I was a tenant with this company. The company is owned by a husband and wife. The husband? He is the maintenance man and a great guy. He took care of household problems right away , smiled and said hey when ever he seen you and salted the parking lot every night/morning during the snowy seasons. The wife? completely unprofessional. She first gave me my keys a few days early and said hey your apartment is ready you can move in. I said great and moved in. Then at the end of the month she called me and said by, ' the way you owe me $70 something a day for letting you move in a day early' ,( keep in mind she didnt tell me this when she was calling me telling me to move in early). When moving out she tried to rush us out before our move out date, I told my roommate to reinforce to her what our contract stated and according to our contract our move out date wasn't until 12pm on the 30th. She then became unprofessional and didnt respond for days and when she did she was rude and nasty. When we moved out she stated we had lost our deposit because the apartment was so deplorable, funny thing is OUR APARTMENT was the one they always used to show and impress future clients, but now its deplorable? My roommate took pictures and the only thing that needed to be replaced or cleaned was the carpet. When asked to see pictures and a list of the cost of everything she states was so "deplorable" she got an attitude with my roommate and basically said she will send it when she sends it. - I would avoid them in the long run, she also tried to charge us for internet ( its $25 extra a month for internet) when the internet barely worked and we had gotten our own service ( which it stated in our contract that we could opt out and pay for our own!) but every month for the first 3-4 months I moved there she would tell me I was $25 short. She also said she never received one of our rent checks when I personally deposited it to their account ( yeah.... thats how you have to pay) and had the receipt ( this after mailing a check months earlier and her stating it never arrived though everything else I mailed arrived and then charging me $125 extra for being late - oh and no she never said anything during those so called late days when I seen her around the apartment, never once said hey I still haven't received your check, nope she waited until after the grace period then said we were 2 days past the grace period and charged us). She will try to get over on you any chance she gets and once you are in that contract she doesn't care ( though her husband *handy man* is a great guy and tries to do what he can). When we first moved into their apartments I thought it was weird every few months we had different tenants , they never seemed to stay long..NOW I KNOW WHY. I wanted to give a review of my experience and stay here as a resident with Premier City Properties. I came from Texas on short notice and needed a place quickly. My daughter was a patient here at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. I needed a quiet clean home close to the Hospital and my work transfer. I was not familiar with the area and had a lot of questions. I found a handful of properties that were possibilities. After speaking to a few Landlords and being disappointed, I found Premier City Properties. I spoke to Iva many times through the process and each and every time she was upbeat and answered all my questions completely and was the only one who left me at ease. She not only answered all my questions but presented me with other important information to the area such as public transportation schedules and area attractions. I knew this was the place for me. While living there I met two great guys -my roommates.  We had a lot in common, especially Sports and enjoyed many sporting events together and going out and eating and catching some of the latest movies. We built some great friendships. All in all Landlords who care about their tenants is what sold me in the first place. Also to my surprise we had no maintenance issues, which is a big plus with a busy work schedule. The only maintenance issue was a burnt out lightbulb in the common area between apartments, and Aidan changed it right away the same day. I originally was scheduled to stay 3 months and ended up staying 7 months. They also made that easy for me. I work 11-12 hours a day, so the quiet and comfortable place to rest my head was a huge plus! One more important aspect of my stay I would like to mention and bring attention to is on my last day my flight plans changed and I was needing to stay an extra night. I was going to make accomodations to stay elsewhere. When I spoke to Iva about my situation, she went above and beyond to help and accommodate me and allowed me the extra night to stay. What a relief.. I will be back to the Cincinnati area next year and I will definitely be staying here again. My overall experience with Premier City Properties is 5 out of 5 Stars. Hi, my name is Gerson, I'm from Peru and I came to Cincinnati for an internship. While I was here I needed a place that was big, clean and reasonably priced. And so after failing to find such places online I came by with a certain post on Craiglist from Premier City Properties and when I saw the pictures I knew that was the place I wanted to stay (It's also worth mentioning that getting a decent apartment for anything less than a year seemed quite impossible, which is why I'm thankful for the opportunity of being able to stay for just 3 months). At first I had trouble contacting someone by mail but when I made the phone call I contacted a girl named Iva who was super helpful in arranging the viewing in short notice. I was lucky that the previous corporate residents had just moved out so I could move in the next day (which was even luckier because the other place I was staying in at the time smelled like cigarette). After living in it I must say it was clearly a great choice because I had a lot of space to do any kind of activities. I could also play my guitar without any complains which was a nice bonus. The apartment was very comfortable, modern, warm in the winter (which was super important coming from a warm country) and located close to the highways and downtown. Every time I called anyone from the company they were nice and willing to help me with a lot of stuff like finding a nice place to eat or visit and even just for a friendly talk. I am a traveling X-ray tech, so I have stayed in many hotels and apartments. This is one of the best experiences I've had. Premier City Properties is the agency contacted by my travel agency upon my assignment in Cincinnati. They were very prompt and courteous. I want to thank you for my stay in your