Chris , the owner, was very nice in laying out my options. After some debate i went with an used unit that he had refurbished instead. After getting it home i had an issue and gave Chris a call. he said "no problem bring it in and we will see what we can do" i did and it turned out that the unit just wouldnt work for me and the applications I use, again Chris came through and put me in another unit that is perfect for me! His prices are great and he knows his trade which is obvious by the way he stands by his products. I will be going back with other needs in the future.
