"Now a stage coach, that would have been a good situation for me. Cause I'm in the coach, and the driver is way up there on the stage." - Elaine, Seinfeld Long over due review, these folks have never disappointed in 1/2 dozen airport runs to both SFO and OAK. Da Scene: Call or email before your trip, they can accommodate last minute booking, but try to book a day in advance. They have several vehicles, let them know how many passengers, accurate count/size of luggage and departure time. Da Service: They normally arrive 10-15 minutes early to load luggage etc. Vehicles have been clean and comfy, water available as well. Couple of times we were in peak traffic, alternate routes were taken and we stayed on schedule. Da End Game: They drop-off and pickup in the limo service areas at the airports, so no rushed drop-offs or pickups. As mentioned their timing has always been good, friendly but not overly chatty, and always great communications. read more

We used this service in the past, their service was excellent, upon our return trip they picked us up from SFO. Planning on booking them again. Very pleasant, prompt and reliable. I highly recommend their service. Planning a trip beginning of 2023 once I book my airfare I plan to book with them, excellent past experience. read more

Polite, professional and efficient. I told the lady on the phone that I had a previous bad experience with a different taxi service and she made sure to not only confirm with me the day before, but the driver would also call me beforehand to double confirm he was coming. That was reassuring. On the day of the ride the driver called, was early, and was very professional and pleasant and got me to my destination seamlessly. I would use them again. read more

Saywe was very professional. I emailed her my flight information and she confirmed by email the pick-up time. She showed up at my door right on time, 6:30am. The car was clean (inside and out). Saywe was a very safe driver. On my return flight, I was able to catch an earlier flight home (earlier by 1 hr). I was nervous that they might not get my message in time, but Saywe called me back right away and was very flexible. She picked me up at the arrivals area without much waiting (i was standing by the curb for only 5 minutes!). I highly recommend Direct Airport Service! read more

Midnight hours? 10 mins later? It was 9:12 PM EST. Not midnight as you falsely stated. I didn't hear anything an hour later and texted the reply. Well, you don't have to worry about my business EVER again. read more

I got scared reading the review of other airport shuttle service near my place, so I took a chance and called Direct Airport Shuttle. I picked them since they were in the same town where I live. The morning of the pick up I was prepared for the worst and ready to them a scream if they arrive late. Well at the exact hour they called and was waiting for me outside the house. The driver was one of the owner and we got talking about what they did before. The company used to have a taxi company in Berkeley in the past and has been in the transportation business for more than 15 years. The driver was friendly and very accommodating. I was please with the service and reliability. I definitely recommend this company. Why 4 stars? if they rolled the red carpet for me and a full bar in the car - that's 5 stars . :) read more

I hired Direct Airport Service to transport my family to and from a brunch for my Mother's 80th Birthday. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Very responsive, on time, clean new vehicles, and very helpful with my elderly parents and family. They will certainly be my go to transportation service in the future. read more

We have used this service twice now, and have been very pleased. But our most recent experience was EXCEPTIONAL. We were delayed 4 hours by a snowstorm in Newark. We gave our driver the wrong flight number by accident. Despite that, the driver checked on our flight number on her own, then arrived at the expected arrival time (10 PM), only to learn once she was at the airport that the flight would be VERY late. (She was told the flight would not arrive util "after midnight," meaning at least a 2 hour wait.) It turned out we were not done with collecting our luggage until 2 AM (another glitch -- the airline misplaced a whole cart of luggage). Nonetheless, she was there for us, cheerfully so, and promptly drove us home (an hour drive) in a driving rain storm. We strongly recommend this company -- a mom & pop operation that is courteous, responsible, professional, and very competitively priced. read more

My review and experience is based on dealing with Mrs. Singh. My sister in law was to drive my daughter and I to the airport but the day before something came up. Mrs. Singh had driven her sister to the airport a few months prior so she called her. Mrs. Singh was available and gave us the information of the car she would be in (Lincoln Town Car) and time. She was very friendly and we talked some and had quiet time on the way to the airport. We were quite early as she didn't want to chance getting stuck in traffic which I appreciate as I am the same way. Returning home the Saturday before Easter close to midnight again my sister in law wasn't able to make it and called me after calling Mrs. Singh close to 8:30 PM for the pickup. She again was available and as I was looking for her phone number she called and said she was waiting very closeby (as security doesn't tolerate you sitting in passenger pickup area) and would be there in less than 5 minutes. Sure enough, she was there very promptly and it was so nice to sit back and relax as I had some medical issues while gone and pretty bad pain in my leg. Again, she was very friendly and asked how our Karate tournament in Las Vegas was. It is always nice when someone remembers you and something personal to relate to. I would highly recommend this service if you are ever in need of transportation to the airport. read more

Ordered a car the night before for a very early pickup / trip to OAK. Car arrived early. Very nice & clean car. No hassles with driver on fee - he wanted exactly what I was quoted. All of these are improvements on any regular taxi service. So I am very pleased and will most definitely use them again. read more

I just got back from SF Airport. I called Mrs. Singh from Direct Airport Service to take me and pick me up. She was on time, answered the phone every time I called and was pleasant in two hours of rush hour traffic driving me home. She has picked me up in the AM hours a few times and is always right on time. You will be happy with her and her husband's service. read more

We recently used Direct Airport Service and we could not be happier with their service. Emails were answered quickly, booking was very easy, and their service was perfection! Mrs. Singh was flexible when I asked to change the time of pick up, arrived a few minutes early, and picked us up from the airport right on time. We won't hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them! They made the beginning and the ending of a wonderful vacation stressless and enjoyable. Thank you again!! read more

