I was able to set up an appointment online for the following…read moreday, and the service to my vehicle only took about 1 hour, even though they didn't have the lug nuts I needed on site! They were really transparent with me when I got there and they told me that they didn't have the Lugnuts for my Jeep on site and they were going to call to their other site across the street to see if they had any. They told me they would bring some over and check if they would fit and we would go from there. Everything went really smoothly. And when I told them I was going to call an Uber so I could go back home to check on my dogs. They kindly called an Uber on my behalf. They also did a complimentary detailed inspection and told me about a few things that I can look into repairing in my vehicle in the future. They even gave me an estimate for the cost of the future repairs. The only thing I got done today was replacing 20 swollen Lugnuts on my Jeep. On Reddit I saw that it typically costs about $300 to get them all replaced and here. I was able to get them replaced for about $250. It's always nice to get a good deal. The man who helped me was really friendly from the moment I walked in the door and I really appreciate it. The customer service and pricing are great here. I'll be back for the other repairs in the future.

I had to take 2 Star off because of a certain employee named Erik…read more My boyfriend dropped off new rims for my car to get tires put on because of the sale for tires that's happening unfortunately we couldn't pick them up the same day. When I came today around 1230 to pick them up Erik was helping another customer and another employee Cesar just got on for his shift and was going to help me out. Erik stepped in and was very condescending to me and Cesar his coworker. He was like "oh the rims that were supposed to be picked up at 7 am? That's you?" I responded that I wasn't told a time. My family and boyfriend have been coming to Firestone for years and we have never been told to come at a certain time to pick something up that's being worked on. Only as long as we come around 5 so people have time to go home, that's why we didn't pick up tires the night before. Also their tires, they were set outside the workshop in the shade and there were only 2 of them so I know they couldn't be an inconvenience. Cesar assured me it wasn't a problem and to not worry about it. Afterwards Cesar apologized because he couldn't find my work order right away so I could pay for the tires. Again almost immediately Erik chimed in, "was the name Nick? See you have to ask the right questions" directed towards Cesar. His attitude was all over the place there was more said towards Cesar and even himself looking over paperwork criticizing other employees work but I don't want to make my post too long, I just know if he was like that with me and his coworker in a 10 min transaction I can't imagine how it is when no one is around. If I comeback I will ask for anyone else to help me the last thing I want is to be talked down on when picking up tires.
