It's been 4 weeks and when I contacted her with frustration about this issue, I was told to never contact her again. She has ripped me off and will do the same to anyone who does work for her! I would not recommend buying or selling a house through her. She will lie and steal from you. I also tried to contact the company and cannot get a call back. I can only assume everyone in this company is out to rip you off.