apartment complex. The neighborhood is a clean area even though it's not Beverly Hills. The area is full of architectural delights from the 1800s. The building is in an area in Cincinnati where almost anything can be reached easily and within minutes. It is within 8 minutes from downtown Cincinnati or University of Cincinnati Medical Center. There is a hospital just up the street, but other than occasional ambulances, there is not much traffic. I didn't hear loud music, fighting, or police sirens like those experienced in other apartment complexes. My neighbors were also very considerate. My apartment was clean when I moved in, all appropriate furniture in place. It is also beautifully yet subtly decorated. This apartment is almost twice the size of my last 2-bedroom apt. I love the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. All of the kitchen supplies a traveling employee could need was readily available. The linens on both beds looked like they were just bought. The towels in the bathroom still had tags on them. Aidan and Iva are both very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks to both of them. I stayed in a one person studio apartment with Premier City Properties for four months. I signed for the apartment without first seeing it, which is risky but I had limited options. The company I am working for stated that they had people who would help me find a place to stay but every time I contacted the person I was directed to I would never get a response. I moved in on New Year's Day, so the keys were left somewhere for me so I could move in. The apartment was kept nice and tidy and looked spotless when I moved in the first night. They definitely took the time to make sure it would be ready for me when I arrived. The other residents in the building were never noisy or bothersome, the apartment was very nice, and it had everything I needed to cook and do other daily tasks. The apartment was nice and spacious enough where I didn't feel crammed. Anytime there was an issue with the internet or utilities, a maintenance man would be over as soon as possible to start working on fixing the issue. Getting in contact with the landlord was hardly ever an issue because they prioritize their residents and do their absolute best to make sure that your stay is incredible. Throughout my conversations with my landlord during my stay, I realized just how much time and effort they put in to making it a wonderful experience, even with things and gestures you would never even think about. I had a fantastic experience as a tenant with Premier City Properties. I moved to Cincinnati from Florida. When I was searching for apartments, none of the commercial properties were returning my phone calls or emails. When I found Premier City Properties, they immediately took my phone call and discussed all the details including pricing right over the phone. The apartment was located less than a mile away from my new job at UC Medical Center. I lived in Cincinnati for a summer and I had the opportunity to rent an apartment from Premier City Properties. They have gone above and beyond to be sure that all of my needs were met. Premier City Properties was very helpful with the application and payment process. They walked my roommate and I step by step through the process. They also held an apartment for us while our payment could be cleared. I did not have the opportunity to see the apartment before moving in but the apartment was better than what I had expected. The place looked to be relatively new and was very clean. The apartment is located close to downtown, which made my daily commute very easy. I never needed to get on the highway to get downtown, which allowed me to not sit in traffic, saving me lots of time. The location is also very close to Over The Rhine, which has a very fun nightlife. The apartment also included parking, which was a very nice feature. I had peace of mind knowing my car was parked in a private lot rather than on the street. Also the place was very quiet, which helped me sleep at night. Premier City Properties was also very helpful with the moving out process. They helped us find a sublease for our place and stored some of our stuff before we could come move it. After looking for weeks for a place to stay for the duration of my work rotation (5 months total) in Cincinnati, I eventually found Premier City Properties. The company went above & beyond to make my stay at the McGregor Ave. apartments an enjoyable one. From the first phone call, Iva was willing to work with me on finding a room short-notice (within about 2 days) and scheduling a walk-through. I had two great roommates during my stay from Jan-May 2016 thanks to Iva's coordination efforts to ensure tenants are roomed with the right people. The few minor maintenance issues (smoke detector battery, light bulbs, etc.) that arose were handled quickly easily by the maintenance staff. When the end of my lease came around, both Premier City Properties worked to make my transition as smooth as possible (Aidan even helped me move a few things!); the staff was continuously courteous and did everything they could to help me transition out of the apartment. I cleaned my apartment thoroughly before my move-out date so there were no issues, & my deposit was returned quickly. Overall, the apartment itself was great, very clean & with all amenities provided as advertised (cable/tv, utilities included). I was at the apartment in 271 Mcgregor from December-end of July and I've been satisfied with my experience. From the very first moment I stepped here, Iva and Aidan were very gracious and welcoming. Aidan helped me with my bags which I greatly appreciated. Iva was always a phone call away, and was very helpful when working out the details of my lease and application. They offer online payments through Zelle, so it has been easy to pay my rent. I had to change my move out date(end of lease) twice, but Iva was very flexible about it which is hard to find in many apartments and on such short notice. I did not know who my roommate would be when I moved in, but Iva was great at making sure my preferences were honored. The roommates that I had over my time here all fit. We got along great. The apartment was clean when I arrived, and fully stocked with necessities. All I had to do was move my stuff in, and buy groceries and other household essentials. