As long as the service remains this way, I believe I've found my new dog groomer!

I was concerned at first because I never used a mobile groomer before, it is now my favorite way to go, wish I switched sooner. Thanks to Kim's Mobile Pet Spa, my pups get all the best right in the driveway. I am also very happy with the nail grinding she did, now they don't cut my skin with their nails or scratch the floor.

This has to be the best groomer in the Winchester area. I think they only groom small dog breeds. The associates are knowledgeable about dogs and how to properly care for them. I have done a lot of reading since becoming a shih tzu owner and the staff member took me by surprised at how much she knew about shih tzus. She impressed me. She also took the time to talk with me before Sammy's appointment to get a thorough understanding of what cut I wanted, what shampoo/conditioning treatment Sammy needed, etc. (Shih tzu can have sensitive skin and their skin can dry out. Owners and Groomers have to take care.) Not only did she already know all of this, but she helped me select what exactly I wanted. The best part was it didn't cost me anything extra. Since it was his first visit, they even gave Sammy, a complimentary blueberry facial. My kids thought that was the cutest and funniest thing they ever heard. They were sold. They love this groomer. Frankly, so do I. When I picked Sammy up, he looked like a million dollars. He had an amazing cut. His fur was soft and fluffy. They cleaned out his ears, filed his nails, brushed his teeth, and did a fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend this groomer.

The groomer I have now has NEVER shaved her hair to address knots. She is consistent with the way she cuts her hair, and my dog always comes out looking adorable.
