I am sorry to leave a negative review but I needed someone to call me back and I called 7×2×1st and seven times oops well what I mean to say is I called twice and got no response so I kept calling the number that I had the only number and it said Rocky. He called me back finally and was rude very very rude claimed I was rude which I don't think I was just called several times because I'm terrified of water and electricity it does not mix. We know what is wrong and I like I said no it's Sunday but the way he talk to me was horrible and I did not harass him I just kept calling and and telling him that I knew it was Sunday but I just needed for someone to call me as soon as possible. They need a new number for emergency phone calls etc. I'm sorry that this review is negative but that's the way it is when you treat people like dirt. He said it was Sunday and no one was gonna come out today it was family day I understand but it's also a very dangerous day for my family. Our electrician Joshua Craig was able to identify the problem with the outlets and the circuitry during that visit. We elected to have a brand new sump pump installed as the old one had seen better days and was almost 15 years old. During his inspection of our 50+ year old home, he assessed many more of our outlets are probably in need of replacement and we should consider a full service for the home. We are very safety conscious and keep up with the house needs so we agreed with Joshua and signed off on the work. As we left for vacation that week, we were secure with Joshua having access to our home for the week so he could complete the work without interruption. While we were on vacation, Joshua contacted us several times with an update on the work. There were several critical repairs that were needed to bring some of the wiring up to code that he needed permission to fix. We did that via email and he was able to continue working without stoppage. When we returned home, we were extremely impressed not only with the quality of Joshua's workmanship but the quality of the materials he used. All of the sockets and plates are matching throughout the house. They are quiet, reliable, and many of the lights don't flicker anymore! The new wiring he performed dramatically affected the lighting in the areas addressed. We have GFCI in all the right places now and the security our home wiring is safe. In terms of the efficiency of the company staff, they were on top of everything from setting up and confirming appointments by text and phone to letting us know everyday the timeframe that Joshua would arrive each day. Joshua was very prompt in returning our texts and made sure we understood all the work that was to be performed. We would definitely recommend Joshua and Keep Smiling for a large electrical job such as ours. They were professional and courteous throughout the process. Thanks for the cookies!

All he did was twist off the old cap and twist on the new one. I'll take accountability for agreeing to the price upfront, but I genuinely believed the installation involved more than that. Had I known it was something so simple, I would have done it myself. Charging $300 for what amounted to less than a minute of work is ridiculous. I understand businesses have operating costs, but there is a difference between charging for professional service and charging an excessive amount for a basic task. Based on google comments, I am not the only one who had this issue.
