I go here probably 2 times a month to get my tires pumped up and checked for free. Last time I came in was right before taking my car on a road trip, my low tire light came on so I went to this location as always to get them checked. They told me I had TWO nails in both my back tires and I would need to get both tires replaced with them. Of course after looking at their horrible pricing decided to go to my usual used tire shop. They spun both tires around for me, NOTHING!! They completely lied to me to try and get me to spend money. Most likely cause it was only me(a female) and my girlfriend! They said they would fix it if they safely could, priced a new tire if they could not and said it may be two hours to get to it. 45 minutes later they said it was fixed and there is no charge for repairing a tire. All the discount tires are great places with friendly employees, but there's something about this place that sets it apart from others. I always ALWAYS see Chris when I'm here and he is always so nice and smiling and goes above and beyond for every customer. I also talk to Andrew a lot and he is super nice as well and will make your experience a great one. Every single person here works very hard and is great with customers. Some people complain in line about how they're standing around doing nothing, but obviously they've never worked in a store where service is provided or worked in the customer service field at all. If they had, they would see all these great workers working away like bees in a honey hive! Thanks guys for being so amazing. Crappiest customer service ever. Honestly I didn't even get any service done here. I simply called because I had bought tires elsewhere and was searching for an installer. Upon answering my call, the man that answered clearly hates servicing people, as I was trying to explain my need he immediately interrupted me with "why would you get the tires anywhere else? Like did you get them cheaper ?" Which is first of all rude for him to assume, bc no they weren't cheap tires the other retailer was the fastest I could get the specific size Goodyear Assurance tires I wanted. After explaining I just needed them installed he said "ugh well you know you're gonna get charged an arm and a leg for this, cause you bought them somewhere else." Totally irrelevant to me I just wanted my tires mounted quickly, then he proceeds to tell me "it'd probably be cheaper for you if you go to a little MEXICAN tire shop" I don't understand if he was trying to make me feel inferior or what but it just irked me. It's just amazing that the "little Mexican tire shops" had a much higher level of customer service. So glad I found this place, and in my neighborhood at that. My car's tires need to be replaced, so I went to their website and was able to view the specs, ratings, and reviews for the tires. When I went to the actual shop, I was treated with courtesy and did not have to deal with any high-pressure sale pitches. I was even allowed to review my options in the shop and chose a set of tires that was well suited for my driving style and budget. I ordered tires online last week and made an appointment for install Tuesday. I arrived for my appointment and was told their system never submitted the order and to come back the next day. I asked if I should call before coming and was told no. When I arrived the next day at the time they suggested I was again told they didn't have the tires and this time it was FedEx fault. I was again told to come back the next day. This time they had my tires. Covid or not this is not acceptable. I had to have my car towed in since I blew out the side wall by hitting something in the road on the 101. While I was waiting for the tow truck, I called around to see if anyone had the tire size I need, since it's not very common. Finally Discount Tire found one (that's all I needed) in their inventory. Hallelujah! I called that store to ask them to hold it for me and to let them know the tow truck driver would be dropping it off. Renee was so knowledgeable over the phone and provided confident reassurance. This is a busy location at Metro Pkwy despite not much going on anymore at that nearby mall. Clearly it has a lot to do with their customer service. I sat there for about an hour watching the interactions. Adrian was working the front desk and phones. He managed to treat every.single.customer like they were the first and only one of the day. Consistent energy and poise no matter the issue! Impressive! Renee seemed like a solid coordinator gleaming with professionalism, recognized I had been waiting likely longer than necessary and moved into action. Would give 5 stars but a hour wait seemed a bit much to be in queue for something I had already arranged. Not complaining. I do feel like I was well taken care of. Discount Tire will price match, but in this case it wasn't the exact same so they discounted it to where it would be close to what I paid. I really enjoy this location. All discount tires are great truly, this one just happens to be right up the street from us. While waiting for my vehicle one time, I saw an associate take his time with an elderly gentleman who was very lost. Even though they were busy, this employee made sure to help the senior all the way until they had confirmed someone was going to come pick them up. It's this level of respect that I always get myself from the workers here. They have never tried to talk me into buying something I don't need. They don't talk down to me at all (one discount tire did that, but it was out in the west valley of course). These people love what they do, they love their company, and it shows in the way they treat the customers. Thank you for my free tire repair, we really needed a break (planning a wedding with a surprise pregnancy is not for the faint of heart). I did not personally have this experience, but my mom who was watching my son did and I thought I'd share. My mom had a nail in her tire and she was watching my 3 year old son who is special needs, while I was going to take an exam. She originally went to the Discount Tire by our house to get it checked out but proceeded to go to this location. Here is why. At the 3rd st and bell location they told her it was unfixable because of tread not because of location but would not show her or explain more. On top of it my son was over stimulated and hard for her to calm down. Instead of helping my mother or even offering to help just watched as she struggled and one of the gentlemen (or I should say teenagers) working on the car looked at her and say "well you need to learn how to control you child" with the manager already being rude she was hysterical and protective of my son and got in her car. The old managers Patrick from the 3rd st and Bell location moved to the this one. She called in tears embarrassed and was welcomed in. (This all happened while I was on my way to my exam) As I was about to get to my exam she called me to inform me what happened at the 3rd st and bell location, as there was nothing i could do at the moment i told her to just go home and calm herself and my son down, but she informed that this location had the managers we loved there that were previously from 3rd st and bell and she was going to attempt taking him there. When she arrived they took the time to help her calm my son down, attempting with a coloring book and getting his favorite character Buzz Lightyear on my moms phone. After they proceeded to take the time to help explain to her what was going on with the tire and instead of trying to up-sell her, offered a used tire till we come back to get a brand new one. Which of course we will be soon! I truly thought everyone should see the type of people they are getting and it truly all starts with management. If you have a caring manager you're going to have an awesome team. So thank you for helping my mom with my son it takes a lot to work with my son due to him being special needs he needs extra attention and as a single mom i know it's extremely hard to do in public by yourself. read more

Came to this location to get them as I had used them once before & they told me I actually only needed two tires & the other two could go another 10,000 miles.
