What is the point of making an appointment?!?! I got to the store before my appointment, which was a 1000 appointment. Waited for 10 min before a red shirt was ready which was now 5 minutes after the start time of my appointment. We then go out to the car to check the tires and mileage(normal stuff), then i was told to wait in my car and they would get me in. Customer service representative said the changing of two tires would take about an hour and it too entirely too long. Representative stated that he "never said" that it would take that long when in reality he did. This place is amazing!!! The employees really know how to make you feel special. They go out of their way to open the door for you and greet you as you enter the building. They are really concerned about your safety. I needed a tire repair after a huge nail/screw punctured my tire. Drove to this place & walked in the door 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday afternoon. I asked them if I could leave it outside overnight & come back in the morning. The gentleman inside asked if I had a ride. Told them no. He asked for my keys & he said we'll look at it right now. They got me out the door around 6:30. 30 minutes after they closed. This is the only place I'll go to get tires!!! Right before the hurricane hit my area I ran over something and damaged my tire. I called discount and Joey gave me all the info I needed to check get quotes from a few other tire places. I went to a to those places that evening (discount closed at 6) got quoted and just didn't feel like I trusted the shops. I called discount back the next day and ordered my tire. It arrived earlier than expected (Monday vs Tuesday or Wednesday. I was at the shop by 530 and Chris took care of me. One thing that really makes them stand out is the warranty. No other place has such a robust warranty. I purchased the warranty for all 4 tires (even though I only bought one) and now I have the piece of mind if anything else happens I'm covered. While I was waiting for my car someone came in at 615 (after close) with a blown tire. She was upset and just wanted it fixed. They helped her out even though it was past closing!! Stupid good service, and nice people. They really want to sell you products however they go about it in a way that makes you feel in charge. You are not pushed into any deals and you do not feel any pressure. It's perfect. Was looking for tires and rims and I told the gentleman I was dealing with I just couldn't picture the rims on my car. He promptly grabbed the rim from the back and brought it out to my car to give me a better idea. I was still having a hard time seeing it but I didn't want to be excessive so I didn't say much.
