Alan would harass me with calls from another number that I have listed below in the photos. He wanted me to pay upfront for multiple days instead of renting daily! I reported this to you all on several incidents and it was stated that I just need to make a review. Which I did but I do believe Alan needs to be banned as a host as well as Dallas the co-host. Dallas the co-host called me and messaged me on September 6th 2024 stating the rental was booked for 2:30 pm. I believe this was on purpose because the day before Dallas wanted me to rent long term with their rental company. In which I declined because I wanted to go through Turo instead. I have added those photos of the text conversation as well. Now with the mileage that is incorrect. They took the vehicle abruptly for a reservation on September 6th, 2024. I shouldn't have been charged a day, a late fee, gas fee, and now mileage! I wasn't able to fill the car with gas nor was I able to get the mileage because they took it. Dallas decided to put the mileage of the vehicle in the photos a day later on September 7th 2024 at one something.. The photo with the time stamped is listed below as well. Those are the miles of the last rental that was at 2;30pm on the 6th of September. I don't like to be taken advantage of or something trying to steal from me. I look forward to you all looking at the evidence and swiftly dismissing this! As well as banning Alan and Dallas from hosting on Turo. Thank you

These are just my experiences. Experience #2 2022 Traded in our larger family car for a smaller, safe suv for my daughter's first car - she has her permit so her practice driving was gonna be in this car. Found a decent looking Ford Escape with low miles. Had a couple of concerns on the test drive that were dismissed in a manner that made sense at the time. Unfortunately they wound up being a little more serious - 3 tires that needed patches and a bad battery that impacted the electrical system. On top of all that, less than 1 month into ownership the transmission (torque converter) started causing a shutter between 35/45mph. I mentioned some of the issues to CAG via text and email - was nice about it at first - but was told that because the car I traded in wound up having transmission issues (which we had discussed prior to the deal) there was no room for good will. Ok. I had the warranty anyway. I had asked for a warranty that would cover everything minus a deductible and purchased it. Low and behold the warranty actually will only cover about half the cost - so $1500+ out of pocket.(Was told I should have read the fine print. Yep. I should have.) Told the dealer this and again was given several reasons why they were not responsible for any of it - with the exception of an offer to possibly reimburse for the battery. So their website says they "stand behind their cars" but in this case they were several hundred miles behind it. Major repairs like this within less than 90 days... shouldn't be the customer's full responsibility. They never offered to have their own mechanic look at it. Never asked any questions or expressed any concern for the issues. Didn't ask if my daughter had gotten stuck on the side of the road or anything. It turned into a back and forth with no resolution not even agreement wherein both sides don't win but also don't lose. I'm out the money for the car, the warranty and the repair. Buyer beware I guess. Experience#1 2019 Cody and Duke took great care of my elderly parents. We were looking for an affordable, but comfortable and reliable vehicle. The CAG team were fair, and certainly went far above and beyond what one would expect from a car buying experience. Respectful, caring and sincere. Thank you!

I contacted Duke and returned immediately to his mechanic I was informed that the 02 sensor was bad he first refused to replace it but did agree. He ordered the sensor and I came back and it was replaced. After leaving the shop before I got home again the light came back on, I contacted Duke immediately he told me to stopped back by and he would check it. This was also done, now he said that the Cadillac converter was bad and that he was not going to replace it. Keep in mine I never got home with the van before the light came on both times. I will be pursuing this further.

Came here looking to replace my 2017 Elantra (that I loved!) due to my wife being unable to drive…read moreit (it's a manual, and she couldn't learn stick when I tried teaching her) coupled with her having car problems of her own (meaning she'd need to be able to drive my car). First off, let's look at the good: sales were low pressure. That's HUGE for a car dealership, and I commend Carlos for this. He was friendly, helpful, willing to work with me on getting pricing organized, everything you'd expect from a good salesperson. Next, there's the neutral: pricing was still a tad high (after applying discounts and negotiating I still ended up paying about MSRP on a $40k+ vehicle), trade-in pricing wasn't the greatest (they gave me like $13k for my trade-in, a fairer price would have been probably $14k or so, especially considering they turned around and re-listed it at like $18k with absolutely no work done to it), and I did have to actively seek out a car salesman just to get started (although that in and of itself would be neutral-good, because that's better than being hounded upon parking). Finally, the couple dings against the dealership: there wasn't any real preparation for their electric vehicles for sale (did I mention I bought an electric car?), which meant that the vehicle I ended up purchasing only had about a 30% charge when I bought it. If I was local to Charlotte, this wouldn't have been an issue at all (but I'm not, I'm from the Asheville area), and the dealer could have easily resolved this by making a policy of charging their EVs to at least 50%+ overnight. (I'd highly recommend implementing a policy like this). After waiting about 2 hours for the vehicle to charge on their L2 charger (that's another thing, they should consider getting an L3 charger if they're serious about EVs), I could not sit and wait any longer, so I ended up having to start transferring items from my old car to the new, which meant that they didn't have a chance to finish the pre-delivery inspection (cleaning, reducing tire pressure, etc.). Overall, it's still a decent dealership, and I'd visit them again, especially with the way the sales staff in particular acted, but they could do better in planning on the operational side of things.

I had a verbal agreement with a sales rep (Devin) that was also confirmed by the manager. Once a…read morewritten agreement was set, the price didn't reflect the verbal agreement. However, once I bought the car, which they promised they had done a lot of work on and was in good health, the car had so many problems which would cost 1000s to repair. Clearly they either lied to me or did not know what they were doing. Then, when I tried to call them to raise my concerns with the car, they did not pick up the phone or return my calls. It was clear they just wanted to make some quick cash and get rid of the car, regardless of the condition or the satisfaction of the customer. I've learnt my lesson going through this process and I hope others don't make the same mistake. Do not buy from these guys or trust them at all! Very disappointed

I stressed to Josh how important it was for me to get my son in a safe and reliable vehicle. Although I purchased a used vehicle "as is", they both have me the impression that their vehicle had been thoroughly checked out and was safe for my son and this was NOT the case. David and Josh both made arrangements with me (verbally and documented) to assist and pay for some major work that needed to be done on the vehicle and this was never done. I truly learned a huge lesson through this entire process and I would like for everyone else to be very careful when making this type of purchase as well. A persons word means nothing over money they are trying to make and they both showed these characteristics when they made arrangements to fix these issues and never followed up. They both ignored phone called and text messages AFTER agreeing to having these problems fixed. They both seemed liked good hearted people but later showed something entirely different. I even gave Dave a sale from a family member, he never once thanked me or even took this into consideration when I brought issues with my purchase to his attention!
