LOL...now Comcast is offering 5 years 1GB service for just over $50. They are feeling the BT punch and loosing customers. Too late Comcast, I asked you in visits at the local office, several times, to give us a better deal and you said your could not! Then I went to BT and glad I did. We ended up connecting an outdoor antenna for our local channels to the incoming Coax to our TVs from the now disconnected Comcast service. There's 28 channels broadcast over air in our area! As for TV packages, nope!.....Internet is all you need. We subscribed to 4 streaming services for all of our sports and movies and still, the BT 1 GB service plus the cost of all 4 streaming services still save us 75% off what Comcast was charging us. As for service and support, BT excels. We had a connection issue ongoing for a while (intermittent), but, they came to our rescue and although the tech had to come twice over 2 days due to finally get a few faulty wiring connections isolated and corrected, we now have 100% rock stable service at 1GB speeds and right at our plan. We can not be more pleased with how our BT service and support has been and will stay with them ongoing! Well done BT!

I figured even though I'm not saving much money and speed isn't an issue, I'd rather be on fiber and supporting a local company. I had a minor technical issue / question and submitted it tonight using their support form, figuring I would get a call tomorrow or the day after. Instead, Roy from the technical support team responded TWO MINUTES later (this is at 8pm), answered my questions, and resolved the issue I was having with my account configuration. Their support is as fantastic as everyone says! In terms of the install; I called in December and they had pretty immediate availability. I ended up scheduling the install for early January and the install was quick and easy.

I'm…read morethinking that at BEST, I will have to wait a few days to get it fixed, and that is assuming that anyone actually checks the plaintive, pleading message I am going to leave on their "emergency" service hotline. Wow, was I ever pleasantly surprised. After navigating through their phone menu (all I had to do was press 1) a human actually answered! He said someone would come to the house in an hour!! OH MY GOSH!! The guy was an hour late, but he CALLED me to TELL me this! HOLY COW, and he had an excuse, the roads were icy, and I can verify this because I was outdoors early this morning, and it was so bad I nearly slipped and fell 3 times. So anyway, the guy arrives, and he has a Red Sox cap on, which is a risk in this neck of the woods. Vermont, if I had to guess, is 60% Red Sox fans, 40% Yankees fans, so yeah, we were happy about his hat. He is courteous, polite, young and cute (my sister's comment) and he petted the barking dog. He found the problem in 4 minutes (broken power cord, weird) fixed it, and left. No charge! Wow, does it get any better than that? We were all so pleased that we had a celebratory Sidecar. Hey, it's officially still the Holiday Weekend.

The customer service agent tried diligently to help us trouble shoot over the phone, to no avail. She put in a work order, I then told her I had some folks coming to stay in a day, could we get it fixed by that time, oh, did I mention, it was 4pm. No promises but she was going to do her best. Within an hour a very nice service tech dropped off a new box, waited to make sure we got it up and running and we were good to go. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

With his exceptional knowledge he was able to suggest the wireless setup since I didn't want wires in my man cave. With the way local cable companies rip you off Cody saved me approximately $60.00 a month on my cable bill. With the extra savings I was able to setup a TV outside on my patio and order the Sunday NFL ticket. Talk about the $$ package thanks Cody and your staff. I recommend giving Cody a call today if you want good service while saving $$$.

I am not sure what has changed for him and his business practices but he has gone from being upfront and stellar with customers to not being truthful or at least not being completely truthful and then not following up on what he says he will do to make it right. It has been several months now because I had hopes that he would follow through but it is clear that he is not going to. Beware if you are a current customer and want to upgrade call company directly and go through them so you don't have to figure out what is truth and get caught up in Cody's shady practices. You may not get the deal Cody says he can give but considering he doesn't follow through it won't cost you the hundreds of dollars extra it cost me.

I got my last phone on Dorset St which is one of the corporate stores, and decided to try a store that acts as an agent of AT&T. I highly recommend Natalia, in the Shelburne shopping plaza on rt. 7. I visited twice she listened gave me several choices of data packages, I had already decided on Samsung after a fair amount of research and she agreed it is a good phone. The phone has to come by FedX but meanwhile she showed me a lot of things I can do with the phone. This store also gives you the promise of helping you after you get the phone to get setup.

About the end of July 2023, I visted the other AT&T store in the University Mall in South Burlington Vermont. At that time a gentleman named, Mark Gibbs worked there. I had an Iphone 13 pro, and Mark talked me into trading it in for an Android Galaxy Fold 4. He told me if I traded in my iphone, It would take a good chunk off of my bill. Well, to make a very long story short, Mark (whom has since been fired) not only pocketed my iphone, he canceled the trade in and he only turned in an old android that was only worth $6.00. I didn't even know that happened until I saw a huge bill for my iphone & AT&T Informing me I owed an aditional $550.00 and claiming I never traded in my iphone!! Obviously shocked, I reached out to Mark, and he assured me that was some kind of mistake, and said he most certainly did trade my iphone in. He is a liar, and that's just one of many reasons he lost his job. I was put through the biggest run around from the AT&T store in the University mall for MONTHS!! A worker named Gavin and his so called, "manager" Tim (whom I have since been told was never an actual manager) put me through HELL, and that's putting it lightly!! For months, they gaslighted me about this whole situation, and gave me the run around and would refuse to take the huge charge for the iphone off my bill. They even acknowledged they knew what Mark had done, but they just would not take the time or efforts to fix it when they had every capability to fix it. I could go on and on writing about the lies and running around they put me through for all these months! Even when AT&T was about to shutbme off because of the $550.00 on the bill, Gavin and Tim STILL didn't care, and continued to lie and give the run around. Tim, a who is a complete unprofessional, coward, wouldn't even return my phone calls, he would relay messages through Gavin, and Gavin straight up ended up telling me, "Tim doesn't want to help you; no one here is going to help you" then he LIED and told me Tim was at a booth at the job fair if I wanted to talk to Tim in person, but Tim was never actually there, Gavin just wanted to get rid of me! Absolutely HORRIBLE to treat a long time and faithful customer in her 70's this way. It wasn't until Deanne Cejka talked to me that anything got done! Deanne was helpful, compassionate, caring, understanding, and went well above and beyond the call of duty to rectify this fraud that done to me, even though it had NOTHING to do with her! Deanne still spent weeks, days and many hours to get this fixed!! FINALLY, Tuesday 10/24/2023, after another 2 hours spent with me, Deanne was successful with getting this fraudulent $550.00 OFF MY BILL!!!! I can't even begin to express the emotions and utter relief I felt after being treated so UNPROFESSIONAL and poorly by the University Mall AT&T in South Burlington, Vermont!! Literally MONTHS of stress gone, THANKS to Deanne's willingness to give the utmost amazing customer service!! she didn't give up and she took this fraud very serious, unlike, Gavin and Tim!! I had to leave this amazing review about Deanne!! She is such an angel, and I honestly can't thank her ENOUGH! She is the reason I didn't cancel with AT&T; after being a faithful and loyal customer for well over, 20 something years (or whenever Unicell switched to AT&T) and go with Verizon. Thank you so much, Deanne!! Thank you!! I HIGHLY recommend not only doing your business at AT&T 334 Dorset St in South Burlington, Vermont, but go and see the amazing, Deanne Cejka!! She will take impeccable care of you! To wrap this up: I will NEVER step foot in the AT&T in the University Mall, in South Burlington, Vermont EVER again! Horrible service and horrible workers!
