Dip Co is amazing! The Italian sandwiches are very flavorful and filling! I got the Suprima and it was delicious. The focaccia bread was very good too. A heads up that some/ majority of the sandwiches cannot be cut in half. There's usually a line up but it goes by pretty quick. It's the perfect before or after quarry rock hike meal! read more

This gem in Deep Cove sells the best sandwiches in Metro Vancouver! There is usually a line-up, but it moves pretty fast. I've been here a few times and the Marseille is my fave. It's made with roasted turkey breast and tastes healthy. Every sandwich is made with freshly baked focaccia, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sandwiches are big and stuffed with fresh ingredients. Seating is limited, but there are a lot of benches if you walk closer to the water. read more

Always love the north shore especially when we can get sandwiches like these. We love that is also a store where we can get tons of italian pantry items. The smell of freshly made italian bread entices our senses. With plenty of cured meats, pickled garnishes, and fresh greens, it made for a comforting meal. read more

I am not a huge sandwich fan but I cannot begin to explain to you how phenomenally unique these sandwiches are. They have lines out the door frequently and heavy wait times but receiving that sandwich and taking a bite is the greatest reward. Their bread is made in house and has a bite to it but fluffy on the inside. My favourite is the speck with prosciutto and bocconcini being the main ingredients. Their balsamic glaze is tangy and slightly sweet but my super hack is asking for olive tapenade that brings this sandwich home! If you're more of a turkey fan and like a sweet berry factor to it the marseille sandwich is super yum. They have lots of international ingredients in their storefront and are all top quality. If you're in the cove and haven't been to this sandwich shop, you've missed out! Make sure to stop by Dip Co. read more

A quaint sandwich shop next to the famous Honey's doughnut. Staff was very friendly and helpful, he even gave us extra chairs since we came in a big group. Had the Tehroon ($14.99) for share between my friend and I. Portion was definitely very generous (I was full from eating just half a sandwich). Good, fresh ingredients with freshly baked foccacia. We were looking for a quick takeout lunch where we can then sit by the dock area. We came here as we saw their sign with different sandwiches. There were other people ordering the different sandwiches they have. We got the Manzo (roast beef) and Marseille (roast turkey breast). The Marseille is their most popular but i liked the Manzo more as the ingredients worked well with another. The Marseille was good too but it was a little drier. Someone on r/vancouver mentioned this place and they claimed this place as "the best sandwich place". I had this place on my to-go list for quite a while as it's pretty far, and last week, I finally decided to drive to this place. This shop sells specialty food products, meat, and cheese. Me and my friend decided to get Marsielle and El Classico, each of us getting half of each sandwiches. Their sandwich actually blew my mind! Marsielle was amazing, from the website, it consist of Roasted Turkey Breast, Brie Cheese, Dates, Crunchy Onion, Fresh Cheese Sauce, Mixed Greens, Olive Oil, Berry Sauce. It was out of this world; great flavour of savoury, sweet, tangy. 11/10, I could not believe that sandwich could be this good. El Classico was good too, but would totally recommend Marsielle. Most popular for a good reason. Driving here was totally worth it, even if you're not going for the hike! This place is awesome. I think they bake the focaccia bread in front of you so bread is fresh and fluffy. It was so flavorful. The shop in itself is very cute. They have specialty items that they sell here. We got the Marseilles sandwich and it was so delicious. Loved the spread that went nicely with the turkey sandwich. After a long hike, we decided to get sandwiches at Dip Co and I was pleasantly surprised by such tasty delicious sandwiches! We shared the: SUPRIMA (Italian ham & prosciutto, fresh tomato, cheese, mixed greens, basil, balsamic glaze, and Dip Co. sauce) and the MARSEILLE (roasted turkey breast, brie cheese, crunchy onion, fresh cheese sauce, mixed greens, olive oil, and berry sauce). I loved how the suprima one tasted more savoury and the Marseille was a bit more sweet and salty with the contrast of the berry sauce. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had and came highly recommended by a local who has lived upstairs for 30 years. I got the Meze which had house made hummus, pickled beets & cucumber, boconcini and Brie cheese, and spring salad mix and crunchy fried onions which added a nice crunch. It was delicious and I would definitely crave to go back to have that sandwich and I'm not even a sandwich person. WOW! We both were left speechless, this sandwich was unbelievable! Despite the amount of people in there, our sandwich's came out very fast. Dip Co Delights is a quaint Italian sandwich shop that serves your desired assortment of sandwich filling in a fresh focaccia bun. There is a good variety of preset sandwiches, and each sandwich is open to customization. I ordered the fabulosa because I love capicollo, and I was able to remove the eggplant and olives, while adding fried onions. Customization is nice. The flavour of the ingredients used is great. Meat, veggies, sauces are all flavourful and the focaccia is evidently fresh. However, while the focaccia is good, I do wish it was seasoned a bit. Maybe some herbs, or flaky salt to top it would elevate the flavour profile of the sandwich to the next level. My only gripe with everything was the price. At 13 dollars a sandwich, all I could think about was "damn, can't imagine the margins on this price tag". While I haven't been in Vancouver long, Toronto and Ottawa have Italian grocery stores that serve variations of Italian sandwiches using the same fresh ingredients and daily made bread, all around the price range of 5-8 dollars. At 13 dollars I have a hard time justifying the purchase despite everything else being great. Overall, the food, the staff, the taste is all great. The price not so much. Would I go here again? Maybe... if I don't find an Italian grocery store that serves similar for cheaper. Would I recommend this to others? Yeah, if you're in the area it's definitely one of the better options there. read more