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, Aidan was able to get it replaced and working. The apartment is also in a great location since it is close to the university and Kroger. I was really lucky to land in the McGregor apartments. I was in a desperate situation and they bent over backwards to accommodate my housing needs. I originally was supposed to stay at a different place that I found online, however it was not as advertised. When I arrived, I needed to find a new place to stay, luckily I found Premier properties who put me in an apartment that is just as great in person as it is online. The location is central to everything I need. There is on sight laundry and onsite parking. The landlords are readily available and the free wifi is solid. I am rotating at Cincinati children's hospital for 4 months this summer and this sublet is ideal in terms of convenience, location, and amenities. From my review of comparable sublets, the price is excellent. The apartments are clean and include all the needed living essentials that are too difficult to bring along for a short period. There is a stocked kitchen meal prep ready. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable to sleep in, including the climate control. I called them and they have helped me to move into an apartment the very next day . The Premier City Properties team helped me with my luggage and made sure I felt comfortable in the new apartment . The apartment was very clean, neat and it was fully furnished. After staying for 3 months , I asked them if I can extend the Jesse on monthly basis and they recalled helped me with it .They are flexible to provide apartment for a shorter lease duration. I have not seen this facility anywhere. If there was any maintenance problems, it was fixed immediately. I was very happy with Premiere City Properties. The staff was very helpful and always available. Their month to month leases are very flexible and their all-inclusive rent price is very simple. They were a great option for me as I am an engineering student at the university of Cincinnati. I spent a few months looking for a short term lease on various rental websites and craigslist with very little luck. I also looked at several apartments to sublease, but they were all too expensive and too much hassle to be a viable option for me. I finally found what I had been looking for when I stumbled upon Premier City Properties craigslist ad. I gave them a call and a few days later I looked at the apartment. The building was very secure and well kept. The apartment was well furnished and I never had any issues with the facilities while I was living there. My husband is a pipeline worker and travels frequently for his job. He is away from home for weeks to months at a time, finding him clean reasonably priced housing while he is out on the road working can be a difficult process. Premier City Properties was such a pleasure to work with. Iva (the leasing agent) was so friendly and accommodating, making the process of securing short term housing painless and Aiden the (property manager/maintenance man) was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is really close to the city, very clean, modernly updated and furnished with all of of the basic essentials needed for living comfortably. I highly recommend this company for short or long term furnished housing. We were very satisfied with our stay here. My husband and I have lived here our entire time in Cincinnati and wouldn't look anywhere else. We've been here 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences.The proprietors are phenomenal. Always promptly address concerns, always smile, always professional and friendly. As new-commers to the city, we looked at many different places around Clifton. Nobody made as good of an impression as Iva and Aidan. After these years, they have become much more than professional landlords, they have become friends and part of our Cincinnati family. Always understanding about our concerns and quick to address problems with maintenence or neighbors. They are reasonable with requests, as long as you have decency and courtesy to give them a heads up with enough time (from a day-2 day late on rent when traveling--WITH proper notification; coming to fix heat after dark; salting the drive at all hours once a storm warning has been called. . .). I was apprehensive to do a short term lease living with someone I don't know in an unfamiliar city, however, the staff at Premier City Properties made that experience easy and comfortable. I called Iva and she had someone bring over a brand new coffee maker the very next day. I was offered to move apartments towards the end of my 3 month stay d/t matching of roommates once my previous roommate had moved out. I relocated from Boston to Cincinnati to complete a 3 month clinical rotation. Iva and Aiden were extremely helpful with my transition to a new city and were able to accommodate my needs. They were able to set everything up for me even though I arrived late on Saturday night. The payment process was very easy as well, they operate through Venmo which was coinvent for me. Iva does an awesome job setting up roommates with similar personalities or careers. I lived with 2 other roommates and was very happy with my situation. They were able to answer any questions or concerns that arose before and during my stay; Iva also provided multiple sites to see in Cincinnati, as I was new to the city. The location is also prime for any UC student or any other medical student completing rotations in the area with plenty of street parking. From the very beginning this experience was very tenuous (moving to Cincinnati that is). I came across Premier City Property's after prior accommodations feel through. And I must say this was by far the better choice!! I moved to Cincinnati for only a three month (90 day) assignment at the hospital, and initially signed a three month lease. However,, as things changed with my employment status here the staff worked with me and provided stay extensions as well as made sure I felt welcomed to stay as long as I needed. They worked with me on last minute stay decisions, even moving me to different units to assure that I always had a unit available to reside in. Additionally, the location was in great proximity to my hospital and very convenient to expressways. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and responsive to all of my needs. We had an excellent experience working with Premier City Properties. We needed a short term place to live as we were transitioning from Cincinnati to a new city and new jobs. Iva and Aiden were able to work with us and find us a fully furnished, convenient option during this time. They were very approachable and easy to communicate with. They were able to help us find a location near work, that was fully furnished while our belongings were in storage. Very convenient to UC and surrounding hospitals. We had internet and laundry facilities included which were very helpful as well.
