Settlers Green is an outdoor shopping plaza in the beautiful town of North Conway. It is a tax free shopping plaza which consumers can benefit from. There is a coffee shop, candy shop, restaurants, and name brand stores like Columbia and Sketchers to name a couple. We went there a couple of times and enjoyed walking around and shopping. We've dined at Barley and Salt and got coffee at The Met Coffee House. Definitely worth a stop if you enjoy shopping. They also have electric vehicle chargers and plenty of free parking. read more

Had lots of CLEAN bathrooms as well as lounging/chairs to sit between shops. Parking flow was a mess to navigate with it being busy. Had a variety of shops, but they arnt updated as shopping trends change. read more

We were at this outlet to grab some dinner mainly. We couldn't really do any shopping since the outlet closed all stores at 7pm. That was unexpectedly too early for us. We still explored the outlet a bit. There are parking lots all around the place, not too difficult to find parking. It's mostly clean. Security personnel were walking around to make sure the safety of shoppers. There's a beer garden (was closed) and some good restaurants to dine as well. Lots of directories available at entrance points. They had over 50 different stores, including some popular ones like Gap, Old Navy, Kate Spade, MK, Levi's, Adidas, Pandora, Skechers and Crocs. Most of them had discount offers and memorial day weekend sale going on, on top of reduced outlet price on items. read more

I like this place better than merrimack, more spacious and comfortable to shop at. As a first timer, the only thing for me is that it is confusing especially that their shops are on different buildings divided by parking lots, but either way it is a good way to exercise and shop. We vacation in Jackson every summer. Since I hate hiking, my family hikes and I get my exercise shopping. I have been coming to Settlers Green for over 20 yrs. I like the new improvements as far as the updated stores but the merchandise is nothing special. I went today to just two stores. Gap and Talbots. I was very disappointed in the Gap, very little merchandise. The sale was good but nothing to buy. What happened to Brooks Brothers and Tommy Hilfiger? Both carried women's clothes. I'm going back tomorrow when I have more time. I hope I have better luck. read more

This outlet mall is spread out with many outlets close by and some spread out down the street and across the street. Typical outlets, great place to come if it's a really cold or rainy day. Settlers Green is an awesome outlet mall with a variety of stores. I typically would be giving Settlers Green 4 stars, however, they have expanded greatly and they have added numerous stores that enhance the experience for any shopper. There is a good variety of clothing stores as well as merchandise stores such as Yankee Candle, Brookstone, etc. Everytime I have come to Settler's Green, it has always been kept so clean and they keep expanded which is great. The stores and staff at each store are always friendly and the prices are great, especially when they are tax free. I'm surprised to see so many low reviews for Settler's Green, but it seems as though people are unimpressed with the popularily of the outlets which contributes to less parking and busy stores. I don't find this as a problem as I have never had problems parking at Settler's Green and the place is large enough for people to space themselves out. I would consider the amount of people to be equivalent to what you find in a regular mall. Check out all the cool outlets when you are in the North Conway area! read more

Ever since I was a child I have came to Settlers Green to do some shopping at least once a year! I have always had a great time here, and they are starting to expand even more. I just went here this past weekend and found that they have added a new little section of shops. I was really excited as Ralph Lauren moved here which is great as I hated having to drive just to their store. I had a pleasant time walking around and found everything I was set out to find! I'm hoping that they will continue to expand and add more stores as this will make the shopping experience even better! read more

I don't really feel like I got much of a bargain besides Coach and The Gap. Other than that, the stores were so-so and average priced. The staff at these stores, not sure what was happening. I wasn't impressed with much of the customer service we received, I won't name-names of the places but be pre-warned that maybe it's just a NH thing. We stopped in almost all the stores that were interesting, the selection isn't fabulous but it worked and I came out with two children's outfits, a gift for my sister and some items for myself. The layout isn't terrible but it isn't great but that is because they've added on so they make it in different areas and all that. Parking is here, there and everywhere and overall it is a very small outlet mall. read more

Settlers Green in North Conway is a great outlet shopping experience. The collection of stores is great and I like how everything is organized and layed out as everything is spread out with plenty of room to walk around and enjoy as some outlet stores feel like they are too confined and have too many stores in a small space. I really like the feel and atmosphere of the outlet mall as there is cool landscaping and sculptures throughout the mall and each area is a little unique and different. This is not your typical outlet shopping experience as there is something special here. The outlet is very clean, safe, and well maintained and it is a pleasure to shop here and walk around and hang out and I had fun here. read more

We have been to several different outlets and we were disappointed with this one. We might have caught it at a bad time, but there were not many deals. Ton of shops but tough to navigate! This afternoon we stopped in at Settlers' Outlets after a weekend in North Conway. When we arrived we were excited to walk through the complex, but quickly gave up and left after stopping at a few stores. My biggest frustration with most outlets is that they no longer sell items at a reasonable price. Each shop here had their items priced as "clearance" but this marketing is fraudulent. The prices here are similar to what you would find at their shops in the mall and their sales items were more expensive than shopping at stores like Marshalls. The other rub is that the complex looks nice but is a pain to navigate. The shops are spread far apart which makes it tough to make the rounds. We ended up only staying for a few minutes because the four stores we wanted to visit were all in different corners of the complex and we didn't bring our hiking shoes. Overall, disappointed and not confident that we would visit again. read more

Nice outlet shopping mall with a good number of shops and well known brands. Shops are scattered across a few sections with ample parking in between. One can easily walk from one section to another though - just when it rains it won't be so much fun. Around this mall there is a bunch of other businesses and restaurants and hotels too, however to some a little further away of them you'd probably prefer to drive. Though this town does a good job on providing sidewalks. For us this mall worked great - we got some very good deals shopping wise and that there is no sales tax in New Hampshire is of course an additional benefit! read more

