We called to ask if they kept a certain product in stock and they said yes. So we drove all the way out to make a purchase but the unkempt man who had answered on the phone was not being truthful and they did not have the product. Please better customer service read more

Very disappointed in this store. "Owner" was not only totally unhelpful, he was rude. Who is rude to people coming to their store to spend their money? These guys have the best prices in town on glass and smokes. They have a large selection on glass, as well. Anytime I need glass, I come here first! I have been to the store many, many times over the years and I've never seen any of them act rude to a customer who wasn't causing issues, high on hard drugs, intoxicated, or making the rest of us customers feel uncomfortable. Be respectful and follow the rules posted all over the store... like no returns/exchanges after products have been inspected/tested before leaving the store. It is a smoke shop. They can't take back those types of items! read more

Avoid this place. Have to agree with manager being rude. After the sale he then starts saying no returns if you open the box. This is for a brand new cigarette rolling machine. I told him that if it is broken in the box of course I am bringing back for refund. He says no way. I had paid in cash but the clerk was still putting in the bag. Nothing on my receipt state anything like that. I told him you cant legally put conditions on a sale after the fact. He then tries to not give me my purchase saying he will give my money back. I told him no that it was my legal property as it was already paid for and he had zero legal right to withhold my property. I threatened to call the police for theft and then he gave me the product. Luckily nothing was broken. Just dont bother with this place. read more

I went into this smoke shop today to buy my husband a pack of smokes and the guy working the counter was extremely rude. I thought maybe the guy was having a bad day but he continued to be very unprofessional and so I asked if he worked there often and he proceeded to snap at me "why?" I told him I was just curious. He than proceeded to ask me "if we had a problem here" I told him well we did not have a problem but now I do and my problem was him being so rude. I than asked if there was a manager to speak to and he pulls his mask like he was pulling his shirt you know to look cool and prove he is some kind of bad ass anyways. He tells me he is the manager and I say ok so what is your name and he laughs and said very proudly his name was David and nothing was going to be done. I was so extremely pissed by the time I left this smoke shop. This man was one of the rudest I have encountered in a very long time. This business should be very ashamed to have an employee like this working for them. I will never ever again step foot in that shop. I will go to the other smoke shop on Indiana where they are the sweetest people I have ever met and more than happy to help any and all customers. read more

Horrible place!!!the guy behind the counter was rude,and we were accused of returning used and broken merchandise when we went to see why an electronic cigaret that was purchased the day before was not working!the employee was extremely irate and cut us off when we asked him about other tobacco flavors,so needless to say we walked out and will NOT return,also the customer behind us was a coworker of my husbands and the store employee preceded to talk trash about us after we left, not only does that store hire unprofessional,but also unsanitary as the employee had just come in from outside(carried his lit cigaret into the store) and then went to touch unwrapped(that is how they are sold)mouth pieces of the electronic cigarets w/his unwashed hands!! I guess that place doesn't seem to realize that there are smoke shops on every corner to chose from and the internet to buy products from,guess they'll find out when they loose more business. read more
