We were out of town for most of the warranty window so we didn't find out about this until it was too late. In the end, I paid about $200 just to be told to replace the appliance. After I initially left a negative review, someone from the company contacted me and offered a partial refund for the first visit. That refund never happened. Called 5/28 to follow up on the message I had left the day before and talked to Chelsea who said they were busy - asked for a refund at this point because even though I'm an existing customer and paid them $89 to tell me my AC needed something done, they couldn't be bothered to give me prices. Was told I would be given a call back. On 5/29, I called 4 times after not hearing anything (could not get a person on the phone so I left a message) but had my boyfriend call who was able to get someone on the phone (I have a 614 # so pretty sure my call was being screened). On 6/1, I called from my office phone and talked to Julie who said she would follow up. 2 more calls later that day and was told that the owner said no refund, I would receive my estimates to which I said absolutely not, that is unacceptable and bad business. After hanging up, Julie called me back and said the owner would call me the next morning. No call received from the owner on 6/2. It's now been 2 weeks and not only will I not get my money back, the owner won't talk to me and I still have not received any quotes/estimates. Bad business model and awful communication. I get that I will have to wait but I have contacted better companies the day after for "2nd" opinions and they came out and gave quotes the same day! DO NOT RECOMMEND and I have contacted the credit card company and will be contacting BBB.

This was supported by a live walkthrough for me to view what the repair person was talking about. The same afternoon (!) options were presented for replacement and a choice was made. An appointment was made and several days later the old furnace was taken out and a new furnace was installed in less than 4 hours. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and courteous. Bottom line: price quoted and installation met with no surprises. Clean space left with all old items and leftover stuff removed. Several weeks later, I remain completely satisfied with the job and would happily recommend this company based on my experience. I will continue to use them in the future.
