In the space of 8 weeks, I was able to contact them with intention to sell, accomplish all the necessary tasks to list, list, inspect, fix, close, and be very happy with our results. There are a few factors for this, and most are a result of the team's work. Very quickly I was able to get their stager in the door to break down for me how to present the house best to sell, and very importantly the priority of those projects, in case you don't have six months to work with. In mine, we thought that market timing would be a significant factor and sooner was better than later. They also had recommendations on hand of people to accomplish some of the work I needed where I could not myself. They had data on hand when I considered renting as opposed to selling, and advised me on the impact of living in the house while selling vs going thru the extra expense/effort of completely moving out. When the house was ready to list, again the photo/listing process was quick and effective, including 3d modeling and walkthroughs online, which I found very helpful on the buying side. During showings and negotiations they made the process straightforward & the house was under contract in a couple weeks. Throughout their communication was great & were also fun to work with. They were responsive to my questions and appreciative when I was as well. Electronic documentation is now the way of the present, driving across town to sign something is such a waste. We went back & forth over text & email which is always easy. In the end, the decision of whether & which realtor to use is a tough one. I was a first time home buyer who was dreading looking for a home that was the right size, good…read morelocation, and affordable. Jerome's access, speed, research, attention to detail, and ability to close a deal are what I found to be qualities that separate him from other agents. When I first started my search for an agent, I contacted seasoned agents who had great reviews and specialized in certain areas I wanted to live in. What I found is that it took a day to get in contact with them and some simply we're too busy to look at new homes on the market. In the LA real estate market timing is incredibly important. Jerome understood those requirements and was incredibly accessible and very fast. Whether it was phone, text, or email, Jerome was always available to answer any questions or contact me with new information. Jerome's ability to close the deal saved my thousands. The drama begins when you finally found a home and have to make an offer. Minutes after a home went for sale and before it hit Redfin and Trulia, Jerome notified me and scheduled a showing asap. By the end of the day an offer was in and by the next morning Jerome worked the sellers agent to get them to say yes. I can't tell you how important that was as the coming weekend would've initiated more views and probably much higher offers. Jeromes attention to detail further saved me thousands. I wasn't prepared for the roller coaster that was 30-day escrow. Jerome made sure to get the sellers' agent to agree to important addendums. Pretty soon there were costly repairs that came up where the selling agent would try to balk by saying "the house is sold as is."
