Do NOT recommend. I…read morewas told by Janos that my dog's grooming appointment would take approximately 2 hours, which is significantly longer than the typical 45-60 minutes. I arrived at the 2-hour mark only to be informed by another employee that my dog had not even been started yet (I greatly appreciate this employee's honesty). My concern arised as this should have been communicated to me well before that point as my dog was kept in the back unnecessarily for hours. I had to demand my dog back and when he was returned to me he was panting and visibly stressed (and not cleaned). Throughout my interaction with Janos for clarity, he changed his story multiple times. When I asked another groomer to clarify what had actually been done in those 2 hours, Janos told them, "Do not tell her anything. Don't say a word." As a dog owner, I have the right to accurate information about my pet--especially when concerns are raised. Janos also claimed my dog's grooming had been "half started" and referenced cameras and video footage as proof. When I asked to view this footage to confirm his claims, I was given multiple excuses as to why it could not be shown, despite it being brought up by him in the first place. When I asked for the owner's contact information to escalate my concerns--since I no longer trusted Janos--I was refused. (A witness was in waiting room for this entire situation and conversation by the way, and also told me she had been waiting in her car for over 2 and a half hours as well). Furthermore, when I called to confirm that my refund had not been processed as promised, I was hung up on by Janos. When I called back 2 more times, Janos had picked up and hung up immediately. By the 4th attempt he finally answered claiming again that it must be "phone issues". This is not how a business should be run. It is not a healthy or transparent environment for dogs, nor is it an acceptable way to treat customers. Dogs do not have a voice, so trust is critical--and based on today's experience, this establishment (specifically Janos) cannot be trusted.

I waited all day for a call. At 3pm, I was asked if I received an earlier voicemail -- I did not. There was no missed call or voicemail. Instead of apologizing, I was told "it's okay," and then told a note was made claiming I was called when I wasn't. Another employee issued a $20 credit with no explanation. It also doesn't even look like my dog was properly groomed, which makes the situation worse. The only bright spot was the cashier, who handled the situation professionally, sincerely apologized, listened, and actually acknowledged the issue. If everyone else showed that level of customer service, this would have been a very different experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
