    Worst service ever. Over4 hours with their help department. Still not resolved. Ready to give up. No service since AT&T bought them.

She is a star. That stated, her company is much too bureaucratic, complex to deal with, and for the customer ( I HAVE BEEN WITH COMCAST for nearing 10years and loyal) much too frustrating to deal with. Plus the company should be charged for the COUNTLESS HOURS ( now over 60 hours of my time since May) trying to rectify billing problems. Note: there are many reviews from others that state BILLING is a major issue with the company. I tried to stay with them. I tried with Kayla to find solutions to stay with them. I for months have remained a loyal customer. But today I have decided to pay them ( and stop wasting my time driving over 20 miles back and forth) to rectify these issues. Sadly, I can not reach Kayla by phone so on Monday I will go to the office and pay them off and be done with XFINITY internet and entertainment services. ( I gave up on mobile because of billing issues too in May). I want to thank KAYLA for going through so much frustration and acting professional even when I was heated with frustration. She is the 'GO TO" manager if you have a problem. She cares, it shows. Now, I will go to VERIZON ( who note, COMCAST uses VERIZON lines/towers) and have changed my services over to business services saving my self 20 dollars a month on business lines vs residential .

    Been with charter for internet since 2009. About 3 weeks ago, my internet stopped working. After 2…read moredays, I discovered it was disconnected by my driveway with a red tag on it. I chatted with customer service and no one had a clue what this was. By the time I called, it had been 10 days without internet and it's during the holidays, so I wasn't available to have a tech come out because they wanted to enter the home. I had been tossed around on the phone from agent to agent and multiple told me they had in the notes that I refused the tech entry to the home. This was a lie, a tech never came out and I had said I wasn't available for a tech to enter. This is a huge difference from refusing someone to enter. It made me super mad! I decided to get verizon 5g that just plugs in, so we could get some internet going and it seemed to work fine. I decided I was going to cancel charter and use that instead. They didn't want to credit me anything back for the days I had no internet! Said sorry, it's not on them and told me since I didn't want the tech, they won't do it. On top of that, charged me for the next mo! I was like, I'm being punished for your guys issue of disconnecting this in the first place. I had even tried to put the acct on hold over chat and she told me no, I would be compensated those days. Ha! So I was denied a hold AND charged more. I talked to a supervisor, same thing. They tossed me to another guy who got the bill lowered to $25, but they would not credit me back. They said service was still active, even though I was disconnected, so I had to pay. I'll stick to the verizon and not have to deal with the cables that caused all this mess.

When we went to cancel it, we were instructed to return the phone. After returning the phone, we were still charged over $1090! (And it was already discussed that we were to not be charged, etc). We have been trying to get our refund for weeks (or at least get the iPhone back which we returned). It has become more than a nightmare and everyone we talk to doesn't care and is a complete dead end. We will no longer be using them for any type of service. We are proceeding to cancel everything with them and warning everyone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE CHARTER OR SPECTRUM
