My only drawback was staff could have been happier, the floors were a bit dirty, and toppings counter was a bit disheveled. They also promote most ice cream flavors as "Howling Ice Cream" but some containers were clearly marked as Haggen-Dazs. Either way, I enjoyed my ice cream and would revisit! I have been to plenty of places that serve Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, and it is about half the price for the amount of ice cream we got. By far the worst experience I've had getting ice cream and that is a difficult thing to accomplish. Not only was this extremely overpriced, but not even the correct ice cream advertised.
