Immediately all of the staff (I'm not exaggerating) jumped in to help find him. Staging employees at every possible exit/entry. It was clear these employees had strict training in which they carried out seamlessly. After 15-20 min they found him hiding with a toy in hand, His sneeze gave him away. Once he was found my husband overheard employees stating that he was found, which he ran over and asked where he was. It wasn't until the employee confirmed he was the father that he gave him any information of his whereabouts, we were impressed to say the least. As much as every parent can say this will never happen to them, the fact of the matter is it does and can. It's not about if and when it does happen though, it's how the people around you support you in times it does. If it wasn't already obvious, I have nothing but trust my son's safety was top priority to these employees today. I'm not generally one to write reviews like this, but getting my son back safe and sound today- this is the least I can do. This is the stuff that truly matters, as humans and employees and I'm so grateful.

Security personnel were walking around to make sure the safety of shoppers. There's a beer garden (was closed) and some good restaurants to dine as well. Lots of directories available at entrance points. They had over 50 different stores, including some popular ones like Gap, Old Navy, Kate Spade, MK, Levi's, Adidas, Pandora, Skechers and Crocs. Most of them had discount offers and memorial day weekend sale going on, on top of reduced outlet price on items.

So of course when i was on my annual ski trip, we happened to be in North Conway, and they just happened to have an Adidas Outlet store. Needless to say I was in my happy place. Everything was so cheap, and so kick ass. I spent a lot of money, but not nearly as much as I thought, nor as much as I would have buying the items here. I wish i had more time and money to spend in this glorious building.

There were plenty of parking and the employees were friendly. We went late May so many of the winter items were on sale. We bought a couple of sweaters for under $20. In the coupon booklet from customer service, it advertised 10% off of $75 "before discounts". What was confusing was the price they should be using to calculate the $75. I had a top marked $54.99 and a pair of pants marked $49.95 which would've been over $75 before the discount. The employee at the register was unhappy (prior to my arrival to the counter) that the regional manager had not yet made a determination on how to calculate what the basis is to apply the 10%. When salesperson rung in my two items after the discount, they did not exceed the $75 so she concluded that the 10% did not apply but kept looking at the other sales person for confirmation ...who shrugged his shoulders. They all seemed frustrated by how this promotional offer worked. For me, it wasn't worth the wait and the frustration to save $7, so I still purchased my two items but that left a sour taste for me and their lack of customer service.

The sales/prices they seem to always have at this store are amazing. The staff is so helpful. I was looking for a specific model of shoe and they quickly moved to see if they had it in the store, on the rack or in the back, unfortunately they did not. But....she found a comparable sneaker that I LOVED! AND...AND!...she called the Oxford store for me and found the model I was looking for! Seriously!! She told me that they would hold it for me and that the next day the shoe was 50% off. I was so pleased that I told family and friends. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area.
