Had a scheduled appointment and showed up early. They still had everything done within 45 minutes! Alex and his team was great and quick. They honored my coverage and provided a new tire replacement at no charge. I only needed to pay for the coverage for the new tire. Very impressed! read more

Stopped by Discount Tire for their free air check. The tech noticed my Temu metal valve caps and gave me a mini science lesson on how they can rust and ruin my valves. Showed me an already-rusted cap and suggested I swap them out, then put four brand-new plastic ones on for me ... for free! Honestly, I got my tires here a while ago and never thought to write a review, but this extra effort deserves a shoutout. Quick, helpful, and totally above and beyond. Thank you! read more

Shout out to Willie D. He filled our tires with air today and was polite and efficient. And though it was just filling air in the tires he was the best. A true Gentleman given the scourching temps and lack of shade at the tire air fill station. Get these guys some shade please. read more

Had a great experience when visiting after ordering my tires online. I was greeted with a sign with my name welcoming me, then a technician named Alex met me inside to get my install going. While waiting the manager Charlie came out to ask about my experience. I will definitely come back for my next set of tires and future rotations. read more

Sunday evening flat tire drama turned into a smooth recovery thanks to amazing service! My insurance arranged the tow, and even though I had a noon appointment, I was at the shop at 8 AM. They were incredibly fast and efficient, getting everyone in and out within 30 minutes. The customer service and employees were top-notch and super professional. So glad they found my warranty and replaced my tire even though it was a partner brand! #flattire #customerservice #warranty #carrepair read more

This is my second time coming to this location. First time they got me out pretty quick and it was free! Only issue was tech forgot my wheel lock and it was still on the car! Luckily I caught it before driving off! Today I had to come back since I had a blow out. I called first and spoke to the Manager Charlie. He ordered the tires and told me they should have it before end of day. I got the car towed there around noon hoping it would arrive soon. Took about 1.5hrs+ so not too bad. Eric helped with closing me out and was great. I would come back to this location again. read more

The service was top notch! I made an appointment, an they took a look at my low tire. The team went over my tread wear so I'm informed of what might be needed in the future. They did not pressure me to buy any new tires but did go over what they had in stock along with pricing so I can make an informed decision. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I expected to be there much longer. Willie made sure all was complete and I was safely on my way. I would recommend this location anytime! read more

First? Charlie was amazing, HONEST and so helpful. What happened: I ended up her by chance. They close at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:56 PM. I got a flat tire on my way home from work on the freeway and was directed here. I have a warranty from another place, so Charlie didn't feel good about charging me for a new tire (screw on the outside of the tire) Instead he GAVE me a "loaner" tire to get me home and to the place where my warranty was the next day. Not many people would do this. Since I have run flat tires, I don't have a spare, but he gave me a spare. He didn't try to take advantage of the situation, he only wanted to make sure that I got home safe. I am grateful and appreciative of Charlie's kindness. Also, I want to thank Saul, who took care of replacing the tire. It was past closing, but he took care of it and got me on my way. Excellent service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE read more

Anyways, I will update again if I get a problem with the new tires I got. Fyi the suggestion tires I got is Arizona Silver Edition AS. read more

I was in the area running some errands and my low tire pressure sensor came on. The tire looked fine so I drove over to O'Reilly to buy a tire gauge. I was in the parking lot checking my tire pressure when this nice gentlemen came over and said he worked at Discount Tire and to come on over and they would check the air for me and fill my tire for no charge. This was very nice to go out of his way to offer this service to me. I drove over and had a few minute wait and they checked my tires, one was low and they filled it. They said if it was low again in the morning, they would be open by 8 and they could help me. Unfortunately, my tire was already a few PSI lower when I drove 15 minutes home, so I made an appointment at a location nearby. This location had such friendly and helpful employees. I really appreciate the employees at Discount Tire. read more

I had a great experience at Discount Tire on Federal! Justin was incredibly professional, efficient, and helpful. He recommended a beautiful sporty tire that I loved, but I ended up going with the Michelin Defender based on my needs and I'm really happy with the choice. I came to Discount Tire after having a tire pop on the freeway. The team inspected all my tires and found that I needed a completely new set. Even my spare tire was flat, and they took care of that for me as well. They provided same-day service with a quick turnaround, which I really appreciated. I'm also glad this happened on a Saturday since they're closed on Sundays. The pricing was great, and they offer a military discount, which is always a bonus. I've always trusted Discount Tire for their free air checks and tire repair/patching services. Highly recommend them! Giving 4/5 stars because, after getting the four new tires, my car handled a bit weird. I went back, and they balanced the tires again to be safe, which resolved the issue. read more

