The service is always great! I applaud Discount Tires for maintaining the customer service. Other companies need to learn from them and Chick-fil-a. I appreciate my salesman, John, not trying to pressure me into upgrading or getting add ons. read more

While getting tires I was informed and shown a crack in my wheel, I asked to have the exact wheel ordered as it's a bronze set. After having the new wheel put on it is clearly not the same type or color. The lack of care or attention to detail here is shocking and embarrassing read more

I was thinking, ugh another uncaring vehicle maintenance place but I was wrong. The customer service was great. People behind the counter were fast, friendly and knew their jobs. I had an appointment and right away my vehicle was pulled into a stall and service began. About 30 minutes later I received a text telling me it was done and ready to be picked up. Again people behind the counter were on it. They saw me handed me the keys and I was on my way. The employees behind the counter and the mechanics deserve a cold beer and job well done. Definitely will do business there again and thank you Discount Tires for making this easy. read more

Terrible service. Ordered 4 new tires. Came in late. No calls when they came in. Then put new tires on a forgot to put the spare back on with sensor. Customer service is awful as well as incompetent. read more

So... there have been some issues in the past. But after working with Bruce the manager, Adam and Clayton, I believe things are on the right track now. Price for a new set of tires was competitive. The staff was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and correctly on a VERY busy day. Recommended. read more

Wow! What can I say! Great friendly knowledgeable service at a great location. This place is extremely busy, but so accommodating and fast.I purchased 4 tires and they were installed in 30 minutes. Best price around by far. Shout out to CJ and Clayton . Great guys who are true professionals! Highly recommend and thank you! read more

I've been here a few times and they're always quick, friendly, and able to resolve my issue.

Hi Price, I reached out 2+ weeks ago to the link provided and have not heard anything back. I scheduled another appt with the Cordova location because I noticed excessive road noise and vibrations after the last service. Turns out the wheels still weren't right as informed by CJ. The tire wear was uneven and mixed up. So basically even after 3 attempts the Collierville guys still couldn't get it right. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication even though you asked me to reach out. read more

I have never had an experience in a car repair shop like I had at this location. The customer service was unbelievable as well as the price. I had to get a sensor replaced last week. Their price was a 1/4 what I was quoted at the dealership, and they got me in and out in an hour. Of course another sensor went out a couple of days later. Went back and was told my tire actually had to be replaced due to tread. Again, the price was at least 1/2 of that at the dealership. I didn't like my current tires and asked them to price a full set. Happy again with that price, but they couldn't find the set in their inventory. They gave me the next set up and honored the original price. They gave me huge discounts and provided amazing customer service. Even while you're waiting, an employee will say, "Thank you for coming in. We'll be with you as soon as we can." And always with a smile! They've earned a customer for life! And I'm telling everyone about them. read more

Dropped my truck off for a tire patch as there was a nail in the tire, I pointed out the nail to the gentlemen and he said it wouldn't be a problem. An hour later I got it back and didn't notice anything wrong at a quick glance until a few hours later I spotted the same nail still in the tire. Somehow they had managed to not only fail at patching the tire in the hour they had my vehicle but they had lost a valuable stem cap which I had recently replaced. By the time I noticed it they were closed and not long after the nail ended up falling out leaving me with a flat, would definitely not recommend. read more

It's a tire place with good prices, quick service and pleasant surroundings. They're good at their kraft.

Refused to do a patch with a plug so be weary. At least he did give me a repair for another nail in it

Imagine this: Make a reservation on the website for a time to get your tires mounted and in less than an hour of that reservation; on the weekend before thanksgiving, you have your key back. Well that happened. Chix-Fillet like service done by pros. Thank you. read more

So I've used DT a few times in my life in Colorado and Cali. The customer service was always pretty good, tire selection was ok, service times always seemed to be long. That is not the case in Collierville TN at all. Their crew is second to none and even though the wait time can be a minute they take care of you like a VIP. Need a top off of air... no problem as they are Johnny on the spot. Keep it up guys! In a time where customer service is lacking you continue to exceed expectations! read more

Discount Tire - Outstanding team! - Tires Near Me - Collierville, Tennessee

Service took much longer then they stated it would. They input my information under wrong name. They value customers that call in over people at location. I had to wait for them to take 3 phone calls before they would assist me. Then they couldn't find my keys because they input information as someone with completely different first and last name. Ultimately, making receiving my vehicle take an additional 20 minutes longer. They should put callers on hold if someone was in line before they receive call. I will return to different location if I need warranty work. read more

