I worked with Bilie and I can't say enough about her customer services skills. So refreshing coming from Xfinity. Billie explained the setup process in easy to understand terms, set dates, and expectations. Once the configuration step was complete on the ifiber.com side, it was a simple plug and play of my wifi router. Worked "right out of the box". So far, the service has been rock solid (a must for my IT work) and based on my experience I expect the same going forward. ifiber.com is a solid five stars!

I have had nothing but great service not just with not having outages but customer service especially during covid. I'm disabled and am on social security and I called and spoke with Madison recently to check on my internet plan and make sure I was on the right program and plan and I can be long winded. She was so patient and helpful like all experiences I've had with ifiber. She took the time to listen and answer my questions and address my concerns. I don't want to sound like an ad for ifiber but the service I'm paying for is better than all other providers where I live and the customer service is the best I've had over the phone! Ifiber and Madison helped me not have to go through spectrum and pay all their fees! Thank you Madison and ifiber! Joshua

I had been very unsatisified because it seemed like the internet goes out for days at a time and sometimes multiple times a day. (Several times I made them pro-rate my bill because of this). I will say, that since Vyve has taken over, the overall service is much, much better and I don't notice regular interruptions in service like I had experienced previously. I probably do need to talk to Vyve about a "repeater" because I like to use my phone/tablet in the garage and I don't get good signal out there, (but it's also on the complete opposite side of the house from where the base is in the master bedroom). I so desperately wanted to be able to get AT&T's UVerse previously, (what I had before moving), but at this time I'm very pleased with the Vyve service and will continue to subscribe to it.
