Getting 5 offers in two days sounds awesome, but comparing all the details of the offers requires expertise. Added: I flagged Katie's review with Yelp. They replied that someone else had previously submitted a complaint, and they decided to leave Katies review in place despite the fact that it has absolutely no connection to this particular agent. That's just dumbbbbb. Silly west coast snowflakes running Yelp.

We finally ended up getting our house in May 2015. I was referred to Betty Poynter by my KY agent Bonnie Kelley. I cannot say enough good about Betty. This was a very long process and Betty was available and accessible every step of the way. I truly don't know how she had other clients during this time. I called this poor woman REPEATEDLY and often and she never ever seemed like it was a bother. It felt like I was the only person she was dealing with though I know I wasnt. She gave me expert recommendations and taught me so much about the home buying journey. If you need a Real Estate agent in Indiana or Ohio, look up Betty Poynter. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs…read more I had the unfortunate experience of reaching out to Ohio Cash Buyers regarding a property I had under contract. I was met with outright hostility and disrespect from someone named Chris, who immediately cursed me out for simply trying to do business. I was professional, clear, and courteous and in return, I got uncalled-for verbal abuse. This is hands-down the most unprofessional and toxic interaction I've had in real estate. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how they treat sellers or buyers. Chris needs a serious lesson in basic decency and customer service. Total disgrace to the industry. Stay far away. There are plenty of ethical, respectful investors out there ; this is not one of them.

He always had great advice on the homes we looked at on why they would or wouldn't be a good investment. It was nice that he gave us feedback even if it wasn't positive. It was easy to tell that he was most interested in helping us find the perfect home, not just making a sale. He was not our agent for selling (our previous house was out of state), but he still was available to talk us though some frustrating parts of that process as well. We truly can't thank him enough for his hard work and support throughout the home buying process and couldn't be happier with our new home that he made happen!