Only good thing about this place is that it's tax-free shopping. Tons of parking. Hardly any stores that I personally would want to shop at. The stores that I did go into had high prices and old styles. The food area was very sad and no variety. One of the restrooms was closed down and you had to hike across to the other side of the place to use the restroom that worked. I've been to much better outlets. We tried to spend money, actually tried to spend it! We came away with more stuff then we could have bought in Halifax at 4 times the cost. It was ridiculous. Adidas Nike Levi's Under Armour Gap Coach Reebok etc. etc. etc. it's endless shopping. Now don't get me wrong not everything is at a stellar price, but it is tax free, and I found most stores were better priced, some by lots, some by a little bit The layout was fantastic, very well planned, and very well mapped out. This is a decent sized outlet mall. We came up here for the fall leaves/foilage in the White Mountains. Afterwards, we did some outlet shopping here. It was decent but nothing too exciting here. But, it is certainly nice to stop and look around for any bargains during the holidays. read more

I'm know it's better in the summer, but in winter it's plowed terribly, and a pain to get from store to store with all the ice on the ground. Also, not a great selection of stores, to be honest. Mostly clothing stores, and boring ones at that. That said, they are working on an expansion, so hopefully they'll have some better stores soon. Be warned: if you're looking for the Old Navy, it's out on its own in no man's land! I love Settlers Green Outlet shops! I have gotten so many bags from Coach..the prices are awesome. You can get a bag for half the price of the same one you would find at Macys. I always find deals at Yankee candle they always have a huge selection of the large jars for half off. I like Journeys too they have really cute heels and the prices are reasonable. Review from a non-shopper: I really like Settlers Green. Everything's so close together. I'm not sure why the lower reviews- if you don't like to walk around shopping leisurely, I'd recommend to do your homework and call the shops beforehand. We'd been here before and didn't feel the need to shop this trip BUT we went to a few shops (well... 3 shops quickly turned into 8 shops - again, so close together) and found great deals. We were looking for a couple specific items and don't know some of these shops - all staff we came across were friendly and/or attentive and/or helpful. If we were in the wrong shop (they didn't have sub an item) they politely said no, sorry and we went on our merry way. Easy peasy. MOVIE NIGHT! I really like they have this here. We were sorry to miss the last movie. If we had kids we'd go to this week's (gotta laugh at that remark because we made a point of going to see The Muppet Movie a couple of years ago even though we saw it before) - anyway, it's a great offering for the community and tourists. I'm glad they continue to do it. A NICE SPOT TO SHOP - and that's from an online shopper - I'm not really into shopping and I don't usually go to stores. read more

Decent outlet! The layout is pretty big/widespread (but can get confusing). Good variety of stores. Is better if the weather is good, obviously being an outdoor outlet versus a mall, but is fun to just walk around either way. A bunch of the stores are dog friendly and they give out treats. Lots of places (depending on the store) offered military discount as well. They have FREE coupon books for customers available at the mall office, highly recommend snagging one. They always have events going on whether it's summer or winter, even movie nights during summer evenings which is neat! Definitely worth the try! NH is prime with tax free shopping, even if you don't find something at this outlet, the entire road and strip that they are on is LOADED with stores. read more

Ok, I came on black Friday weekend. I have lived to tell the tale. I know I probably should've been aware of what I was getting myself into, but alas I did not. Did I save lots and lots of money? Yes, I most certainly did. Did I have an incredibly hard time finding a parking spot? Yes again. Did I have a completely irrational fear of being trampled by crazy, bargain hunting, veteran black Friday shoppers? Absolutely. But, with a pretty decent variety of stores, and really amazing sales, in hindsight totally worth it. The salespeople were all very friendly and helpful as well.The maps placed throughout the pathways around the outlets made it pretty easy to navigate too, thankfully. If you're interested in stores like The Gap, American Eagle, J. Crew, Coach, etc. This may be a place you want to check out. Also, I believe there is an Old Navy opening soon also. read more

As a rule, I prefer to buy used clothes as I am cheap. I make exceptions for shoes and underwear. However, sometimes one has to live in the present and enjoy situations you find yourselves in (faced with outlets, go shopping, carpe diem, whatnot). I visited the Gap one and the Lindt one. I remember shopping the outlets when I was a kid visiting my grandparents. They've got everything from shoe stores to lingerie to bookstores.... jewelry, gadgets, and lots of clothes. Decent prices can be found at stores like J.Crew, Nike, Old Navy, Gap, J. Jill, Pac Sun, Eddie Bauer... and more. The only deal breaker is that it's all outside. In the summer that's great, I get some fresh air between stores. But in the Christmas season, which is really the only time I do power shopping, it can be miserable hopping from store to store. read more

Ehh your typical outlet/factory/tourist trap type attraction. I am sure Settler's Green created jobs for the North Country, but I think it might have been at the expensive of the character of the area. I always thought of Conway as a place to get away not as a place to shop until you drop whilst buying irregulars and factory blow outs. I went into a few stores... and didn't find much. Ohh and I am sure traffic will be even worse on Rt. 16 so better try going back roads. read more

Great outlets! They have a lot of great stores and great deals! Coach store is always has good sales. The only issue I would have with these outlets is that the stores are kind of in different "buildings". This means a lot of walking, which is fine and expected at outlet stores but in the winter it can get cold. Also the parking lots are always packed, I can never find a spot. I guess that's a good thing for the outlets though! read more
