He cleaned two rooms, a hallway, and stairs and was in and out in 1.5 hours! He took great care with our home, protected our walls/corners well, and was so friendly with our pets! I feel like the pricing was transparent and very fair (we didn't exceed the minimum until adding stairs!) The scheduling communication was also excellent and was very professional over email with accurate quotes and invoices. I'd absolutely pick Peace Frog again!

You can get approximate quotes via email or even right on the website, and they send plenty of reminders and updates leading up to the appointment, even a day of notification letting you know your cleaner is on the way. Jerry arrived right on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He wore booties to protect the carpet and was able to quote me on a king headboard and our dining room chair seats that didn't really have preset pricing online. In about 2 or so hours he cleaned 2 large rugs, a large sectional, dining room chair seats, and a king headboard. Pricing felt very reasonable compared to several other companies I had looked at, and everything looks great so far. The sectional especially looked brighter and the cushions felt more fluffed up afterward. We also had some bubbling in the rugs and the cleaning helped quite a bit with that. The only odd thing I noticed was a slight oily-type smell during cleaning and when walking into the house after leaving and coming back, but it dissipated and none of the actual furniture smells like that. There really isn't much of a scent at all. I think I was expecting some kind of fresh fragrance, but this was also our first time having furniture professionally cleaned, so maybe that's not even a thing. Overall, easy booking, great communication, fair pricing, and professional service. I'd definitely use Hart's again and would recommend them.

When I returned to the house the next day, I noticed tiles had popped up in the utility room. I texted Jerry & the owner, David. David immediately got back to me & came to the house. He said in all his years, he's only seen this one other time. Fortunately, I had spare matching tiles for David & Jerry to put down. David did a great job matching the grout color. It wasn't Harts Steam Cleaning's fault that the tiles were poorly set, but thankfully, they are insured & can make everything right. David's prompt response really put me at ease. I cleaned it as much as I could. Used dawn soap and still couldn't get the smell or stain off the couch. I reached out to Capital if Texas Chem-Dry and they came the next day! I was so happy. They cleaned the couch and an ottoman and it looked great. After it dried I noticed I could still smell the vomit. It must've been hidden deep in the couch or something. I messaged their office and they were back today with the owner and employee and decided to redo the entire couch and appt treat again. The owner said he got a lot more out using a stronger product and also applied stain guard. I can see a big difference in the fabric color just from the cleaning two days ago. It looks brand new!! And my living room smells good again! No more sour dog vomit. The customer service alone is worth hiring this company!!
