The Cincinnati real estate market is pretty challenging right now and Amy has adjusted her processes to give buyers the best chance at winning a home with limited inventory on the market. Not only is she an expert in the Cincinnati real estate market having lived and worked in the area for a number of years, but she has built an excellent reputation with realtors here as well. Case in point, due to her excellent advice and relationships, we were able to make a winning bid on a home in a multiple offer situation even though we weren't the highest bidder. Amy has an excellent support team, from loan specialists, inspectors, and title agency. Everyone we have dealt with has been super communicative, eager to answer questions and all working together to support a quick closing that the seller was working for. I would have no hesitation referring Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cincinnati area. Amy is the BEST!

Amy helped us sell my Mom's home while we were managing everything remotely, and we couldn't be more grateful. From day one, Amy was communicative, organized, and proactive. Amy handled every detail--from coordinating removing items, cleaning and anything else that came up to managing showings and paperwork--with efficiency and care. We always felt like the home was in great hands, even though we were hundreds of miles away. Thanks to Amy's deep knowledge of the local market and expert guidance, we received multiple strong offers and were able to close quickly and smoothly. What could have been a complicated, stressful experience turned out to be seamless. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to their clients, I highly recommend Amy. Amy went above and beyond in every way.

After a few minutes, a well dressed, charismatic young man walked in, and announced his name was Chad. He proceeded to go through a stack of papers and made sure I understood all the policies and answered all my questions before we went for a tour. I didn't think that Chad could get any better at his job when it happened. Turns out Chad Hilarious!! I suffer mental illness and I guess he must have picked up on my mood because he shifted the mood to light with Witt and hilarity, put me at ease. I would like to thank the Abors of Anderson staff, for making my first day a good one, I hope to have more.

At this point, I'm counting the days until my lease is up. This place had gotten better for a time,…read morebut lately it is in a downward spiral. The atmosphere here has gotten to the point that I'm embarrassed to have people over. They claim to have standards, and that a certain level of cleanliness is enforced. Well, despite multiple complaints from residents in my building, our area is slowly becoming a junkyard. There's discarded furniture, garbage left out for days that spills and stains the concrete, raccoons attracted by the garbage causing issues... and our rent is astronomical for the area. Not sure what we're paying for anymore. Speaking of, be prepared to have your rent spike after the first year. We've here 5 years and our rent went from 1750 to 2645 (not including utilities). Maintenance often doesn't get completely fixed, but that's more a symptom of poor quality units than the team themselves. The maintenance guys do the best job they can, and they are actually great. To give you an idea of what they are up against, here's my shower saga: Years ago, they had an extremely unpleasant maintenance guy who, I'm convinced, purposefully messed up the wall. I flagged that the grout on the tiles was eroding, as was worried about water getting into the wall. He came and "fixed it." A few weeks later the soap holder thing on the wall fell off when my husband bumped into it. Rather than put it back, he put new tiles up instead. The seal job on that was BAD and soon after, water started getting to the wall, and the wall started bulging. I flagged it immediately, he came and sealed some but not all. So it happened again. This cycle has been going on for years now. I've been living with plastic garbage bags taped to our shower wall for over a month because the most recent fix still didn't prevent more from happening. And hey - I get that these 2 guys have a ton to do because they are the only ones for 400+ units... so don't have time to seal the entire shower, just what they can see as the problem. I was finally told they're going to have to replace the entire tub/shower now. This is something that was totally avoidable the 10+ times I alerted them to a problem and they did a patch fix. Now our ceiling in the shower is cracking too, because they inexplicably use the same popcorn ceiling in the bathrooms as they do in the rest of the house. It's time to go. We just didn't have the means to save enough to move before now with the crazy rent spikes.

She could care less about the residents, it's all about the bottom $$$ line. They raised the rent but nothing gets fixed, basement apartments not only leak, but SEVERAL were completely flooded in June displacing numerous residents. Second and third level apartments have sagging floors and the furniture has to be shimmed to level it. Even though they raised our rent, they got rid of the commercial mowers, and 1 guy can't keep up mowing with all this rain. Even when he can; he doesn't trim edges, doesn't push mow areas they can't ride, & doesn't blow grass off the common areas-- all things the great mowing service we "USED" to have--DID!! The indoor common areas haven't been cleaned in weeks and no matter how much we complain about things not getting done or repaired, all you get are excuses. I also found out that the property management company that bought this place last year is a group of out of state slumlords. The previous owners were great, honest, and really tried.-- Not this bunch. This place will soon be the same crime ridden dump it was before because this group of clowns will never do anything right and it's going to continue to go downhill until they'll let anyone in for a buck.
