling and speaking with Joe, he spent over 5 mins with me on the phone explaining the pro's and con's and recommended I not come in for a trans service. His expertise and willingness to spend time on the phone with me just reaffirmed the 5 star rating on Yelp and future service on our cars to be performed at H&H!
