We haul horses professionally and have needed to get some new tires on our truck. We are rarely unloaded and for the past few weeks we've been told "out of stock, we can't get that tire for 3-5days." So when the Pontiac location said this location had 4 tires available, we called them immediately and asked them if there was any way to get our big rig down there before they closed. They said "just get here asap, we will figure something out." So we got out right rolling and pulled in with almost an hour left in their day before they closed. So often, we find a tire places who won't add an additional project like ours in without a day+ to schedule AND then it's a matter of tire availability. We get it, it's a heavy duty tire and we aren't normal customers. Today we were in a huge bind and these guys swooped in and absolutely saved the day! They got us 3 new tires on and sent us on our way. Oh, and did I mention that their prices were $100's less than other places! I just had a quote for 2 of these tires at $700, they sold us these three for $130 more... easily saving us $200!!! Which was so appreciated! We are so thankful for the quality of tires they had in stock, their willingness to go above and beyond for us, and how understanding and kind they all were to us! The guy from the original store even called while we were there to check on us and make sure we were taken care of! I, too, ordered a full set of "snow shoes" from Tire Rack for our little girl and I've got to be honest. I was skeptical. Almost everything that could go wrong sincerely tried. FedEx delivered late and it was POURING rain on my installation date, but Menard's was communicative and clear, "We'll be there!", and they were, and the entire ordeal cost about $100 less than it would have had a conceded to sitting and watching a tire shop work on someone else's car for two hours. Install took a little over an hour and went off without a hitch. And like I said, the communication, service and setting of expectations was smooth all the way through from booking to confirmation to installation and payment. Better than what you expect... Menard's is what you'd hope for. Thank you guys. If you're the future of the business, the future looks great.

Wanting a second opinion and feeling something was off (way off) i found A1 Auto on Monroe and Friends and brought it in. The tech came out with a odd look on his face and said "I don't know why that other shop wanted to replace the entire rack n pinion, we can only find a leaking power steering pump. At best it might just need some new hoses. At worst it needs a $500 pump and that's it!!" First time visiting this shop and they've saved me several thousand dollars already. Why do some of these other shops find woman as easy targets to rip off? HOW is that a good business practice? A1 Auto Center's motto is WE'RE LADY FRIENDLY and I AM LOVING IT!
