I was driving a distance so I wanted the full treatment and holy sh@t I got the opposite! Driving through the gorge it started with my hubcaps falling off and then bolts, my truck began to uncontrollably veer to and fro- I couldn't control it, I almost died- I pulled over and saw in my front end they still had pieces of the lift in there and bolts were gone and other bolts were dropping out! I can not believe these people are allowed to be in business! I almost died!! When I went to discuss my near death experience and why my truck was so badly mangled, I was told no one could talk to me and there was nothing they could do. I will post pics because boy is it a site! This is not over!!!

This place is awesome…read more Someone in the Zion visitors center parking lot pointed out I had a flat. Oh no! My day of hiking ruined. I wait an hour for a tow truck to come out and put the donut on-- "$200, please." That seems excessive but I'm hostage, what can I say. So then I ask Claude/ChatGPT where I should drive to to actually get the tire replaced or repaired. They both recommend this place. (I love when they agree.) I get there maybe around 11am. I'm desperate for quick service because I don't want to lose a day hiking on my vacation. (Had a permit for the Subway.) Long story short, not only do they patch the tire within 30 minutes, but when they call me back up to the counter, they're like, "Oh, yeah, no charge. We do patches as a courtesy." The audible "Whaaaaaaaaaaat?" that escaped me... This is a shop that must deal pretty exclusively with vacationers that they will never see again. That they would treat a one-off customer with such respect-- compare that to the $200 fee that morning for someone simply putting the donut on-- really floored me. When I am back in Zion, if anything happens to my car, these dudes have my undying loyalty.

Discount Tire told me the wait would be long, which was tough given the situation. I drove over to Hurricane Tire Pros, and they immediately saw how desperate I was and fit me in right away. That alone would have earned them 5 stars--but here's the part that really blew me away: they fixed it for free. They absolutely didn't have to do that, especially during a busy holiday period, but they chose kindness and customer care over everything else. Because of them, my vacation was saved and my stress level instantly dropped. If you're anywhere near Hurricane, this is the place to go. Honest, compassionate, and genuinely good people. I'm incredibly grateful and will always recommend them.

We come through town annually to get service on our RV, so it's great to start to build relationships with other vendors. These folks were great!!! Uzi took his time to help us get what we were looking for so we could make the purchase. Here is why this is important. Women are often dismissed in the automotive arena. Our questions aren't taken seriously, and sometimes, men in these shops can be condescending. Uzi and everyone there was professional and helfpul. When we asked about the date on the tires he'd acquired and said we wanted newer tires, Uzi scoured the country to find us tires that would work. And he and his co-worker did an amazingly careful job getting our tires on and ready to roll! Its a long story and was the worst situation with car troubles I have ever experienced. I was ready to throw in the towel and accept that I had made a bad investment that was going to cost me over 14K and the loss of my vehicle. It took Riders only 4 days to diagnose and repair my vehicle. They were honest, communicative, and looked out for me throughout the entire process. Their final cost for my repairs was less than half of what the dealership was asking and they identified a root cause of my car troubles that was completely missed by the dealership service department. Riders saved me thousands of dollars today and earned my loyalty and patronage for life. This shop and its crew is extraordinary, I can guarantee you'll never go anywhere else again.
