I am currently renting from them. After of the first 6 or 7 months of not missing rent I was sick as a dog this month so we had a arrangement made. When I could not pay because they won't take cash and I don't do checks they didn't send me a way and sti haven't a way to pay rent. Now they filed an eviction. I paid 2 employees $1000 a piece to get me in the head of the line for this house personally. Spent over 40 kmaking this move now all of a sudden I get this stuff . We been I'm hospitala all month long this came out of nowhre and whoever this amber girl is needs to be fired. KnoKnow it all big mouth. I need help here they are trying to railroad me, I can't make anothet move I been trying to pay it but idk wat to do.

Able to view a home at 8 a.m., but if you can't open the lockbox, you have to wait until 9 a.m. for someone to be in the office.

Still waiting for issues to be fixed they almost never return a phone call, email, voicemail or text worst company ever stay away

Like I have all three pictures up all code we pay our rent on time but the utilities come on…read moredifferent days that means we have to hold off to pay our utilities we get paid every two weeks these guys are bugging us from the day one to pay it if we don't pay it evict us what kind of stupid s*** is that I think I know the law I'm not stupid I've been living in apartments and houses for long time and never got evicted when you get evicted it's 30 days not right on the spot that you have to leave your house now I ain't doing it Vine Brook really sucks I hope this new company understands a lot of it that's people there's a lot of code that needs to be done in my house a lot Like the first picture is a slab holding my porch up not even screwed down that's a code the second one is the Attic when my ladder fell apart I asked them for a new letter and they said no that's another code cuz I'm using my own ladder number three my whole tub around the edge is black mold they won't do a damn thing that's another code and also I have asthma I shouldn't even be around that stuff when I first moved into my house in North Versailles the rug stunk like piss they told me that with nothing Vinebrook needs a lawsuit and a half and be shut down cuz they don't help their customers they just b**** at us maintenance they suck like my attic they told me I couldn't open my attic and put no storage up there because the floor was not safe the floor is safe I already had it checked we have no storage in our house except the Attic we have no basement

They go up on rent every year and add new charges for something that's insurance but not for you whatever that means. Also they just filed a false eviction on me so I have to go to court with my lawyer and boy I cannot wait. They allow incompetency and hire anybody who can talk and type. Obviously half of them can't do that right and that's why its a failing company. They will get you in and try to ruin your name by the time you realize you are dealing with slum and want to leave... This store is described as an "Estate Liquidator" store. A friend and I each purchased a wooden…read morerocking chair from here on July 22nd. Mine was for my granddaughter. We asked if we could pay for them and return later in the week to pick them up because she was going to have a sale and we wanted to make sure that the items were not sold. The owner (Karen Loomis) indicated that it would not be a problem. I went that following Saturday at 3pm to pick them up but the store was already closed. I immediately called the owner to make arrangements to pick the items up. She stated that she might be at the store the next day and she would call. I never received a call so I called her around 2p. She finally returned the call at 7p. Confirmed that the chairs could not be picked up. I asked when the store would be open and offered to pick the rocking chairs up any day of the week that she would be there to make it convenient for her. The owner (Karen Loomis) stated, "I can't give you that answer". Every store has "store hours" even if by appointment only. Asked if there was someone else with keys to the store who could meet us at the store so we could pick up the items. You guessed it- the answer was "NO". Seems to be avoiding meeting with us to give us the rocking chairs. Either has resold them to someone else or wants to keep our money and the chairs. Asked about just giving us a refund since it is a problem meeting with us. Stated she doesn't give refunds. Buyer Beware!!! There are lots of stores similar to this in the Greater Cincinnati area that have higher end merchandise and definitely better Customer Service and business ethics. Keep your money and shop somewhere else!

Several things are involved in the closing process when financing is involved and Sellers & Buyers need to understand that as long as the Title company is doing everything they can to accommodate all parties, that is what is most important. We have had the privilege of working with countless title agencies in the Cincinnati and Dayton area on approximately 300 closings over the last 15 years. We have yet to work with a single title agency that was unwilling to own up to and remedy their own mistake if one was made....until our closing with American Homeland Title Agency. We purchased a property and closed on it at American Homeland Title Agency on 4-19-24. Right after our closing we realized that the person who prepared the final Settlement Statement at American Homeland forgot to include and withhold the correct amount of outstanding taxes due from the previous owner in the amount of $1,768.53. When I called I spoke to Darcy. She realized the mistake right away and said they would reach out to the previous owner to let him know about the situation but in the meantime they would mail us our check for the $1,768.53 right away. Seven months passed and we never received the check. I called Darcy back at American Homeland in January 2025 and she said they had been working on trying to resolve THEIR issue with the previous owner, but she assured me again that she would be mailing out our check the very next day. Another month passed when we received a call two weeks ago from a manager we had never spoken with at American Homeland stating that they were NOT going to be sending us our money that was owed to us. I asked to speak to the owner of the title agency, JOHN YONAS, who would not return our call and relayed the message through his office manager, Julie, stating his title agency would not be paying us back the monies they owed us and promised to mail for 8 months now. SHAME ON YOU JOHN YONAS FOR NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING and taking ownership for the honest mistake made by your employee. We all make mistakes. Genuine people and upstanding business owners make them right but instead you robbed us rather than take responsibility for your company's error. Ill-gotten gain never wins.
