It was like Death by a Thousand Papercuts. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also able to locate the mystery smell (unfortunate demise of a bird in a rafter) and squeeze through a small opening in the garage to unlock it from the inside! We almost had to get attorneys involved at the closing, but Aaron was able to quell the situation entirely and get us to the finish line smoothly and successfully.
