They have a fantastic selection of both cigars and pipes, additionally they have a great bulk tobacco variety! People often shop online these days for "a better price", I have found that buying local really doesn't cost more once you take into consideration shipping, time waiting for your item and lack of customer service the internet provides you. Instead I prefer to support local shops, with knowledge staff, a great selection and good pricing. I love this place and will continue to support them for years to come.

I recently bought a vape mod and it burnt my lip. Yes. It was on the lowest setting. I went to return it the next day to the Wellesley store. Where i had bought it. The manager there said nothing was wrong with it. So I wasn't able to return it. I contacted Amy, the manager at the Francis location. Told her what happened. She contacted her corporate office to get permission to have it returned. They authorized my return!
