They denied my claim . I have a police video cam and police report clearly manager agreed I left RV only because he asked me to....the manager stated he overbooked . the store manager took responsibility and the third party insurance company refused the claim . has this happen to anyone else ? Well the store says it opens at 8:00am and it did!!! Literally. I arrived about 5 mins before and a couple customers were already waiting. As a former GM I would open the doors earlier if I saw customers waiting. At least open the door and let customers in to get out of the weather with winter coming up. Would not recommend. Purchased new Michelin tires. Service was professional and timely but too much rush rush type atmosphere. Problem came to light when I got home and noticed deep cut on rim. Know it happened at Discount because I had just detailed my car/tires. Talked to manger who then said he would make it right (although he did not think happened at Discount) and would order new rim. New rim came in about 7 days but once installed was found to have more damage than original. So...new second rim was ordered (so I was told). After 3 weeks I called about second rim and was told it was in....but it really wasn't. I gave up at that point and told them I wanted original put back on and would count my blessings at that point and gave up on Discount ever making it right. If you care about your rims..suggest you take pictures before going to Discount. read more

let me start this by saying that Mike and Jeremy are both amazing people, I came in with a tire needing to be replaced, and Jeremy not only did not try to upsell me on any extra servicing or tires, but also had it done before I was even able to transfer my money to pay for it, then, as I was replacing my tire myself in the lot (I wasn't aware if they had an additional service fee for actually putting it on the vehicle) Mike approached and expedited that process completely, what would've taken me another five minutes was done in a matter of two because he saw that I was doing it in the parking lot, additionally, Mike assisted me in tightening a screw on my vehicle that had nothing to do with my tire or anything he is obligated to do as discount tire worker. I can't lie to y'all and say that every experience is going to be like this, Ultimately, this is a mechanic shop and it's gonna take a minute to get some things done. I'm giving them a two, only because they did the job and they listened to me when I physically saw one of their employees back up in to a curb in my car and proceed to zip through the parking lot to take my car to the bay. My car is standard, and this kid decided to screech my wheels more than twice getting it into the bay and then drove it in so far that he had to have another coworker enter my vehicle to back it up so that it could be serviced. After I complained to an associate I drove my car out of the bay and now... I have a knocking sound coming from under my car. Don't go to this place! Best courteous service ever! The service personnel were all highly professional, courteous, and warm in nature. I encountered a flat tire. AAA removed flat tire and placed replacement tire. Afterward I drove to Discount Tire, which really was not my intention. I was actually on my way to Walmart. Oh, what a wonderful divine gift Discount Tire turned out to be. They gave me a free analysis of all my tires in addition to a courtesy repair and balance of the flat tire. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I bought 4 trailer tires supposed to have been mounted and balanced. Went to pick up my trailer and noticed the tires were not balanced. Went in an talked to Jesse about the issue said sorry and a worker would be right out to fix it and he went to lunch. Waited another twenty minutes went in and talked to one of the assistant managers and said he would check on it. Said it would be another 15min or longer because of an issue with a vehicles lug nuts were hard to get off. I told him that 2 other vehicles pulled in a bay after I talked to Jesse so now I have to wait until there done when your guy crewed up. Only thing he would say is sorry. Will get to you when we finish with them. Piss poor excuse and customer service. Make sure you double check there work including the balancing to make sure your getting what your paying for. Took my car there to have the tires rotated. Arrived in time for my appointment and was told by 3 different people to park and wait in three different places. They took the car in and brought it back out. I stopped for fuel on the way home and found that the tires had NOT been rotated. Had to go back for them to do it. Then the digital receipt that they sent me was for "fixing a flat"! That used to be our go-to place for tires, wheels and tire service, but during our last two visits it seems that they are more concerned with trying to sell you new tires than they are in providing good customer service. read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR OR VALUABLES! I have purchased several sets of tires from this location and others but will never do business with them again after my last visit this passed Saturday. We had a flat on my wife's car and took it in to have it repaired we knew going in it was going to be a long wait being Saturday around noon and of course it was a 2-3 hour repair window so we decided to walk down to a near by restaurant and have lunch. I locked the car and handed the keys over we headed over to the restaurant when my wife said she had left her apple watch and earbuds in the center console if the car I assured her that the car was locked and we didn't have anything to worry about (big mistake) to my surprise the car was ready in 1 hour so I went for the car while my wife waited at the restaurant, we went home after finishing lunch and never thought twice about her watch or earbuds until that evening when she asked me to get them so I could charge them and they weren't there. Discount tire was the only place we went and left the car were someone had access to it. Discount Tire being closed on Sunday my wife called Monday morning with me on the line as well and spoke with the "sales manager" about the missing items, the response we received was file a police report then he hung up NOT I'm sorry, let me investigate, I'll check the cameras, I assure you my team would never do this, everyone is background checked to prevent things like this NOTHING OF THE SORT. Me being in a management position in the customer service industry will tell you Discount Tire is a joke with the greeting, hand shaking Discount Tire's motto of "Be fair, be truthful, work hard, be there on time, and help people" is a hoax. To be fair I didn't expect the so called manager to admit anything or write a check for the replacements but unfortunately I expected better and he being so quick to say file a police report tells me this isn't the first time that someone had something missing from their vehicle. NoTotal disappointment !!!! I brought four brand new tires two of them went flat they repaired them and they kept my spare tire I called them when I got home and was told they would put it aside when I went back to pick it up they couldn't find it , then I referred a friend to them he went there with wires hanging out on all dour tires they sold him 814.00 in tires two months later the tires were the same way as when he went in the first time , metal showing and worn out bad, they said they couldn't honor the warranty due to there had to be front end damage, why this wasn't brought up during the sale is beyond me, then had him pay the second time in less then two months from his frist purchase of four tires they charges him 400. Dollars for two tires then charges him 21.00 per tire. And not to mention 7 hour wait and was pretty much told we had to wait for tires to come from another location, they where trying to have him to come back the following day mind after being there all day. I have never seen such poor services and customer care , I am going to stop sending people there. read more

I had a tire that kept loosing air so I thought it had a nail or something in it. I took it to two other tire shops because it happened on a Sunday and they told me it wasn't repairable because it had a really small staple on the outer edge. Well Monday morning I took it to discount tire and they actually were the only ones who took the tire off to do a full inspection. Turns out my rim was bent and was causing the tire to loose air. The guy (sorry I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful and even tried to find me a new one at the lowest cost. I ended up having to take it to get fixed and re-chromed elsewhere (don't even get me started on that place). After it was re-done that placed asked if I wanted them to put it back on so I said sure. On the drive from there to work my truck was shaking and I thought the tire was going to fall off. I drove into the same discount tire and asked them to check it out. Once again they checked it out thoroughly and found that it had not been balanced. Thank you so much discount tire for providing excellent customer service, not taking advantage of a woman who needs something done to her vehicle, and especially for going above and beyond to thoroughly check out issues so that the vehicle I drive my two children around in is safe!!!!!!