This is a new European food store and Deli with a large assortment of cheese, deli meats, famous hummus, packaged foods from all over Europe, and also products from the Middle East, Mexico, etc. Great assortment of hard to find meats, spices, candies and treats, Sangak bread and loads of drinks in the coolers from all over the world. I love their hummus, especially the spicy Moroccan hummus! I haven't tried their new deli sandwiches to go but I'm sure they are delicious as well. Dipco Delights in the heart of Deep Cove beside Honey's Donuts!! This is the best sandwich /delicatessen on the North Shore. Fresh Foccia bread baked everyday by Amin the owner, their trademark Sandwich is the Supremo, layered greens and italian meats, with a light cheesy spread, a very reasonable price at $13-14 , can feed two! The store also has tons of other hard to find Dutch, Mexican and European food items and groceries! The lighting isn't the best, as the staff mostly rely on the large entrance window for natural light. Service Quality The staff was kind and friendly. They are more than happy to help you choose a sandwich if it's your first time. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Menu Variety Their sandwich selection is excellent, and the bread is particularly noteworthy. They also offer a couple of iced tea options, which is a nice alternative to water. Food Presentation If you're dining in, your sandwich will be served in a plastic basket lined with wax paper. For takeout, it's wrapped in the same wax paper. Food Taste and Quality I ordered the Spicy Italian, which had just the right amount of heat. It was generously loaded with greens, and the multigrain bread was fresh, likely baked that morning. Portion Sizes The portions are substantial. I was only able to finish half of my sandwich for lunch. Price and Value The sandwich cost about $15, which is on the pricier side. It would have been nice to see it priced around $12. Overall Experience and Recommendation If you're in the area or heading to Horseshoe Bay to catch a ferry, definitely stop by S'wich for a sandwich. I will definitely be returning to try other options on the menu.

The baristas were mostly nice but seemed a little disorganized, although I think one of them might have been in training. I confirmed that everything was "for here" 3 times and they still gave me my sandwich in a to-go box which is my pet peeve. Overall, though, I really liked the place. I just was at Deep Cove this once for a little day trip so this was probably a one-off visit, but if I lived nearby, it's the kind of place I'd want to come back to.