So happy I used these guys! Best customer service from any business in years, honestly (and they didn't have all good news). At this point I should be in a commercial for them considering I always run in there all flabbergasted whenever I find nails and screws in my tires. In fact, I'm sitting here for that reason right now. Every time I'm here, the staff is quick and professional. I like that you can track your status on your phone while you're waiting. It makes the experience less elusive because it gives you the power to go creep on their work the second you know you're in the bay. On that note, I like how they have a little bar seating area facing the window so you're actually encouraged to watch them work. I even like that they play an actual radio station in the lobby lol. There's something comforting about hearing a bunch of commercials and billboard music. It makes me nostalgic for being a little girl trusting that my dad was somewhere nearby fixing everything. Ha! read more

What happened to this location? The customer service folks had lines of people waiting to be checked in, but kept taking phone calls instead of helping the people that were actually there. I had an appointment, but waited so long I ended up leaving before anyone even spoke to me. What a bad experience. I'm unsure if I'll return. read more

Very solid experience at this Discount Tire location. Came in for a rotation & balance since I was having lunch with a friend nearby. Heads up that there is a parking lot in the front and back at this location. Things can get a little tight out front; the free air pressure check is in the back. Commendable service - I was greeted and checked-in promptly. The debrief when my service was done was professional and warm as well. The technology is great as well. Your receipt is emailed to you and you'll receive text updates throughout your service. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star is timing. They were slightly behind--which I get it, things happen--and this delayed my car from being serviced by about 30 mins despite an appointment. The team was upfront about this and I definitely appreciated the transparency. Total time spent at the shop was about an hour, which all-in-all still wasn't too bad in the grand scheme of things. Overall, a positive experience with an opportunity to be even better. read more

Came in for a service because I had a nail in my tire. They took my car in right away and that took them about 20 minutes to patch my tire but then they decided to park my car and make me wait another 30 minutes until they gave me my keys and it took for somebody that filled up my tire almost an hour ago to notice. And on top of that when I went to my car, they left my car unlocked. read more

Two stars only because of the guy who initially helped me at the counter during my first visit. I forgot his name but I think it started with a J. However, the name on my final receipt is the name of the guy who helped me at counter today but he was supper cool too. Anyhow, the first guy was extremely helpful and had two loaner tires in like new condition put on my vehicle until my new set of 4 tires came in today as he had to order them. I first came in late in the afternoon on Friday Oct 11th, 2024 after one of my tires went flat when I drove over some metal debris in the street and had to put my spare tire on. I already knew I was going to need all new tire's soon anyhow so I purchased a new set of 4. My new set of tires arrived the following day on 10/12/2024 a little before noon. Discount Tire was closing early at 1pm so I got there as fast I could. When I arrived, they were swamped with vehicle's and you could tell they were rushing to meet that 1pm close time. Here's the issue, I knew 3 of my rims had curb rash and one didn't. Out of the three that did, one rim had a fair amount of curb rash and the other two had very minor curb rash. Now, all four rims have damage and the three that already had damage look way worse than before. The rim that didn't have any damage whatsoever now does and you can tell the damage is fresh in the picture's. When I went to clean my rims afterwards, I was like wtf? You can still see the lube or grease they use to mount/put the tire on where the damage is in one of the pics. That rim was the one rim that had a fair amount of curb rash but now looks twice as bad. The other pics are of the rim that had no damage whatsoever and you can see the damage is fresh and is even scratched on the face of the rim itself. I have no way to prove this and the car is 10 yrs old but Im highly disappointed with the tire tech who replaced my tires. One last thing, Discount Tire is no longer a "discount" as their tire prices are just as high as anywhere else. read more

Willie is the man !!!! I recently had one of the best experiences at Discount Tires, hands down. From my very first phone conversation with Willie, I knew I was in good hands. Willie truly understood my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I got the right tire. I felt confident that I received the best deal possible thanks to Will's expertise. If you're in need of tires, I highly recommend asking for Willie and mentioning that you need ties for a Tesla or any car . He will take excellent care of you. Not only are the prices reasonable, but they also guarantee to beat any competitor's pricing. The best part is that Willie provides upfront pricing for any Tesla , so there's no need to shop around.
