I can't tell you how important that was as the coming weekend would've initiated more views and probably much higher offers. Jeromes attention to detail further saved me thousands. I wasn't prepared for the roller coaster that was 30-day escrow. Jerome made sure to get the sellers' agent to agree to important addendums. Pretty soon there were costly repairs that came up where the selling agent would try to balk by saying "the house is sold as is." But it was Jerome's important addendums to the purchase agreement that made sure I was protected from those costs.