I would highly recommend this service. They were waiting outside at the requested time. That can be a worry when requesting an early morning pick up. The ride to SFO was very safe and smooth and the car was very comfortable. We will be calling again. March 2019 update- used this service again- couldn't be happier. Will be calling again. read more

What a wonderful service . They are always on time and pleasant . Great car for the Best Ride. Seats even warmed up with your own controls and comfort. We have used them for years but lost their contact number and we had to then search for them..I googled and found a few possibles and sent an Email asking if they were the ones we used a few years back. They responded right away and when our car arrived, I knew the Driver and knew they were the ones. I would not go to anyone else, as long the folks are available. Their price in not only competitive but was the Best Price I was given. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the absolutely great service you provided in dropping my family of three off at the airport (on-time) and picking us up (smooth ride), on our recent Disney Cruise to the Bahamas. Environmentally friendly vehicle, great customer service, and a smooth ride. I'm sold. No more Super Shuttle for me. Thank you! read more

Arrived 5 mins early on a sat. Picked me up in a Ford Explorer. Wanted to highlight and mention that the driver was very alert even at 4 in the morning. She saw that there was a stand-still traffic ahead and immediately took the closest exit to avoid it. Might've missed my flight had she not taken the detour. Great experience, thanks! read more

Outstanding, professional service all around. Mrs. Singh and her family are completely dependable for getting you to your destination. I've used the service three times and will continue to rely on this company when I need a driver to SFO from the east bay and back! 5 stars all the way! read more

Fast, reliable and a Tesla picked up my sister for a ride to the airport. About the same price as a taxi. I recommend this service.

Used them for a 0345 pickup from El Sobrante to SFO. Large sedan arrived a bit early and had room for 4 adults, each with a bag to check-in, a carry-on and a small purse-sized bag. Returning from our trip at 11 pm we had no problems. Prices were competitive. Will definitely use again. read more

Very professional, prompt and smooth ride to SFO. Price was reasonable and the driver was nice.

I used Direct Airport Service to go from Richmond (the Hilltop Green neighborhood) to SFO to take a 10:25 am flight. Beginning with providing a quote within a few hours after I requested it and ending with the drop off at SFO only an hour after we left Richmond, the service was highly professional. The service called the day before to confirm my reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. I plan to use the service again and recommend it to all who want courteous and dependable transportation to the airport. read more

We used this service to go from Pinole to SFO and another time to go to OAK and be picked up when we returned. Their service was outstanding, competitively priced, courteous and we had absolutely no issues with it. Once we went by Tesla, a treat, and the other time by a new Ford suv. When we were picked up upon our return to OAK, they had checked the status of our flight and were waiting for us to clear baggage clairm. It was prompt and painless. I very highly recommend this service and can not think of any way that it could be better that it is. John, Pinole read more

On a recent trip to Maui we used this service to take us and pick us up from the Oakland Airport. We had an early morning flight and a mid evening flight and both times the drivers arrived 5-10 minutes early with doors open and ready to help with our luggage. Communication was easy, texting our return flight information and where we would be after getting our luggage. The car, a Ford Explorer, is spacious and comfortable and was clean both inside and out. The heater was on for us and it was a smooth ride to and from making our trip complete. Thank you. We will definitely use this service again. read more

Fantastic service. We used Direct Airport Service for a 530 AM pickup to go to SFO. They were there right at 530 AM and had us to SFO in plenty of time for our departing flight. Upon our return a week later they again were there within a couple of minutes of us retrieving our bags from baggage claim and had us quickly back home. Getting a ride to and from the airport is always such a hassle but not with Direct Airport Service! Thank you so much! read more

I'm going to keep this review short, simple and too the point. They arrived about ten minutes early and quietly waited outside in the street for our pick up. The SUV was clean and quiet and we made it too the airport early like we wanted to. For our trip home, she called to let us know she was waiting in the lot and to let her know when we were ready for our trip home. We called her after getting our bags and she came right to the cub minutes later. We all almost fell asleep on the ride home. A great expo for us and we will definitely use Direct Airport Service again. Thanks Saywe! read more

Direct Airport Service was wonderful. I was very nervous about taking BART to the Oakland Airport. While looking in the yellow pages for a cab to take me to BART I saw Direct Airport's # & decided to call them. Their price was very reasonable. They were at my house in 25 min. The beautiful Tesla car felt more like a limo! My driver was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use this service again & highly recommend them. read more

Ladies I highly recommend using this shuttle service to the airport. They are safe, reliable and always on time. I have used Direct Airport Service on three separate occasions and have never been disappointed. They were waiting for me and had sent me a courtesy text letting me know they were already at the airport...that's excellent service!!! read more

I've had great experience using this company several times to get to SFO and OAK. They offer the most convenient and stress free way to get to the airport. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I highly recommend Direct Airport Service. read more

I have used this airport limousine service twice now and I couldn't recommend them more! They were prompt meeting me moments after picking up my luggage. And they had a bottle of water for me, which was an unexpected plus. I always need water after flying. They are the most pleasant people and very accommodating. They take care of luggage, drive very carefully and got me to my door as quickly as I could have expected. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great service!!! read more

I have used this company in the past to get to the airport and continue to be impressed with their service. I was going to be traveling on an international flight and needed to be at SFO airport 3 hours early. Leaving from the East Bay I was worried about traffic and was not sure what time I needed to be picked up. They suggested a time and assured me they would check the traffic report and contact me if it looked like we needed to leave earlier. They got me to the airport in plenty of time. You can also arrange for them to pick you up upon your return, which I did. Once you obtain your luggage and give them a call they are there within 10 minutes. I love their service and will use them again in the future. I cannot recommend them more highly. read more