Not worthy of a star! Absolutely horrible service!! After tires were placed, told I would be next for alignment and would be 1/2 hour. Over an hour later, informed they put someone else in front of me. 845 am appointment, tires on at 911. Over an hour and 1/2 later, still no car!!! Stay away and don't buy the warranty on the tires, they get bonuses on it and it's a scam. read more

I had a tire blowout in the middle of nowhere on my way to Tunica. A Yelp search very fortunately led me to this establishment. I called them up, they had the tire I needed, and told me they could replace it immediately. They recommended a towing service, who got to me within 30 minutes (Barrett's Towing - 5 stars also!) and brought me and my car to Discount Tire. They installed a new tire immediately and I was out of there within 20 minutes. Impeccable, professional, and courteous service, totally recommend! read more

For my first experience here I brought in a deflated wheelbarrow tire & a gentleman greeted me when I arrived. He took it from me and determined that there was no way to inflate it, it was super dead. He told me where I could but a replacement, Tractor Supply, and offered t mount it for free. He saved me some bucks and pleasantly mounted the new tire on my existing rim, cool. My beloved is going to need 4 new tires on her toy ('97 Miata) that she just took out of mothballs to get it ready for the beach. He gave me a price that works out with discounts and cash back to just kve $50 per tire, crazy!! We will be getting those very soon when it gets back from the shop. The manager Chris is awesome and will do everything possible to get you a good price for great work plus Clatlytin is is great guy with exemplary attitude amd us a real professional. I've had a good tire experience with them previously but today was an emergency. These guys are terrific!! They fix flats for free and I had a HUGE screw in my right rear tire that I had purt air into in Pirrsburgh 6 days ago. I got lucky!! They even let me continue t run errands until they could take it in, because getting traction while they're fixing the flat. This is the only place to do tires, really super customer centric operation!! They got me in and out on a frantic day without a big whole in my schedule and I am feeling safer and more confident with my next 350+ mile after hours trip through long stretches of country where you don't want to break down :-) queue the deliverance music LOL They have big comfy chairs in the waiting area with a fridge full of Crystal spring water (my favorite over my #2 Fiji) and an assortment of k-cup coffees, mostly Donit Shop with no hazelnut because Chris is allergic. I know they should have Dunkin but not everyone is perfect :-) Did I mention they have complimentary tire garages and pens at the front counter, no purchase necessary. Military discount depends on the brand of tire but Chris will get you thr best possible deal. I highly recommend giving these guys s shot st your tire business, they'll make sure that you're glad they did. read more

I've been to the Bartlett one mostly this is very far behind in customer service. I waited for 30 mins after my truck was done because they didn't me it was ready. Not much communication read more

I'm very happy with my purchases and service. Aaron is always very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. I've had them install 3 sets of tires on different cars. Great prices and fast service. Usually installed in less then an hour, and they call immediately to let you know when your vehicle is done. Also, I have had two tires get nails in them. They patched them, rebalanced and rotated the tires very quickly. This is my new go-to place for tires. read more

I've been here several times and each time has been an amazing experience! The first time was because I needed a patch on one of my tires and they were very accommodating and quick. The last time I went I had purchased new tires and they put them on for me. They are the kindest people and very informative! read more

Recently came for a flat tire repair and rotation and balance. Love that this location is open until 6 because it means I can go after work on a weekday. They were very busy when I came but I had made an appointment and it only took an hour, which they let me know when I got there. I would definitely recommend making an appointment over a walk in, or just planning on dropping you car off in the morning for the day. They were behind but like I said, with the appointment there were no issues. The tires I have on my car were purchased from a different Discount Tire location but the whole thing was free. Would definitely recommend and will be back. read more

I was in from out of town and ended up getting a flat tire. I was training for my new job for the week and on the last day I had a screw on the side that couldn't be patched. I trained till 5:30pm and they closed at 6. I rushed to get my tire taken off and to the shop by 6 and made it by 5:50. They didn't have the exact tire in stock but one super close. They stayed late to fix my tire within 25 minutes and had me out the door. Super pleased with their work. The young kid who fixed my tire was just super happy to fix it for me. He was awesome. read more

