Now, Luke did leave something out. I suspect that he wanted to avoid being indelicate, but I think it bears mentioning. This friendly, helpful clerk patrolling the floors and calling everyone "boss man" looks indigent. He is scrawny, dirty, and missing all of his front teeth. Friendly as hell, but quite a sight. I didn't know what it was either but I purchased one at one of the big box stores, came home to spread the rings on my truck and the tool broke. Literally broke in two. Went online to see if I could get one on the website that is named after the Brazilian rain forest and they only had the bad kind as well. I decided to try Potts to see if they had what I needed. It's a REAL hardware store so tools, fertilizer, seed, nuts, bolts, and more. They had exactly what I needed at a great price! Earlier this week, I stopped back in to Potts to get a few keys made. Most places are relying on machines to cut keys and the machines don't always get it right. The guys at Potts custom cut two keys that worked perfectly! They've earned my business - period.
