They showed no real knowledge and kept adding extra charges for small things. They charge me $285.00 for cancelation.

Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism - Be Careful Before Hiring W & W Septic Tank Cleaning…read more I had my septic tank serviced by W & W in March 2026 for routine maintenance after purchasing my house in December 2025. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a clogged drain, and after hiring another company to investigate the problem, I discovered that my septic tank had not been cleaned properly during the previous service. When I contacted W & W to explain my emergency, they kept giving me the runaround. Initially, they scheduled a visit for three days later, which I accepted. However, when I called to confirm the appointment, I was told they would not be able to come until a week later. At that point, I could not afford to wait any longer because I needed the problem resolved. I hired another septic company, and they determined that the tank had not been adequately cleaned. I believe this may have contributed to the clogging issue I experienced. I ultimately had to pay an additional $400 out of pocket to get the problem fixed. What frustrates me the most is that W & W responded the next day when I originally called to schedule routine maintenance, but when I needed help with an urgent problem, the service and communication were completely different. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with their workmanship, customer service, and lack of urgency when a problem arose. Mr. Larry was the person who handled my original service. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We had an unexpected leak happen with our kitchen sink and Robert was able to effectively and efficiently locate the leaks and correct the issues. Not only that but he was able to help me gain more knowledge of my plumbing system as a first time home owner. Robert was able to answer all the questions I had In regards to ongoing concerns I had prior to him coming out to my home. Furthermore, I am so pleased with how my call was quickly handled by the young lady who dispatched my case. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and got back to me within minutes to inform me that Robert was on the way. While I did reach out to two other emergency plumbing companies before finding Atlantis. We had an intake line burst in the water heater closet in the house just before midnight recently…read more(not due to freezing). With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Now, it was an emergency fix in the middle of the night, so I won't say it was cheap, but not sure what plumbing service is these days - we recently had other plumbing work done by another company & our jaw dropped at that bill. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.
