These guys are by far the BEST of the best! They couldnt get one of my stripped wheel locks off and recommend me to Network Alignment a great shop that quoted me $50 (I was quoted $80 at another place) but ended up not even charging me. Discount tires also let me get the last tire on 5min right before they were closing and were super friendly. Patrick was super apologetic about my inconvenience but I feel grateful for there time even more. And they replace another tire for free that was under warranty. Thanks guys!!! Brought a tire in that needed repair. Wss told it was a 3 hour wait. They did not need to put the tire on my car, they just needed to repair it so I thought it was odd how long they needed but was fine with it because they seemed busy. They took my phone number and said they would notify me when it was ready. I was patiently waiting all day until about 4.5 hours after speaking with them. I try to call them and they are closed. They are closed all day the next day as well. They never notified me about my tire, and now I have to go days without a car because their hours of being open do not work with my work schedule. Very frustrating and will not be coming back for business here again. read more

Justin is super nice. He helped me find a store that had the tire I needed as well as put my spare on for me so I didn't have to in the rain. When my phone died when I needed to make a phone call he let me use his battery pack to charge my phone. He constantly apologize for the long wait, but I was fine. I had a really great experience here! I called on Wednesday and spoke to Trevor, told him my make, model and year and he looked up some tires for me and gave me a quote for an out the door price. I did call around and found that not only did Discount have the best prices but they had a really helpful and friendly staff, other places I called acted like it was a bother to give a quote over the phone. Friday after work Trevor was there to help me when I dropped off my car. I didn't want to wait around so he told me I could leave my car there and pick it up in the morning. Rad! As all previous reviewers have said, these guys are AWESOME. Outstanding service. The service tech actually came out to the parking lot with his clipboard to greet me as soon as I drove in. In and out in less than an hour. Take a little walk to the nearby Barnes & Noble to browse a little while, and it's all done. They also do free tire checks and will maintain the air pressure for you. Very Happy. I went in for a second opinion when Walmart said the tire was bare and I would get 0% discount on my road hazard policy, because the tire didn't look as bad as was stated. John showed me the damage to the wall (I did that when driving on the flat). And said they would have replaced it for free. Well I bought a tire today because I'm traveling in 2 days for the holiday. My spare he said was the original from 2005 and looked iffy itself. I LOVE the new tire, the monster tred is so much more than my other store tires. These people took advantage of my girlfriend. They charged her $1000 for tires she did not need. They were not even comparable to the tires she had on there which were $100 less at another tires shop. After that they left a wheel cap off. I said you go back there those are expensive. Its a 350z and a new one is $75 and she was told maybe it was not on there. I usually handle the maintenance on this car and was out of town so I could not be there and I know for a fact the caps were all there because I am a stickler about them. I made her go verify they were all there which is how she found out they were not. So there is not a chance it was gone already. And they are giving her a hard time. I am contacting the credit card company and filing a claim if they let me I will tell them refund me the entire amount I will return the tires and throw the f in things thru the front window like the commercial shows. DO not go to this store. If you go to discount I would recommend a different store than this one. read more

I woke up Saturday morning ready to take my son to his championship soccer game and, instead, discovered a flat tire on our van. I filled up the tire and drove to Discount Tire to get it fixed asap. When I got there, I was informed that there was an hour wait, which meant we wouldn't make it to the game. I was going to give up and try to find somewhere else to go but I was stopped at the door by a salesperson who could probably tell I was super stressed out. After explaining the situation to him, he said he would try to "sneak" me in and get me out sooner so we could make it the game. They were able to repair the tire and get me back on the road in 20 minutes and there was no charge for the repair. I went to get a patch put on my tire for free, and the day before I had AAA put a temp patch on it. Apparently the guy from AAA damaged the inside of my tire and it was not repairable. The second dilemma was that the tires I purchased at Discount over a year ago, did not show up in the system, which means the warranty did not show up either. I was scrambling trying to figure out what to do. But Discount replaced my tire for free and took my word for it. They were such a huge help, it brought me to tears. Luis Cabrera helped me through all of it and was so understanding. He is is the type of employee that any business should be proud to have. I bought for tires I paid over $1600 for four truck tires they told me they were 60,000 mile tires they were Toyo tires brought them in for another rotation only have 25,000 miles on them they told me they were too worn down and they wouldn't rotate them I explain to them they were supposed be 60,000 mile warranty tires the trucks never been taken off road They pretty much told me toyo would not warrantee them I recommend not buying tires from discount tire you might as well go save the money from some of the smaller shops because you're not going to get warranty or service your expecting read more

I rarely do reviews. So something has to really standout for it to happen, GOOD or BAD. Which is why I'm here now. Many months ago I had new tires put on my sons car. Several months later my son called saying somethings wrong with his car and has been since I had the tires put on. I told him to bring it in but he procrastinated that for another few months. Anyway we were eventually notified by our mechanic that the wrong size tires had been put on the car. I took the car to Discount in Fountain Hills and explained what happened. I was expecting to hear them say something about how long ago the tires were put on and driven on. But they immediately took ownership and ordered us new tires. But before I could bring the car in to have them installed my son moved 60 miles away. So I then called the metro center location and they were just as wonderful. I also want to mention that, while waiting in the lobby for the tires to be installed, every employee was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful to each customer and their needs as well as their coworkers. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I stop by to get air in my tires on a regular basis, and they measure my tread as well and write everything down for me. They even put air in my spare without me asking! I stopped by one day a few minutes before closing (hate to be that person!) but they did not complain and instead patched my tire for me for free. We leased this 2018 Infinite 2 months ago but found we had an air leak due to a nail. We brought it to discount tire and the people were amazingly outgoing and pleasant to work with. Particularly this one, Seth had taken care of me, was given the standard knowledge of the wear and tear on my current tires. They harassed me and were very disrespectful! And they laughed at me as I left when I told them my father had just died and I was In a low budget since I had to pay for the funeral services. Instead they wanted me to pay warranties I didn't want and expensive tyres. They were charging me $300 for something I got for $81 at the Discount Tyre on Bell Road and 19th. And when I was leaving, they sent another staff to follow me to my car and try convince me they weren't screwing me from behind. Definitely a horrible first experience!!
