I say, "what does that mean??" He said they can only make 1 of my 3 drinks and i would have to choose 2 more that are not blended. I tell him to give me a dew minutes, i then proceed to request 2 new drinks... he then tells me they are out of boba. ‍‍‍ At this point i told him to just give me 2 random drinks. I am not going to sit there all night only to be told they are out of stuff or their machines are not working. One blender? I mean if this is your bread and butter, i would suggest getting a 2nd blender, even if it's a crappy one from Walmart for $35. This is like a hamburger stand telling you they don't have a grill to make a burger. Also, out of boba on a Tuesday (off night??) Stock up. Who's doing inventory? I was more angry at the fact that they let over 30 minutes go by and didn't tell me via email or phone call that the blender was down. I would canceled my order and promptly received a refund... i hope. I wasn't offered any kind of remedy. No partial refund, no refund, no extra drinks. Just your kinda outta luck. We don't have the proper tools to make you a drink. I will never return here again. I used to like this place and even used to come here when they offered 3 drinks for the price of 2. After spending $20 on 3 drinks (2 of them not even being my choice). I will forever skip this place for the humongous disappointment and terrible service. There are boba places all around this area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

They let me know all the different desserts and options. They also explained pricing and availability to me. They showed me all the different toppings that they have for not just ice cream and sundaes, but crêpes as well. Considering I walked in here, thinking that this was strictly an ice cream place, they have a very large menu. One thing that I remember very fondly about my visit here was not that there were a lot of people here, but the people that were dining in, they were mostly families with children. That may not seem like an important thing, but to me, seeing that is precious More often than not, you see children, their parents, and even their parents parents. So sometimes you get a small group of people, but really you have three generations. Quality time like that is absolutely precious and to see them so engaged in conversation with one another and laughing the entire time and sharing dessert, that was so awesome. Sharing ice cream with my dad at an ice cream parlor near our home is a very fond memory for me. So I guess that's why I paid attention to this while we died at scoop Street. When I took a moment to take a step back and look at our little family, we also were there in our lil three generational group: me, my kiddo & my Mom. The prices here are more than reasonable. The ice cream that is used for their desserts is from thrifty. The waffle cones are made in house and smell amazing. There really wasn't anything more than I could've asked of this visit to the ice cream shop. This was so special. Servers: Art & Austin

It's considered a "sister store" to Bun Street, which is located right next door. The interior features a clean, old-school shop design with cozy seating and motivational quotes. Friendly young staff but service was slow and inattentive. They primarily serve Thrifty Ice Cream, a classic Southern California brand. The shop's main draw is the funnel cake. The Churro-Chata, topped with horchata ice cream and mini churros is our favorite. Portions are big and shareable. Also, they bake cookies and brownies in-house daily using family recipes to use in their custom ice cream sandwiches and sundaes. Plenty of parking since it's located in a strip mall.

She was awesome sauce and I even put all my friends on to come by and try this amazing ice cream! I was in the store about a week ago... and let me say I've been there for 3 times already... Cow is PUN INTENDED. It was literally cinema. I felt like I was in a movie as Era rolled the ice cream. The beat matched with the roll. Let's just say it was the cherry on top hehe.. pun NOT intended bc it was actually so yummy in my tummy. heh. Love this place and I recommend it to absolutely anyone in this proximity. Yay! I also saw Tung Tung Sahur and it made my day. My daughter was even like "OMG ITS TUNG TUNG" That was a funny epic moment. REEEEEEE.. Ok ok enough. Thanks!

Second the owner Ice cream crafter is award winning and the friendliest guy explaining alll his custom yummy creations. Third there is also a craft beer counter serving craft beer and wine along with beer and wine floats using the homemade ice cream. What is better than two of the best things in the world beer on tap and homemade crafted gourmet ice cream!!!! I scream for both! This ice cream artist has taken it up on flavors and has come up with some super delish unique items some that include a little beer in them to make them extra creamy and some non dairy made with coconut milk. You can taste your heart out as every flavor is temping and made of fresh natural ingredients. Definitely one of the best ice cream shops that i have come across and probably I think the best in SoCal. This place makes Handels look like baskin Robbin's and makes others like after and salt & straw look commercialized. Because this guy is crafting the ice cream that he knows the people want and takes ultra pride in his product. A must visit place - located at the end of old town Covina that is also worth a visit to dine at and walk around. I'm coming back for a beer float on their patio and to pick up one of their cool tshirts. They also sell by the pint. This is ice cream heaven at its best!

Maybe my experience is a bit different, but a few things I'll point out. - Typical Meet Fresh, but a bit more casual in decor. Bathroom doesn't have a code like it did at the Rowland Heights location, and was clean when I used it this one trip. A Claw machine and a Street fighter machine can be used here. - Everything tasted as expected. Order came out quickly. Portion is the same as pictured. - Staff was a bit quiet, and you place your order via a kiosk. I wouldn't say it was rude or inviting, but it's typical for this type of dessert place. There was just one girl working up front, and another person in the back prepping things. When I visit a Taiwanese dessert place, I don't expect much as far as service goes... it's not like any type of special service at any other location or even in Taiwan eating this type of food. Just serve, and eat. Service was about 10 minutes to get my order of 2 large ice desserts, some drinks, and tofu pudding warm (Oh man, I love this dessert, or even for breakfast). - Lots of parking in a huge lot, easy to navigate, lots of other food places around.

The inside was clean with plenty of seating! Tried their signature #1 meet fresh grass jelly with taro balls and shaved ice. The grass jelly was jiggly and refreshing. The taro and sweet potato balls were chewy and the shaved ice was nicely sweetened. Top it off with their creamer for a more milky taste! For $10 it was a good amount and perfect for sharing with 2-3 people. Would def recommend stopping by during the weekday for their weekday deals too. Plenty of sweet treats and drinks to try!
