I ordered the Chocolate Crumb Oreo Cookie ($4.99 - Large - Single). This crisp cookie is moist and fluffy like a cake. With each bite, I felt happy. I arrived at Crumbl (Glendora) on Saturday (around 4:05PM). It's located in the AMC Glendora's Plaza. Parking is easy. The lot is big. Staff is professional. Customers can order at the two self-service kiosks or counter. Many customers poured into this business, and they were all helped very quickly. Line would quickly vanish. My order arrived almost immediately. As mentioned, I enjoyed the Chocolate Crumb Oreo Cookie ($4.99 - Large - Single). This single cookie is very big. It's wider than a baseball, and it's thicker than a thumb. I was startled when lifting this cookie because it came warm. The frosting was still creamy and soft. As I bit into it, it stuck onto my lips. Warm chocolate crumbles cascaded with each bite. "TASTY!!" Concerning ambiance, Crumbl (Glendora) is an order-and-leave location. There's no seating nor tables. Also, it's fairly tiny. Fortunately, the location is very clean. Overall, I had a lovely experience at Crumbl (Glendora). The cookies tasted unique and special. I had a very disappointing experience at Crumbl. If I could put a zero star I would. Before driving over on the free cookie promotion day, we called the store to make sure they still had the free cookies available, and we were told they did. When we arrived, we placed our online order for the free cookie, but as soon as they saw our order, they told us they had run out. While that was frustrating, we understood and decided to purchase a box of cookies instead. The bigger issue came when we asked for a Key Lime Pie cookie. An employee went to check the tray, and we could clearly see there were about five left. She came back and told us they had none available. Confused, we ended up leaving with a different cookie because we felt like we weren't being given honest information. To make matters worse, after we drove away, we called the store again and asked if they had the Key Lime Pie cookie. This time, a different employee told us they did have it available. The inconsistent information and lack of honesty made for a very frustrating experience. If a product is being reserved for online orders or there's another reason it can't be sold, just be upfront about it. Being told different things by different employees left us feeling like we were intentionally misled. I hope the store improves its communication and customer service because this experience was very disappointing. read more

But we understood that giveaways can run out, so we asked to buy a Key Lime Pie cookie instead. The employee checked the tray, where we could clearly see several left, went to the back, then came back and said they didn't have any. After we left, we called the store again. A different employee answered and confirmed they did still have the Key Lime Pie cookies and are selling them. We were also able to place an online order for both the free cookie and a Key Lime Pie cookie, which made the whole situation even more confusing. The frustrating part wasn't missing out on the free cookie--it was being given conflicting information. We just wish the employees had been honest instead of telling us they didn't have cookies that were apparently still available. Hopefully management addresses this because the customer service was very disappointing. read more

I've only been to Crumbl once in the high desert. Their cookies were way too sweet plus the high end prices at the time so I haven't returned until most recently. While I was at the Glendora Marketplace, I said let me give them a shot to redeem themselves. I was pleasantly impressed with the latest cookie flavors this time around. Good job! Prices may have risen a little bit. Funny, the young lady behind the counter was kind of suspicious of me when she saw me taking photos of the shop. Gotta do my Yelpie photography! Shop is bright and cute. Love the pink boxes! I wanted to get only one cookie, but they all look so good. Haha, they got me! I ended up with a Box of 4 large at $18.95 which is about a couple dollars cheaper compared to you getting individual cookies at $5+ each. Prices are just going up when it comes to premium cookies and other desserts. Inflation for you. These were the cookies I got... cookies & cream, semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie, Mom's recipe cookie, raspberry cheesecake cookie (without cream cheese... they were only able to accommodate this request because they were making a new batch that didn't have cream cheese yet). Cookie size was adequate for the price. Nice and thick! All the cookies were not super sweet which I prefer. After eating them, my top 2 picks are the Mom's recipe cookie and raspberry cheesecake cookie. Just soft and delicious! Yum! The other 2 cookies were not bad... they just didn't have any extra umph to them. I could have went with the smaller versions of the cookies Box of 3 minis for $9, but for about double the price, you do get more cookie. It's all perspective! Anyway, from what I was informed, their cookie flavors change all the time. After this visit, I will indeed drop on by from time to time to check out their new flavors. Horrible chocolate chip cookies! I've actually ordered chocolate chip cookies here before and they were ok. However, today was a different story. They were sour! I went back and told the cashier they didn't taste good. She told me they couldn't do anything about it over "preference." Sorry, it wasn't preference, the cookies weren't good!! Apparently, Crumble doesn't care to give refunds or exchanges for unhappy customers. Pretty pathetic. Although the cashier had a bit of an attitude, she did exchange one of my cookies for something else saying she'll do it "this time." Very rude. I'll never go eat their bunk cookies again. I came after plenty of CRUMBL taste ASMR videos from people especially Lily Reinhart's video's. I may be late on the trend however, I am here now. I was craving something sweet and decided to finally come to CRUMBL. I looked them up on YELP and placed an order for pick up. I wanted to try some to start so I ultimately decided to get the Mini 3 pack for $9.99. Their cookie option were: Milk Chocolate Chip, Pink Velvet Cake, Mom's Recipe, Chocolate Cake, and Lemon Poppy Seed. I decided on Chocolate Cake, Mom's Recipe, and Milk Chocolate chip. WOW! All of the cookies were amazing ! I will say they are the best cookies I have ever tried so far. They're soft, décédant, delicious, perfectly crunchy, and just the perfect amount of sweetness to them all. I can see now why they're priced the way they are. I honestly thought they're pricey but after trying them... I understand now. I will definitely come back and order their regular size and different ones to try out. Out of the tree I had, I could honestly not choose my favorite because they were all so good - they are all so delicious and are all top contenders. You guys have to try them all! Walking into this place is dangerous because of how delicious it smells... how can you not like the smell of freshly baked cookies? The place is very small, but very cute and clean. I love that they have all of their cookies on the counter on display. I have come to this location numerous times to get a giant cookie for our volunteers of the month and the staff is always so nice This time around, I stuck with their traditional chocolate chip cookie, which personally is one of my favorites. Came here on Crumbl's birthday which coincidentally is also my wife's birthday. Unfortunately my bad experience stemmed from receiving the wrong order. I'm sure it was a busy day for them but when I came to pick up my order, I was the only customer. From their great customer service, to their amazing flavorful cookies, I've never had a bad experience. They are always willing to go the extra effort. I love that they present you with the cookie and ask if it looks good. At times I've asked for a little extra frosting or maybe a few more toppings, and they have always said "of course" with a smile.