Fantastic Experience! 10 STARS! After Thanksgiving my family and I were headed back to Camp Lejeune, NC where I am currently stationed. The night before our drive back while packing (@10:30p) I noticed the back right tire flat as a pancake (nail right through the tread). We got to discount tire right as they opened the next morning and Adam met us at our vehicle with a smile and a handshake. He got us in and out in less than 15min! The mechanic staff were awesome and everyone was extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. The best part, they were lighting fast. We had a 12hr road trip ahead of us and they got us back on the road seamlessly. We come in town quite a bit to visit family and this will forever be our go to shop. Stellar service guys! read more

Bought a set of tires from them online, and had them shipped to the store. Scheduled my appointment to have them put on and was good to go. Got to the store and the employees were super nice, and eager to help. They had my car in and out extremely quick. I recently visited this establishment because of a low tire. They checked it out patched it for me for free!! Jackson was so friendly and nice. Really the whole staff was nice. While I was there a very rude customer came in and was the rudest and that's me being kind with my words. When I say the young man that was working with him was just the most calm and professional. He got the older man to calm down and speak in manner where he could clearly hear him and work to resolve any issue he had. I wish I knew his name big BRAVO to him. I will be purchasing my tires from here most definitely!!!! read more

It was a 3 hour wait for tire rotation, on a walk in. Geez. That's long. It was during lunch so maybe the crew goes to eat. Idk. They had lots of customers, like all discount tires I've ever been to, so I guess they're doing something right. There was a sign that said the wait time is 30% shorter if you book in advance online. So that'd be only a 2 hour wait. [insert crickets chirping] They have free WiFi which is nice for folks stuck there like me. There's also a Walmart across the street and a Wendy's close by both with free WiFi to help kill the time. They told me I should have replaced both tires when I bought a new tire for an irreparable flat I had just a month ago. But the discount tire store I bought the new tire from had told me I didn't need to do that when I asked them. They said only if it was a 4 wheel drive is that recommended because it could mess up the engine or something. The guys here however told me the car could pull with different tread depth. Idk. Pretty confusing advice. It's a pretty new car so it would suck to have to start replacing newish tires. I like discount tire generally because of the free rotation and flat repairs. I believe they do it to try and secure customer loyalty and ya know what, it has worked for me. We've been going there for like 40 years when they opened in AZ where we used to live. read more

I got a flat tire due to something in the road. My plumber came and changed it into my spare. On the way to Discount Tire my spare tire went flat! I guess itwas rotten from age (guess that's a good thing?) I managed to make it there bc discount tire is only .3 miles from where I was. Wonderful and informative employees. read more

Look, I'll be honest. I HATE dealing with car stuff just like anybody else. Unfortunately I get nails in my tires a lot and they are always in the sidewall and I need a whole new tire. I went to Costco where I purchased them and they told me it'd be a 3 day wait to order the tire and install. I don't have 3 days every time I get a nail. I went to discount tire and they had a new tire on within 45 min. Don't hesitate to take your Car here. read more

I am well pleased with the service, wait time and several men came to my car when I got there. They have plenty of men and I had no appointment but got there about 8:30, they were finished in about 30 minutes. Had no problems as the employee explained to me the different tires. I am a widow and my first time to have to buy tires, Would recommend Discount to my friends. The man who changes my oil referred me to Discount. Will go back when I need to. read more

Bought tires elsewhere and had mounted today. These guys took great care of me. Adam did a great job ensuring I understood everything and the crew was hustling to get every job completed. Not a single employee walked anywhere. They all jogged or ran from one station to the next. Fantastic team and fantastic experience! I will continue to go to this location for any tire needs. read more

The team at Discount Tire Collierville are excellent. I called after closing time because I discovered a nail in my tire. The team placed my order for tires and had them delivered the next day. Quiet honestly the best customer experience I've had in awhile. My wife's Infiniti's low tire warning came on, and checking at home, I found she had picked up a nail. Visiting Discount Tire, I had an appointment for 4:45PM. They got me in at 4:46PM and around 5:12PM, Asa came around and gave me my wheel lock key back and told me I was completely ready to go. He told me what the problem was, how he fixed it and how he checked it to make sure it was sealed properly. Extremely thorough, very competent and timely, Asa and Discount Tire really rocks! And for those of you reading this, they do all kinds of high-end cars, too, so they're used to working with alloy rims. Overall, an extraordinary repair experience. If I could give them 6-stars, I'd do it! read more
