Tire on my SUV had a screw in it. Looked for a tire shop in the immediate vicinity and found this one. The service was fast and great service. Thanks for being open on a Sunday morning. read more

I got an alignment here on 7/15. By 7/23, I went to another tire shop due to issues I noticed while driving. They showed me the alignment report and I saw that my tires were not aligned. The front tires were facing inward and badly off alignment and the back was somewhat off. The inside of my front, new tires were basically bald as a result. I had to pay for another alignment and get new tires again. Apparently, this shop never actually did my alignment. read more

Pit Stop has great prices, honest people. Cesar replaced my dead tire sensor in the Lexus for 1/3 the price of Discount Tire's quote. Common sense approach. Thank you, Cesar! Abdul and Cesar are the best! read more

Service was fast and employees were helpful and attentive. I went in for a tire fix and ended up having to get a new tire due to a ball on the sidewall. Employees helped find me a tire in my budget and were not pressuring into spending more on services I didn't need read more

I have been going to Hector for any and all my tire needs. This guy runs a great business. Even take my company trucks here as well. I got my first set of 22 inch wheels with kuhmo tires back in 2008 on my 2008 Silverado and his price was $1,200 out the door. Best prices, great customer service & Good quality tires. Getting my mom a new set of tires for her Chrysler 200 tomorrow (18 inch rims) $380 plus tax out the door you can not beat that. If you're ever in the market for new wheels and tires get prices here and compare the differences. Hector won't let you down. read more

I wish I had asked for the name of the guy who helped me so I could give him the proper credit but WOW I came in to get my front tire replaced and this man not only replaced it in record time but did it all without me even having to get out of my car and charged me about $30 less than what I was anticipating. I'm at a loss for words for how amazing the service was. Thank you Pit Stop! read more

This is the best tire shop I have been to in the USA, not just Texas. If you want your tires fixed or replaced, I recommend that you bring your car here. Drive further if you have to. In my experience this shop will try to help you, they do not sell you things you do not want or need, they are polite and they work quickly. Oh, and they're cheap too. Not sure what else you could really want... it makes you question why other tire shops have to sell you fear, up sell you unnecessarily, overcharge and make you wait. Williamson make it look easy. I just wish they did oil changes, because I'm yet to find a decent place for that. read more

Went in today with my S2000. Had a nail in the tire. Removed tire, took it apart, patched it, put it back on, all in less than 15 minutes. Great fast service, very polite staff. All at half what I expected to pay. The kind of shop you want taking care of you. read more

Got quoted for a $75 rim lip repair (minor dent with slight feedback in steering column) over the phone and once I arrived they told me it would be $145 to repair or $130 to replace. The job took longer than they had told me unfortunately. read more

I recommend going to this place. There's a mechanic there who goes by Angel. His customer service is awesome. The next time I need to get tires I'll be going to him. read more

These guys are great. First of all, they were able to get a replacement tire for me in a few hours, even though they didn't carry it. I had my vehicle towed to their shop, caught a ride back home, and they came and picked me up when it was ready. Now, I'm not saying they ALWAYS do this, but I was in a bind and they worked it out. I really appreciated the extra effort. The bonus was that it didn't cost any more than any of the other places that I called that were going to take a day to get the tire in. read more

I dropped in today with a flat tire. I had an extra tire in the back of my car and the man who helped switched out the tires and got me all set up in 10 minutes. What could have ruined my whole day was fixed in 10 minutes with fast, friendly, and reasonably cost service. Thank you for saving my day! read more

Did work on truck that wasn't needed instead of fixing the real problem. Had to spend additional money getting it fixed right. Finally got in touch with the shop owner and was told I would get a refund of the labor charges but never received it. Dishonest and shady. Would not recommend at all read more

Good service. Great price. The attendant change out my tires quickly. Got my tires balance and put on. Great guys.

I love the old fashioned mechanic- no bs service, social, and great service. I had to swap out my tires on my Avalanche, brought my tires in and in a hour I was out. Mark was excellent. They definitely have a customer for life now! read more

After calling several tire places for someone to patch my tire, I was finally referred to Pit Stop. It looks a little sketch on the outside but the men working were so friendly and had my tire patched and the donut put away in less than 5 minutes. I am highly impressed with their work and recommend going here for tire help! read more

Terrible service. They are only concerned about your money, they fixed something I did not need and they never even drove my truck to figure out any issues. Then they are absolutely rude when trying to resolve it. read more

I've bought tires and rims from Pit Stop for nearly 10 years while under the very capable management of Hector. He was always very fair, consistent, and friendly. I was made aware this year that, after donating a kidney to his father, Hector relinquished his role at Pit Stop in the interest of taking care of his health. The new owner/manager, Abdul--who also manages the Econo Lube on the adjacent property has chosen NOT to honor the warranties of the previous owner. Initially, he asked, through one of his shop workers for proof of purchase in order to honor the "life of the tire" rotation agreement. I returned with the receipt. Again, through one of the guys in the shop, said he would not honor the agreement. No reason given. I objected and relayed that our family has purchased multiple sets of tires and a couple of rather expensive sets of rims over the years. His response was to say he would rotate my tires for $20. I find it fascinating that this poor excuse for a business man does not recognize the net return of continued-reliable-business for the occasional inconvenience of honoring an agreement to rotate the tires!!! What else is there in Abdul's indifference to customer service that might be reflected in the quality of his work??? I noticed the previous reviews appear to have been posted pre-Abdul. read more

I'm from out of town, and needed a tire swapped. This is the place to go! Super fast service, and easy to find. They were able to help me with all my questions, and I was in and out in no time. read more
