I accidentally selected 7 items instead of 6, and I clearly told them multiple times that I only wanted 6 and did NOT want the extra item. Instead of fixing a simple mistake calmly, they kept raising their tone at me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism.
